Hermosa casa personalizada en las estribaciones de Pikes Peak! A solo 10 minutos del centro de Woodland Park, a 15 minutos de la autopista de peaje Pikes Peak y a 25 minutos de Colorado Springs.

¡Disfruta de impresionantes vistas en cada temporada sin tener otra casa a la vista! Siéntete como a millas de distancia de todo con la comodidad de un Walmart a solo 10 minutos de distancia. Esta propiedad está completamente rodeada por Pike National Forest y en una comunidad cerrada para que pueda deleitarse con la paz y la tranquilidad de las montañas.

Nuestra pequeña ciudad está llena de senderos para caminatas y ciclismo a solo minutos de su puerta de entrada. Fácil acceso al embalse de Rampart o cualquiera de los embalses de Pikes Peak para pescar, hacer kayak o simplemente disfrutar de un día junto al agua. Woodland Park tiene un nuevo centro acuático cubierto para nadar o llevar a los niños a pasar un día divertido en su centro de actividades acuáticas y río lento. A solo 90 minutos de esquiar, motos de nieve, rafting y mucho más.

¡Nuestra pequeña cabaña fuera de la red puede ser una experiencia emocionante para niños y adultos por igual! Escondido en los árboles, detrás de una roca gigante, en medio de un bosque de álamos temblones. ¡El lugar perfecto para un momento tranquilo, devociones o meditación, o una divertida aventura de la noche a la mañana! Cuenta con una cama doble en el área principal y dos gemelos en el desván.

Great stay at this beautiful private home. The house has everything you could think of, and the host, Rebekah, is very informative and responds quickly. The home is at a high altitude, which can cause altitude sickness, but Rebekah provides plenty of information before the stay to help guests prepare and hopefully prevent it. My only critique would be adding another TV in the largest gathering area, as it can be difficult to accommodate 16 people with only two TVs, one in the downstairs living room, and one in the master en suite. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Our family loved this house. Away from civilization, city lights and right at 8500 feet. Beautiful views of Pikes Peak (snow-capped in October), a wonderful hot tub off the master suite to see the Milky Way illuminated, and a spacious house with the key amenities to make a dynamic Colorado trip possible. 20 minutes from everything...Pikes Peak and the COG Railway, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, and less than ten minutes from restaurants, groceries, and the Donut Mill to get the 5-lb cinnamon roll. Great communication with the owners and simple check-in and check-out. If we're back to Colorado Springs int the future, I'd stay here again and again.

High in the mountains, winding, breath-taking road. Outstanding views, totally private. Absolutely clean - even the baseboards, floor corners, linens, bathrooms sparkling clean. Well organized. Well supplied. Quality, comfortable furnishings. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms on lower level, which is the level easiest to access from driveway. The LL tub could use a grab bar and rubber mat. Two bedrooms on LL have a gorgeous view. The third LL bedroom has no view, but a king bed. There is an exercise room on LL next to a complete kitchen. Master bedroom has shower, hot tub, bathtub with premium views. It is upstairs. Also upstairs is another BR connected to a bathroom. That room has triple bunks in it. Our three teens loved that room. The upstairs kitchen is large and beautiful. There is a laundry room next to that kitchen, very nice. Kids wanted to play basketball, but no ball. Host immediately brought over one. Outside porch on upper level, clean, comfortable seating, views of mountains and Pikes Peak. Ah. A taste of heaven. Excellent, relaxing, beautiful home. Could stay years. Town of Woodland Park about 15 minutes away with several casual eating options. Ten of us love this place.We had three cars there, easy parking. Cell phone reception okay. TV fine. Stayed for a week. Sincere thanks to our host.

Family Vacation in the Mountains!!

This house was amazing!! 10/10 would recommend choosing here to stay! We had 14 people (8 adults, 3 teens & 3 children) and everyone fit perfectly! The house layout is great, Mountain views are unbeatable, kitchen stocked with anything you could possibly need, location is prime and not far from so many places to explore! If you are looking for A large and beautiful home in the mountains for your trip, book this!!

Family Vacation

We stayed for a week, this was out family vacation which included myself, my husband our three adult children and our three grandchildren. The location was great to see all the touristy things in the area. The house and property itself was awesome. It was well stocked in the kitchen for our cooking. The house was roomy everyone had plenty of space. The three grandchildren loved the triple bunk beds. Overall we enjoyed out stay and would definitely come back.

Family trip; August 2024

Our family of 12 loved this house. The house was very clean, well stocked, had plenty of room for all of us, and of course had amazing views. There is a renter in part of the house, but we never saw them. There is a lot to do that is not too far from the house, but we also enjoyed our time right in the house. We went into the hot tub every night. The renter answered every question that I had in a very timely manner.

