Beautiful and Quiet

The home was in a very good location. The beach was fantastic and the condo was quiet and comfortable. Short drive to Destin and we were able to walk to a couple of restaurants and boat rentals although it was close to a mile. Will definitely be back

Lovely condo

This condo was recently updated, great colors, comfy bed, lots of pillows, nice roomy kitchen. Beach service was included,, which was very nice.. Management was easy to work with. Unit has washer and dryer! We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Getaway!

Loved Nautilus 1302! The condo was adorable—the decor is perfect! We especially loved being able to access the balcony via both the den and bedroom. We spent most of our room time on the balcony people watching and we also got to watch a couple of dolphins playing. Only concern was the small bathroom toilet was wobbly and needs some attention. Will definitely stay here again!

This place was exactly as pictured! Beautiful views, everything was sparking clean, the carts to unload your stuff were a bonus(so convenient!). The only thing I would suggest is improving the quality of the pull out mattress. It was a not comfortable.

Best place ever!

This place is beautiful. The pictures are great but don’t do it justice. We loved the kitchen, so big! The bed is huge, and very comfy. Of course, the ocean is center stage, and this is place makes the most of it. With windows and a sliding glass door, you can have as much ocean sound as you want in the bedroom alone. There’s another sliding glass in the main room. Very comfy furniture, very responsive and kind owners. We stayed on the beach a lot of the time which is even more beautiful, but my hubby was pleased with the warm pool as well. Such nice people, we never worry when we leave our stuff next to the beach chairs while walking on the beach. It’s a good place for families too!

Great Weekend Stay!

We were incredibly impressed with this property! The condo was just the right size for the two of us. Although we only stayed for the weekend, we would have been equally as comfortable for a week's stay. Easy access to the beach, the balcony had plenty of room for enjoying a cup of coffee or cocktail while listening to the waves. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was very clean upon arrival. The bed is a little soft for our liking but still comfortable. We loved having the half bath off the living area in addition to the full bathroom for the master. Communication with the property manager was fantastic! I received a text just "checking in" at least daily. Very detailed and clear check in/out instructions. And the welcome donuts were a nice touch - thank you! We will definitely consider a return to this property if and when our travels find us in the Fort Walton Beach area again!

Some minor differences in the photos provided and actual decor conditions but very clean…and the VIEW is spectacular! Location is convenient to many local attractions, restaurants, and yet private and not a tourist trap. Definitely would stay here again.😊

Unit needs TLC

Half bath: Toilet loose from the floor and needs a new toilet seat. Also, Toilet paper Holder fell off the wall during first use (Its installed upside down - screws should be at the bottom). Living Room: Lamp at the end of the couch at the bedroom door is about to fall apart. Needs to be tightened or replaced. Rug needs to be replaced or fixed so people don't trip over the edge that sticks up Bedroom: In the closet is a outlet for the TV cable. Its falling off and one of the screws tore my shirt. Amature workmanship whoever hooked the TV up. Full Bath: The spigot where you pull up to make the shower work is very hard to operate. It needs to be replaced so that it automatically shuts the shower off when the hot and cold faucets are turned off. Kitchen: Garbage can location has worn a place in the cabinet when opening the trash can. Recommend it be replaced with a tall/plastic trash can or relocate it as we did to in front of the washer/dryer cabinet.

Way overpriced for the unit. Not clean. Very outdated. Reminded me of my Med school apartment. Ed uncomfortable Couch very uncomfortable. TV’s unpredictable. The cheapest of furnishings. No matching dishes, cups etc. Bath tube 1963 model with a 1954 rubber stopper. Shower/bath control corroded so that only a shower was possible even if for some unimaginable reason you wanted a bath. Enough sand beneath the rug to build a small sand castle. A thoroughly redneck beach. Even the seagulls have been replaced by pigeons.
