This oceanfront studio condo is unit 1007 located on the 10th floor of the Valley Isle Resort and offers unbelievable views through its floor to ceiling windows and private lanai. Ideally located 5 minutes south of Kapalua and 10 minutes north of Kaanapali you are just steps to Kahana beach and a short walk to lots of restaurants, shopping and more. You'll be a short distance from Maui's world-famous golf courses and many world class beaches - a snorkeler’s delight!

Be lulled to sleep as you hear the waves and feel the breeze of the Maui trade winds. You have a front row seat for whale watching (in season) and wind and kite surfers when the waves and winds are to their liking. You may even see some large sea turtles swimming by! This is paradise at its best!

The property offers FREE PARKING and FREE WIFI and there are no resort fees.

You will arrive to a newly remodeled and well appointed reception area with luggage carts for your convenience.

There is lush well maintained landscaping throughout the grounds, a heated saltwater swimming pool, two outdoor showers (poolside and at the beach), gas BBQ grills, herb garden and coin-operated laundry facilities on the third floor.

There is a garden on the property near the pool and BBQ area. Herbs, bananas and other produce may be available during your stay.

This is a small unit so is limited to 3 guests. If there are 4 in your party you are invited to contact me for consideration. The condo has a well equipped kitchen however, it is very small and there is no dishwasher. We trust that it will meet your needs.

Accommodations include a queen size bed and a queen memory foam mattress sleeper sofa. Because the hinges on the sofa bed can tear the bedding when closed the sofa bed will not be made up prior to your arrival. If using the sofa bed the pillows are stored in the closet and linens are in the footstool. Please leave the bed open to avoid tearing the bedding or strip the sheets prior to closing.

Additionally, the Valley Isle Resort has scheduled water shut-offs from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM on the following dates. Please plan ahead.

2026: March 12, June 11, September 10, December 10
2027: March 11, June 10, September 9, December 9

If no one signs up for water shutdown the water will remain on, however, this is a full disclosure a water shut down is planned and may impact your vacation if you don't plan ahead. Please be aware that when the water is turned back on it may take some time to return to normal.
