🏖️Pool is not heated and pool light has been disengaged so there is no pool light; but there is lighting on the patio

We use professional pest control, but minor pest activity may occur between cleanings
💧 FL Water Note:
Due to natural sediment, tap water in Florida may appear cloudy, have an unusual smell, or an odd taste. It is safe to drink, but many guests choose to use bottled water instead.

Small pet (1) may be welcome – contact us first!
🗑️ Trash
Trash bags may be disposed of in the bins next to the garage. Please put out the garbage and recycling bins on Sunday and Wednesday night and bring in the following day by 4 PM. (Marco Island fines us for bins not brought in the next day)
