Pasos a la playa con bombardeos de clase mundial, increíbles puestas de sol; conducir, andar en bicicleta o caminar solo 2 millas hasta el Refugio Nacional de Vida Silvestre Ding Darling; Golf, tenis, pesca, kayak y compras cerca. Caminos pavimentados rodean la isla para andar en bicicleta, correr, caminar. Ambiente discreto y relajado en la isla.

El condominio tiene vista del jardín tropical y la piscina desde su planta baja, patio privado. Relájese en la privacidad en su patio y luego pasee por la playa o la piscina. La playa del Golfo está a solo 136 yardas de distancia, la piscina está a solo 50 pies de distancia, salga del patio a ambas.

Mira espectaculares puestas de sol sobre el Golfo de México. La ubicación de West Gulf Drive del condominio permite vistas de la puesta del sol durante todo el año que no están disponibles en algunas ubicaciones del extremo este de Sanibel debido a la forma de la isla.

Beautiful, clean, well appointed ground floor condo with a short.. maybe 2 min walk to the beach. Everything in the condo was in outstanding condition… towels, sheets… comfy bed! Large screen TV’s, pots, pans, coffee maker… thoughtful to have the basic condiments. Will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

What a beautiful place! This condo had everything and more and it’s steps from the beach. On days we weren’t at the beach, we were checking out the shops and restaurants close by. The building is very nice and quiet. The entire space is beautifully maintained. Central location, you can easily walk or bike to shops and restaurants. Dennis, the owner gave us some great recommendations. He was so easy to work with and was great with communication. For this trip we didn’t have any kids with us but I can’t wait to book this exact spot again for a family vacation. Thank you for sharing your space with us, we will be back!

The condo is immaculate! There is a binder on the coffee table with several great suggestions and although some of the numbers didn't work, the places we went were great!The island is still recovering from Hurricane Ian, but we went in the off season and everywhere we we there was no waiting. 10/10

Superb! The host provided an exceptional stay and thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. From having beach chairs and an umbrella to surge protectors for our many power cords - we enjoyed the perks of our stay! Dennis was quick with responses. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Cannot recommend this property enough!

We had a fantastic vacation and the condo was the best VRBO rental we’ve ever stayed at! So convenient with the pool just steps away and quick walk to the ocean. The bathrooms are very nice and the whole condo was beautiful. So nice they had beach chairs, towels and umbrella since we had flown to Florida. Very well organized and owners were responsive and helpful. We would 100% stay here again!!

We had a great experience, the owners were very responsive. The accommodations were perfect. Beach and pool were both right outside the condo. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the No-See-Um's, no fault of the owners, but if you go to Sanibel, ensure you bring appropriate bug spray, and just be prepared bc they are always around due to hurricanes

Great Place

Great place. Right on the beach. Really do need to wear bug spray and we needed lots of itch cream but that seems to be everywhere in the area. Not too busy but still plenty to do and see.

Breakers West A6

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We have enjoyed both times very much. The condo is an easy walk to the golf. It’s a small unit building, and the property is always immaculate as is the condo. The kitchen is well stocked without extra extraneous Pots and pans. Everything matches. Our landlord, Dennis, is very easy to reach and communicative,We were also pleased this time to find how well the condo is maintained. The carpet looks great. All the furniture has weathered well. The unit is Bright and Pristine. We will probably stay a third time if we are traveling alone. The only difficulty is not being able to bring our well trained cocker spaniel.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful stay on Sanibel! The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. The pool and beach were fantastic. We'd love to have had a few more basics stocked at the condo (counter cleaner, extra TP and paper towel) but the kitchen had everything we needed and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and beautiful family memories!

Beautiful condo in perfect location

I brought my college-aged daughter and friends with me for our first visit to Sanibel. After a long trip, we walked into the prettiest, coziest place and felt right at home. Had plenty of space for 5 ladies and everything we needed to cookie and sleep there. The pool was great and the beaches with those amazing shells were a quick walk to get to. The area is quiet and the girls were able to relax. We will be back with family next spring break!

Nice. We liked ground floor and closeness to end of building nearest to the beach. Parking was near unit. Kitchen stuff was good. We were disappointed that kuerig wasnt available and that table only had benches and no chairs.

Glorious Stay

Breakers West A-6 is a spectacular condo with every amenity you can imagine. Immaculate inside and out. Screened in porch is perfect for evening dinners. Loved the location and walked the beach(shelling) every day. The pool was crystal clear and perfect temperature too. Just can't beat watching the sunrise and sunset in the gulf.

The Perfect Location

There really isn't much more to say. The unit and location were perfect for our wants and needs. Couldn't be happier with the entire process. Our host was very welcoming and responsive. Hope to come back again sometime.

Of course the area was not pristine but they have been thru alot of hurricanes and besides we weren't there to admire the grounds. We found shells larger than ever found. The beach is covered with them. There were really good places to eat. Timbers was a favorite. There is easy access to a nice pool. The rooms were very clean. Decorations very nice. Totally enjoyed it. Communication so easy and supportive -- even for an old techno dummie like me. Totally appreciated.

Sanibel birthday trip

We had a wonderful time at Breakers West. The condo was absolutely spotless. It was the only condo group that was occupied due to the recent storms. The shells were piled up 3-4 feet in some spots on the beach due to the storms. The Island is rebuilding but we found plenty of spots open for lunch and dinner. The condo was a very short walk to the beach and it had everything we needed for a week stay. We would highly recommend this property.

What a super clean, nicely decorated spot…close to beach and so many shells!! We enjoyed our short, relaxing stay and will be back for a longer stay again I’m sure.

From the condo, there was a nice, easy access to the beach, and the pool was great. The condo was fully stocked. It had all the amenities of a hotel (toiletries, sheets, and towels provided) plus those of a beach condo (beach items) which was great when flying in for a vacation.

This property was very clean!! It was just steps from the beach!! Our mom could go shelling anytime she wished!! I would definitely recommend this property if planning a trip to Sanibel!!
