Estás mirando nuestro condominio Sea Shell en la hermosa Siesta Key, Florida. Nuestra familia es de un pequeño pueblo cerca de Fort Wayne, Indiana. Compramos nuestro condominio en 1998 y hemos estado alquilando desde entonces. El condominio está ubicado directamente en Crescent Beach de Siesta Key en Sarasota, Florida. Sarasota es una comunidad de retiro tranquila que tiene muchas aves de nieve del Medio Oeste en el invierno, vacaciones de primavera en la primavera y vacacionistas en el verano y el otoño. Crescent Beach en Siesta Key ha sido calificado como el mejor número 1 en los Estados Unidos. Puedes ver en las fotos, tiene una hermosa arena blanca y un ambiente relajante.


Sábado a sábado solo alquileres, por favor. Un mes para fines de alquiler consta de 4 semanas completas a partir del primer sábado del mes.

Great Family Spot Just Steps from the Beach

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus! Check-in and check-out were super easy too. Great spot for a family getaway!

Amazing stay

Everything was perfect! We didn’t have room for towels in our luggage and they went out and provided beach towels for us! We returned them but it was a great gesture for sure! We will be back again this year and years to come!

Beach Trip

My mother and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and conveniently located. The beach access was great. We utilized the lounge chairs and umbrella set up for 20.00 per day..No beach towels were provided. Luckily I read an earlier review that mentioned this so we brought our own.

Wonderful unit steps from beach. Great beach amenities, chairs for guests. Terrific restaurant across street, Captain Curt's. Condo fully stocked with kitchen utensils and hair dryer in bath Would go back over and over again

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was well equipped with everything to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The refrigerator and oven were brand new! The location of the condo is great especially to get on and off the key quickly. We would book this condo again!

Perfect Location

Located right over the bridge, across the street from Captain Curt's. Market and 7-11 across the street. Many restaurants and shops across the street too. Only 2 cons: 1) Pool is shaded mostly all day and very small. 2) No laundry inside the unit. Would definitely stay here again!

2020 family getaway

This property is very nice and centrally located. You are able to walk to restaurants, drug store, post office, grocery and tourist type shops. There is entertainment at restaurants/bars across the street. Also a free trolley that runs to Siesta Key Village every 30 minutes. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again if visiting the area.

Nice Condo

We had a nice stay at this condo. This was our fifth time staying at the Sea Shell but our first in this unit, we loved the one we usually stay in but this condo is even nicer. It is updated and really clean with plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, great bathrooms, the kitchen has everything you need, including an ice maker,there are coolers to use, and only a couple of steps to the elevator. We honeymooned on Siesta Key and visit a couple times a year.

Family beach vacation

Just steps to the beach, beach chairs and umbrellas provided, nice heated pool, spacious living room with smart TV. All appliances worked well, beds were comfy and bathrooms were fine. While the condo is not located in the charming Siesta Key Village, the immediate surrounding area had everything we needed: walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, ice cream (excellent seafood- Captain Curts and awesome pizza- Pizza N Brew) and a nice grocery/market. Five minute drive to Siesta Key Village which was a nice outing for when we wanted a change of scenery and wanted to browse the other shops and restaurants.

Perfect

This was the perfect place to stay for Spring Break on Siesta Key. The location is ideal, the sand is so soft, the condo is the perfect size. The balcony is small, but with a nice little view, and a lovely spot to sit and relax. The parking is convenient (low ceiling, beware if you drive a big truck). There is a washer and dryer just down the walkway by the elevator. There are plenty of free chairs on the beach and this unit has an umbrella in the closet, or you can pay for one out on the sand. My only advice is to bring your own beach towels. Hoping to get back to this place next Spring Break.

Great Vacation

I worked with the property owners son because the property owner was recovering from surgery. The son was SO nice and great to work with! Answered all my questions timely and always had kind things to say. The condo itself was very clean and welcoming. Perfect location right off the elevator and convenient parking location. This condo had 3 different size coolers to use (large, medium and small) to take your beverages to the beach. It also had 2 sun umbrellas to use. Others that we talked to on the beach did not have those things in their condo, so that was nice. We had a great time and look forward to returning in the future and we will definitely try to stay in this same condo.

I will be back!!!

Our visit could not have been better. The location to restaurants and shopping is perfect. We walked right across the street to Captain Curts, Daiquiri Deck and Anna's Sandwiches. We hand plenty of room in the condo and the complex is right on the beach. It was clean, roomy and well equipped. There were pool toys, coolers and beach umbrellas, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I slept like a baby in the comfy King bed in the master The owner was super nice and answered any questions I had prior to my arrival. I'm getting ready to book another trip to my new "home away from home". Thanks Andrew, for sharing your lovely condo with us!!!
