Just Lovely!

Great views, nicely decorated, perfect bedroom setup for our family, and spotlessly clean! It seems there was some minor confusion with the property manager over our stay, he was not expecting us so the cleaning crew was there when we arrived, but we cleared it up and there was really no impact to our stay. Had occasion to talk to property owner about something else, and she was pleasant and friendly..

Great View!

The condo was very clean and tidy. My family and I stayed for a baseball tournament. There were plenty of pillows and blankets, lots of kitchenware, towels, some spare beach towels, and some beach chairs. Bring an umbrella for the beach as it will let you have your own, but they don't allow a pop-up tent. Or, rent it from the resort! You can even do it online. You will need to bring/buy things for the condo you might not realize you need like spare trash bags and Windex for the table. The walk to the beach is very short, just through the parking lot. We played the Destin-opoly game at the beautiful dining room table one night and thought it was so cute, my kids loved it. The view is breathtaking. We would leave the curtains open when we went to bed so we woke up to the sunrise. We had a little storm roll in one night and that was pretty cool too! The main lobby is at the beachfront building, there's not really a typical "front desk" at this one. There is however the first floor where the carts are. There is a guard right near the Terrace parking lot. Our host was very hospitable and made sure to ask if all was well, if we needed anything, and wished us safe travel to and from. This was a great experience!

Couldn’t have found a better fit!

The property was close to everything: a pool, the beach, shopping, dining and activities. The kitchen was stocked with cooking necessities and the unit was well-maintained. The building has it’s own private pool and fitness center, and there are three more pools at the main building that sits on the beach. There is a ride to the beach every day (although it was in the shop during our stay), but that was easily remedied by driving our vehicle up the parking lot from the building and then driving back once we had our beach time (it took less than 30 seconds). The property owners are very accommodating and have the essentials available in the unit (bath towels, sheets, cooking utensils, Kuerig machine, ice maker). Definitely enjoyed this opportunity!

The condo was great once you got past the very hectic and busy check-in. The condo was very clean.

Excellent view from the balcony and very spacious! Condo looked just as advertised!

A little disappointed

The pics of the property were somewhat misleading…it states a 3 minute walk to the beach but that’s accurate. It’s more like 7 minutes. That might not sound like a lot but for me, it was too far. Especially when the pics showed a different building than the one we stayed in. And it looked like it was on the beach but the Terrace building was not on the beach. The condo itself was very nice and clean.

Great View of the Beach

We got here after a long drive and we were amazed! The check in was pretty quick, and the place was really pretty. You’re able to enjoy an amazing view at the balcony which was one of our favorites from our week spent there. We ran into an issue with the dishwasher; however, the owner was quick to help us out! Overall our experience there was fun the property is well taken care of.

Nice place 👌

The place is very clean and nice. Bathrooms could use an update but not bad. You do have a good ways from the beach though but they have a cart service that takes you there and back but stops after 6pm. The food at the Cafe is excellent. Would highly recommend if you don't mind being off beach.

Very nice Condo with a fantastic view in a great Resort.

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo which was very clean and has a fantastic view. A short walk to the beach but if needed you can call the main reception and they will send a golf cart to come and collect you. The resort itself it very nice with 24 hour gate security, plenty of parking and a wonderful beach. The Tiki bar/cafe offers great food and drinks.

Needs updating

I’m disabled so the listing is misleading that it’s ocean front. It’s about a 4 city block walk. Beds and rugs need updating. But overall place was ok. Nice view
