Perfect location

Perfect location for our stay. The house had all that we needed and communication was great. We were thrilled to be able to check in a little early and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location and close to most everything

Location is phenomenal. Close to 2 beaches, a few minutes from many restaurants and shops and the view in the backyard was amazing. We saw stingrays, 2 bull sharks, and a turtle from just sitting outside. We did not have a chance to make use of the gameroom, but the home does offer a few beach items and the pool itself was relaxing.

Cook's work/fun mini getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is in a nice neighborhood, close to all the fun things to do on Marco Island. The house was very clean, open and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and gaming tables.

Our stay at this property was great!! House is at a fantastic location on the island close to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The house has a great array of beach items to use and the pool was amazing. It was very clean and had everything you would need in the kitchen for your stay. Will definitely look to stay again!! Thanks for the great Vacay!!

Nice Place!

It’s a nice place with a great pool overlooking water. It’s very cozy with a lot of room. The kitchen is a little dated but besides that everything is comfortable. Beds are comfortable and pool was great. Clean and great location. Enjoyed sitting out in the lanai and grilling.

Nice pool

The room was spacious but was lacking in cleanliness. The booking was for 8 people and there was nothing in the kitchen that would have been enough for 8. Plates, flatware, glasses, were all hodgepodge. There were 3 washcloths!! Upon check in some of these wer discovered and I contacted the management company. The property was managed by Vacations Your Way in Texas. Kara always had an excuse. Then suddenly the guest before us had done a review and Kara ask me to inventory the kitchen complete with pictures. She said she wanted it to be better for the next guest!! What about our family. She then sent dish towels and washcloths and a few days later flatware. The outside table had a plastic cloth on from fall and had black mold that was growing even under it on the table. We threw it away and were left with the fuzzy backing stuck to the table. Kara’s answer to that was that the cleaners were to change it. The light in the hall bath was more dim than a night light and again she said there were side lights that could be used. It took another picture to convince her there were no side lights. Then she ask us to get up there and see what size bulbs before she called a repair man. Since it required a ladder we refused. The description says there is lots of counter space and equipment for cooking. Not so. The grill was beyond filthy and we refused to clean it so we could use it. Kara kept referring to a video takes after they have cleaned. No way can you see the dirt on a video.
