The location, the views, and the comfort!

We had an amazing stay here. The views and the location itself is spectacular! We were not only in awe of the expansive sea in front of us, but also the convenience of the beach right at the property. The hosts have maintained the property well and provided all the decent amenities and a nicely stocked kitchen. The building itself isn’t all modern but it doesn’t matter once you enter the condo. We saw sea turtles right from the window (and some whales in the distance)! Overall, only the wine was missing from the pictures and that is highly recommended for a chill time.

The View!

The view from the Lanai is amazing! Talk about oceanfront, it's about 10 feet away from the shore. The 6th floor view made it feel so private and quiet. We absolutely loved it here and will be back.

The condo was exactly like the photos had shown - very clean and well kept. We had access to everything we needed in the condo - beach chairs, towels, cooler, kitchen appliances and utensils. Beautiful ocean view and just steps away from the beach. Shopping and restaurants were also nearby. Management was SO wonderful and went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be staying again!!

Great location with views of whales and sunset

We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and a convenient location. We enjoyed watching whales and turtles from our balcony. We could walk to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. Great vacation

Location/view excellent, accommodations need some help

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mixed bag; great location and view - splendid. Unit worked well for 2 of us providing plenty of room. Cleaning crew for the unit (and building and grounds in general) receive very high marks. The mixed bag comes with the actual accommodations. Carpet is stained or dirty or both. The oven door opens halfway before striking against the side of the refrigerator (no way to move it in deep enough towards the wall). Cabinets are "tired" - some of the doors won't stay closed for example. These are not new conditions. Furniture showing use. Some little things like no bottom guides on the shower doors causing them to swing in and against each other. Basically 4 settings of china so if you have 4 people staying, you will run the dishwasher frequently or hand wash. With improvements, we would definitely stay there again. Otherwise, I would shop a little harder in the same building or adjacent buildings.

The property was as advertised. The view is spectacular. The property was very quiet even with being in the heart of a popular area. Whenever I’m on Maui and this listing is available, this is where I will stay.

Fantastic View

We really enjoyed our stay here. The views and proximity to the beach are fantastic. The beach chairs and coolers were used often and very appreciated. Having laundry and new full size appliances was also a plus. The property in clean and well maintained. Only drawback was no AC but that is common and the trade winds helped cool off the condo at night.

Gorgeous Views & Ideal Location/Amenities

Pros: The views are really special here. We loved watching the sunset and looking for sea turtles in the morning. Check in and parking were simple. There are luggage carts to help get everything to your room. The elevators are fast. This apartment included very thoughtful and useful amenities including ample towels (bath & beach), coolers, beach chairs, blankets, etc. The laundry machines were very nice. Neighbors seemed to respect quiet hours. Cons: The toilet area is teeny tiny for even average sized people. The screen sliding door is very hard to open and I often had to ask my husband to help with it. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. The windows are screened and you get a decent cross breeze at night but it was very hot during the day. The bed was far too soft for our preferences. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable. Overall, it was a great stay and great value.

Great place

The only minor issue we had was with the firmness of the mattress. If you like a softer bed, you will be fine, but our preference is for a firmer mattress. I mention this only as a point of information - not a complaint. Apart from that, everything was great. There are beach chairs and towels and reef-safe sunscreen. Those were great amenities. The view and location are fantastic! We loved it!

Listening to the waves each night was so relaxing we kept the balcony door open all night just to do so. The fish market up the street had fabulous fish tacos and burritos. We even grilled Ahi from the market once that was out of this world. Would definitely recommend!!

End your Maui condo search. This is it!

If you’re shopping around and this unit is available, no need to keep looking. The views from the balcony are unmatched. The condo is clean, comfortable and has everything you’d need. Management is very attentive and easy to get in touch with. We went in April with perfect weather, so I can’t speak to the other seasons. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again whenever we come back.

Best place I've ever stayed

I wish I could post the video of us jumping for literal JOY as soon as we unlocked the door! Everything about this place is absolutely perfect. The balcony is amazing and the beach right downstairs is beautiful. I'm not sure why we got such an amazing deal on this place, but we felt so good being there. The pictures don't do this place justice. It is absolutely glorious. The pull out bed was super comfortable for two adults for 4 days. The place is SO QUIET except for the magical sound of waves crashing on the sand. If you're lucky enough to have this place available during your time in Maui, don't think for one more second. Just book. You'll be so thankful you did! I wish I could go back and spend an entire month there. It was absolutely perfect.

Spectacular View

This unit had a spectacular view of the ocean and had a convenient location that was close to many restaurants within a short drive. The property manager was very responsive and was very accommodating to our needs. There's also direct beach access and parking was really easy and convenient. I would recommend staying here!

Everything was just as promised! Gorgeous view! Very clean and comfortable. Was amazing to have a washer and dryer in unit for lighter packing. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
