it was perfect for the 2 of us. we had quick access to the beach and from anywhere in the condo you could see the gulf.

Great location

I stayed in a beachfront condo, and the view was terrific. Rick's Sand Trap had excellent food and drinks, just steps away. Louisiana Langipipe also had excellent food, but more expensive. I had no car and spent the week completely at the property, eating at these two restaurants on site. Condo was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

This was the best stay that I have had In Destin. The property had an amazing view of the beach. There were upgrades to kitchen and living room. Nice clean condo. Very quiet. Can’t wait to go back

Sandpiper Cove

Check in process was easy. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Property had a beautiful view but could have been a little cleaner and needs updating. Didn’t like having to take my dirty linens across the street to exchange them for clean ones. The resort itself was very nice and well maintained, just thought our unit was a little disappointing except for the view.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy staying at Sandpiper Cove. The condo was new to us. It was fine, not great. The sink backed up 10minutes after we were there. There is no washer and dryer. It was fine for a long weekend stay but not for an extended stay. But we will stay at Sandpiper cove again.

First of all, this condo is in an EXCELLENT location to main attractions in Destin. It was just a short drive to many restaurants, harbor boardwalk, water park, etc. It’s a very short walk down to the beach. The view from the balcony and bedroom window is beautiful. It was quiet and mostly clean. Check in/ check out was a breeze. It’s family friendly. The beach bar is nice and they even serve breakfast. I do want to be honest and say the floor was dirty when we checked in. Our socks were black just a few minutes after check in. That wouldn’t stop us from staying there again, though, as it’s easily remedied. The biggest issue was the sliding door to the balcony. If you don’t have upper body strength, I’m not sure you could get it open. Many times I had to ask my spouse to open it. Other than those two things, this stay was wonderful and I would definitely stay there again. I can’t recommend it enough. We had a lovely stay.

Sad that they even allow this unit to be rented. The view was the only good thing going here!

My only complaints would be that it did not have a washer and dryer, ceiling fans (I love a good ceiling fan to sleep), or a stopper to put the kids in the bath, we all had to take showers. Other than this it was very nice for our family of 4! We love staying at Sandpiper every year!

Like that we can exchange bedding/towels for a small fee. Wish someone would clean the Gulf side areas as there is trash and building materials laying around in the sand, some were there when we left last year. Like that we can walk to most places for food or drinks. We like that there is lots to do on site.

Anywhere you stand in the kitchen, living room or balcony you have beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico! They’ve used to carry on from the bedroom with a wall of windows! Everything was immaculately clean, in its place and the feeling of home stayed with you the second you open the door. Everything was tastefully decorated and the bed was so comfortable!All new appliances in the kitchen as a matter of fact, in order to use the microwave and the refrigerator I had to remove the packaging plastic. Although the oven appeared brand new, the door did not open all the way. I called the office and they scheduled someone to come out and repair. Office staff was extremely polite, caring, courteous, and friendly! To receive this type response from them during the heat of the summer months, it was refreshing!Grateful there was a broom and dust pan to maintain the cleanliness during my stay! Loved the fact that they had a shower to rinse the sand off before walking up the steps to the condo, great conveniences!In the bedroom, I encountered bruises on my legs, because the perimeter of the footboard on the bed was too close to the dresser. They did extend the very thick and luscious comforter beyond the foot board which does help but it did not eliminate the problem. Will it prevent me from returning, absolutely not. I just may need to invest in kneepads for my next visit🤣 love the beach cottage furniture, excellent taste!!!!Cannot wait to return love this condo!

We were a little disappointed that the oven/broiler and the ice maker in freezer did not work.. Pleased to see the steps have been renovated and the balcony furniture upgraded..we will book for future stays...
