Fantastic family friendly house, clean, well stocked and great location. Robin the host went above and beyond with great communication and providing provisions during our stay with Hurricane Helene passing through!

Perfect place for AU events

We stayed here while in town for an event at Anderson University. It was a Clemson football weekend and hotel prices were insane. This was such a better option and the house was perfect!

Family vacation

Great spot, close to everything we needed. Nice boat dock, need to be careful walking to it when the path is wet. Rented a boat for the week and was easy to get in and out of. Green pond landing is simple to launch from and close to the house. Great neighbors all very friendly.

Great Weekend Stay - Will be Back!

This was a great lake house with everything you'll need for a weekend or a week. The house was spotless, and everything was in proper working order. The location to Clemson, as well as Pendleton and Anderson, was fantastic. There are only two things that I would change, but they certainly weren't dealbreakers. I would have loved seating on the dock and heavier light-blocking curtains in the main bedroom. We will definitely stay again as our son is a freshman at Clemson.

Lovely Lake House!!

My family had a wonderful time on Lake Hartwell for the Bassmaster High School National Championship. We were able to dock both bass boats and it was a quick and easy ride to Green Pond Landing for launch each morning. A perfect rental if you’re in town for tournaments! Quiet/peaceful neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and owners are close by and quickly responded to questions. Daily swims and kayaks were an added bonus. We will definitely be back when my son fishes Hartwell in college!

Perfect for a weekend at the Lake or Clemson Game!

We had the best time at this property! The location is so convenient. We came for a Clemson game and it was just a short 20 minute drive to campus (we also had no problems to Uber getting to and from). The house itself is beautiful and provides plenty of space for a group of 10. The deck space is amazing and provides lots of room to enjoy time outside. The location right on the lake would make it the perfect place for a lake weekend. Robin was great to work with and the entire process was a breeze. She even had fresh cookies for us! We will definitely be back next year! Thanks Robin!

Fishing tourn

My son and I stayed for 8 nights while fishing the Fishers of Men championship. Location to Green Pond was perfect. Neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. The house was impeccably clean. Room to park a couple of boats with good charging access. Kitchen was well supplied which was a plus as we prepared dinner every night. Although there was only 2 of us the house would sleep 8-10 if needed. The decks were a great place to relax after a long day on the water. Robin was easy to work with. We would most definitely return

Fishing Tournament Week

We spent a week at the house with family friends for our sons’ BASS national championship tournament. The location was ideal and very close to Green Pond Landing. We were able to keep the boats in the water so we didn’t have to trailer them every day back and forth. The owners were wonderful to work with, and Robin made sure that all the details were communicated. The house was plenty big for two families, and it was very clean and tidy. We plan to return the next time we have a tournament on Lake Hartwell.

This property is absolutely gorgeous and very welcoming!

My family and I had a small reunion here. We grilled on the deck, swam in the lake, and enjoyed use of the dock and other amenities! This host is extremely thoughtful in the setup for your stay! She had beach towels, linens for the house, lanterns, games, life jackets, and some items in the fridge and pantry. We all enjoyed a relaxing and entertaining weekend together! I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend this property!

Very clean and accommodating. House was even better than pictures. Great communication with Robin. The house was available earlier than our check-in time which really helped us and also my husband left behind his shirt hanging in the closet and the owner offered to ship.it. Great time with family!

We loved staying at Robin’s house. So peaceful and welcoming. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. The grocery store was close by too. We met up with a few other family members there at the house and had the best time. Great memories!

Lake Hartwell is beautiful and inviting for swimming, boating or just enjoying the sun with its beautiful clear water. This home is also just minutes from Green Pond Landing and Portman Shoals Marina. It is a short 18 minute drive to Clemson. Grocery stores are also less than 5 minutes away as well as numerous restaurants. 15 minutes to downtown ANDERSON.
