This ground level and spacious cottage is the perfect home base for family getaways, girls’ weekends, fishing trips with the guys, and everything in between.
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open layout designed for gathering and relaxing. This newly renovate, fully equipped kitchen features updated appliances, ideal for cooking meals or brewing morning coffee. The cozy living room, dining room, and breezy sunroom offer plenty of space to gather for meals, games, laughter, or quiet moments with a good book. Whether you're coming together or spreading out, this home makes it easy to relax your way.
This home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with walk in showers.
The fun at After Dune Delight is not limited to indoors, this home features a large fenced in backyard with room to cook out, play games, star gaze, and soak up the coastal charm of Tybee Island.

A Perfect Week at a Perfect Mermaid Cottage; After Dune Delight

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A beautiful pink brick cottage with an amazing large window to see the sun rise over the tree tops & a large screened in porch to feel the evening breeze. Super clean. Everything you need. Even had a grassy yard for the kids ( no pets) The rental company was amazing to work with! Checking In with me before, during, and after our visit. And I was nervous as we stayed with 2 hurricanes possibly approaching. As it turned out that wasn’t a problem but Tammy stayed right with me and checked in with me often. The rental team is there for you if you need something during your stay even with after hour contact if necessary. South end location so we saved money because we could walk to so much, the beach, the town with its shops & restaurants, two piers...no need to pay to park...great location! We Will definitely stay again!

Their home was very welcoming, clean, and accommodated our needs. We were initially challenged with heavy rainfall and flood warnings which improved shortly after. We did greatly appreciate the quick response and assistance provided with our phone calls including roads to avoid. This location is definitely great with beaches, shops, and restaurants a short walk away. All truly enjoyed the stay.

The dishwasher looked broken, it looked dirty with undissolved partial pod inside. I did not use it I hand washed dishes before I used them and then again after reusing the same dishes over and over so I didn’t have to wash all of them to feel safe eating off of them. One remote needed batteries which the woman sent her husband out with replacements. She called to see if we made it and ask if everything was good that was before I had looked in the dishwasher. Just didn’t feel it was very clean after seeing the dishwasher, hopefully cleaner overall than I felt it was. The trash can was so smelly I hated to put trash out , had to hold my breath to chunk it in and still smelt it. A table appeared mysteriously under the carport. I liked that we could walk to the south and back beach and of course the shops on tybrisia.

Instead of canceling our reservation they worked to fit us into another one of their properties. The stay was great and the company is extremely easy to work with.

They also told me when events were going on, and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. The cottage itself was clean, they supplied everything we needed, with the house looking jist like the pictures. The location was a short walk to the main strip, the beaches, a boat launch, and a tour we went in. It always a great place which allowed us to relax as needed. I would definitely pick mermaid cottages again.

The location is incredible - just steps from beach access, but still on a quiet street. The house is awesome with a great screened porch. The limes were ripe on the tree in the yard providing fresh limes. We already booked another week there for thanksgiving

They were available for any questions I might have as well. Afterdune Delight was a delight! The house was clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. The yard was well maintained and sufficient for my kids to enjoy outdoor activities. I truly appreciated the fact that the house was within walking distance to the beach! I was highly satisfied and will use you in the future as well as recommend you to my friends.

Typically when you find a rental online the photos usually look better than the actual place, but this home was even better than the photos! Very spacious, comfy beds, and has everything you need to make you feel “at home”. The location is perfect as well. Locate just a short walk from restaurants, beach shops, and the beach. At the end of our trip none of us wanted to leave.We really enjoyed our stay here and can not wait to come back next summer!

Fantastic Beach Cottage

The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious with lots of storage. The fully updated home had a great screened porch for storing water toys and sitting in for the evening. The location was prime for a short walk to the beach or even closer to Alley 3 sunsets and kayaking. The rental lacked nothing, except coasters to protect the furniture and a few more lighter weight dishes. It’s a pity that they won’t allow pets anymore or we would rent this place again and again. The dogs loved the fenced yard and fruit trees. It was the best cottage we’ve stayed in while coming to Tybee for years.
