Bellamente decorado, condominio de dos habitaciones y dos baños en el Essex.

Este condominio cuenta con todas las comodidades del hogar, incluido Wifi GRATIS. Desde la puerta principal del condominio hasta la playa Está a menos de cinco minutos a pie y eso lleva las sillas de playa. Hay una cama king-size en el dormitorio principal, dos camas individuales en el segundo dormitorio, y el sofá se convierte en una cama queen. Hay Internet inalámbrico GRATIS en el condominio.

Very clean and so convenient on the South end of Marco. South beach entrance is just a couple blocks away. Everything needed in the unit to have a great time and even a view of the gulf.

EXCELLENTY CONDO

We were extremely pleased with this condo. It is very well located and exactly as described online. The beach amenities were also a wonderful bonus, especially the beach cart. It is only a 5 minute walk from the condo to the beach entrance. The owner communicates well so that when we arrived we had no questions or problems. Looking forward to returning. Steve and Susan

Loved our stay at this condo!

We were more than pleased with this condo. It was just as nice as the pictures show. We loved the second floor location overlooking the pool and the view of the ocean from the living room and screened in porch. It was and easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Dave was a pleasure to work with. He is prompt with any communication and offered lots of advise for places to eat and things to do. The condo was very clean and is supplied with everything you need including beach chairs, umbrella and toys. It has a fully equipped kitchen with Keurig and regular coffee maker much to our delight. I highly recommend this condo and hope that I can return sometime again.

A Cozy, Charming Home Away From Home in Paradise

Just returned from a blissful three weeks in Marco Island. Our accommodations could not have been better. This condo provided the perfect retreat for my husband and I. We were able to take a comfortable stroll to the beach with the convenient cart and beach gear provided by the owners. We love watching the sunsets from the cozy lanai and the bonus of having a pool view. The condo is well maintained , updated with everything we needed to make us feel at home. The owners are always responsive and available when concerns arise. They left us helpful notes and suggestions to make our visit to the island even more enjoyable. We look forward to our return visit!

Awesome

Very nice condo! It had everything you need to have a great time with your family. We rode the bikes around the island and felt in love with it. The beach is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely go back to Marco Island and to this very cozy apartment. we had a lovely stay!

Essex Condo

This is a wonderful home away from home, very comfortable and clean. This was our 3rd year and we are already booked for next year. Fully equipped with everything you need. Plenty of beach supplies, chairs, towels, even a beach buggy and within walking distance to the beach.

Essex Condo 201 is a Gem , Can't wait to stay there again !

We stayed at David DeSmyter's Essex condo for a week in May 2017. We have also stayed in his Apollo units. We just love the location. Although not on the gulf it is just across the road and an easy walk over to the beach. The Condo is spacious and tastefully decorated. We especially loved the fact that it is on the second floor and we only had a few steps to go up without using an elevator to come an go. Another selling point for us is that it is an end unit that is on the pool side. A very close convenient walk to the pool . Both the dining room and the Lanai overlook the pool. Your able to watch your Family and friends at the pool while in the room. It's always a bonus to have a assigned covered parking space while on vacation. No guessing where you will park ! We will certainly stay in the Essex unit again. Highly Recommend.

Clean and Comfortable Condo!

We had a great stay in this condo. It was clean, comfortable and for the most part had everything we needed. We loved that there was beach equipment available for our use. We used the cart, chairs, umbrella and cooler every day. There were also a lot of beach towels to use. The screened in porch was nice to sit on and to keep the kids contained. It also has a pretty view of the Gulf (you can see it between two buildings across the street). The condo could use some updates, specifically the carpet in the bedrooms, but overall the unit is in good shape. The need for updates did not take away from the overall experience we had. The location of the condo was great. It's on the south end of the Island and only a two block walk to the beach public access and a short walk to restaurants, mini golf, movie theater and shops. The only thing that we really missed was a grill. Because we travelled with a 1 and 2 year old, dining out was not an easy option and cooking on the stove/oven was the last thing I wanted to do on vacation. This also did not take away from our enjoyment of the condo...would have just been a nice feature to have access to. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this condo.

Always Enjoyable!

We have visited this property 9 times in the past 3 years. The condo is across the street from the ocean with a view of the ocean between buildings. It is a quick 5 minute walk to the south beach entrance. The 2nd floor end unit has an extra window overlooking the pool. Dave maintains this unit and adds improvements each year. The master has a new mattress, the unit has 3 HD flatscreen tv's, and the appliances are new. We enjoy walking to the many restaurants at Marco Walk. We always enjoy our stay.

The perfect island haven

Just spent the second year in this lovely condo for a three week winter getaway. Looking forward to our return next year. We especially love sitting on the lanai to watch the sunsets, spending time at the pool and walking to the beach. It is equipped with everything we need to enjoy our stay to the fullest. Dave and Cami have been so wonderful to rent from. They are always available to reach with questions or concerns. They have made sure we have all the comforts of home. We really enjoyed watching the Super Bowl on the new flat screen TV. Their Condo is clean and attractively decorated.

Fantastic value, perfect location!

We LOVED our stay at this condo. We were unfortunately joined by Tropical Storm Colin, so it was a wet week, however, we had a much needed relaxing stay. The condo had absolutely everything we needed, from towels, to toys. We were able to gaze at the ocean across the street, and it was a SUPER short walk to the beach itself. We loved the Sunset Grill, and tried out lots of local restaurants. We even went to the Marco Historical Museum, which was very interesting. We also recommend the Marco Movie theater. Even in the rain, there was plenty to do! We also lived in the pool. We basically had it to ourselves as no-one else wanted to swim in the rain ha :) Our son was the happiest I've seen him in a long time, and he has declared we are coming back next year! Although we were only 1.5 hours from home, Marco Island felt like a different world, and we are hooked. THANK YOU!

Definitely would recommend

I have rented from this owner for many years, as he has several different condos on Marco Island. All of the units are clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Dave is always very prompt in responding to any emails or inquiries. The island is just beautiful with plenty of great restaurants and is very relaxing.

Perfect Condo, everything you need, top location

We had a super time on Marco Island. The appartment was well furnished. It's got everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. The trolley with the beachchairs is very comfortable. Close to the beach. Spacious. The lanai is perfect. We enjoyed having dinner or breakfast at the balcony. We definitely will come back! Thanks a lot David!

Great condo with oceanview

Very comfortable, clean, well located condo on Marco. Close to beaches and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed and has been well maintained and updated. Updates include super comfortable king size bed in master bedroom and new kitchen appliances. Reliable wi-fi and cable. Seamless reservation/check-in/check out process. We felt very much at home!
