Voted #1 Condo Rental in Galveston! This Condo is located at The Casa Del Mar Condominiums at 61st/Seawall. You’ll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The beach is directly across the street and we are within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, etc. We look forward to being your home away from home and helping you create many great memories!
**Newly purchased mattresses for master bed and fold out couch.
**Newly installed smart lock with keyless entry for added convenience.
** New AC
Please note that you will be required to purchase a parking sticker to stay on site with the front desk on arrival. The fee is a one time charge of $40, and can only be paid with card, not cash. It is good for up to two vehicles for your entire stay. This is a separate charge and is not included. The property does have covered parking.
*The HOA Registration Fee (Parking fee) will be reduced from $40 to $25 beginning Friday, February 7th through April 30th.*
Casa Del Mar has a strictly enforced limit on occupancy in the units. You must have 6 people or less. No exceptions. If you violate this and are asked to leave, there are no refunds. Please also note, the bunk beds are small and only accommodate small children. We want you to know this up front for comfort.
The HOA has a NO PET policy. You must call Casa Del Mar in advance for pre-approval to bring a service animal. No emotional support animals are allowed. If you are asked to leave due to an unauthorized pet, there will be no refunds. They do patrol the property and this is heavily enforced.
Laundry facility, ice machine, and vending machines are located on site. There is also a vending machine with shampoo, body wash, etc. on site should you forget something. The front office can provide quarters if needed. We’re also located near Kroger and Wal-Mart for added convenience.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING- There will be an additional cleaning charge, minimum of $250, and possibly extra charges if the next guest cannot check in due to smoke.