The 11 of us enjoyed our stay! Everything we could need to make our stay amazing. The accommodations are top notch and clean. The view is beautiful! The host is responsive with helpful information. Highlights of the trip were Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Seven Falls, fireworks in Cripple Creek, Woodland Park, and Manitou Springs. Having Walmart close by was a bonus so we could cook up meals in the well stocked kitchen. Wish we could have stayed longer and will return if we are in the area.

Most amazing place we have ever stayed

This was by far the best place we have ever stayed. The view of Pikes Peak was beyond words. Pictures do not do it justice. The house was immaculate. The kitchen was so well stocked - it had everything we needed down to spices and flour! There was apply space for our family. Numerous bathrooms. Wonderful outdoor space. The location is perfect - so close to many attractions. The host is extremely accommodating and responsive. She got back to me within minutes of any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. 😃

Lovely getaway

Our book club came and stayed here for a weekend and had such a wonderful time! The space allowed for all 11 of us to sleep comfortably with just a couple rooms of sharing beds. The views really can't be beat. Rebekah was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect family Thanksgiving

This was a wonderful location to spend Thanksgiving with extended family! The kitchen is amazing, with all the tools needed to cook big meals. Really enjoyed the heated floors and the wood stove downstairs kept it extra cozy. The view of Pike’s Peak is breathtaking, and while you are only a short drive from town (groceries, wal-mart), it feels like you’re in another world. A couple of notes that may be useful for those considering the property: of the 5 bedrooms, 2 are en-suite, but one of those has a triple bunkbed only. We had 2 sets of grandparents with us who really need en-suite, so one set navigated the bunkbeds. They made it work and it was their choice (2 of the downstairs bedrooms are right next to/across the hall from a bathroom, so not far at all). Secondly, if you’re visiting in winter an SUV is a smart choice, just in case there is snow. If there is snow forecast, you may want to consider 4wd. The house is up on the side of a mountain so the road to get there has some steep grades. It’s very well-maintained though! We recommend the property and would definitely stay here again.

Incredible House and Host

I have never been in a more equipped kitchen! Everything was sparkling clean, the host always responded within minutes of a request. The house has a rustic feel which is not my first choice, but it isn't overwhelming. And there really is nothing rustic! We had a large group, 16, so needed to do some negotiating on only 3 showers. Hot tub is great -- chemicals and towels were right there (could probably use a step to get into the hot tub) Second kitchen on lower level really helped food storage (full refrigerator). The deck has a hummingbird feeder, so in addition to padded deck chairs and tables, we could see hummingbirds flitter around us. Best VRBO I have ever rented!

It was absolutely gorgeous! The whole family enjoyed it so much. As we are from Ohio, we we aren’t used to such drives up the mountain. LOL Our daughter got married up at another VRBO higher up the same road and it was very convenient to be so close. We would definitely consider renting this home again! Lovely place, again thank you.

Very nice! Very clean!

We rent quite a few nice homes throughout the year but this one became my favorite within the first day. It’s location is remote, but just 15min or less from groceries, Starbucks and arts/crafts stores. The view of Pikes peak is very nice to wake up to every morning. What set this apart though, is how clean the home was. It felt like we were at home here! This will be the first place we try to book on our future Colorado adventures.

Beautiful Views and Great Amenities

House was perfect for a large family gathering with two kitchens, two living areas a lots of bedrooms. Amenities were great: grills, workout room, trampoline, hot tub and more!

I have rented a lot of properties and this one ranks up with the best. All of the kitchen appliances were first class. Loved the working great room fireplace. Hot tub was super too.

Beautiful views and perfect house!

The house was perfect for our large family group! The house was stocked well with kitchen utensils/blankets/sheets. My family and I loved everything about the house from the amenities to the beautiful Mountain View! Rebekah was a wonderful host and was super quick to respond to any questions we had! If we come back to Colorado Springs, we will definitely stay here again! Thank you for such a wonderful stay! My family made some great memories here!

My husband and I built this home in 2014 for us and our six children. We were both born and raised in the area. Currently our 3 oldest children live close by in Colorado Springs and our 3 youngest are still living at home. We love living in the mountains and would be honored to share our home with you!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We developed this neighborhood alongside my husband’s parents and sisters. His parents acquired the land in the 70’s and were told nothing could be built on it because of the steep terrain. It took Luke 4 years to build the road in his off time from the fire department and another year to build the house. We finished the house in 2014 and two of his sisters have since built their homes just up the road, so we have the most amazing neighbors!
