Thank you for your feedback. We take guests experiences seriously and want to clarify a few points for anyone reading this review. Our condo is strictly non-smoking, and in the entire time the property has been operating we have never received a complaint regarding cigarette smoke inside the home. Additionally the condo had not been occupied for over a week prior to this stay and was personally inspected before check in to ensure it was clean and ready for guests. Prior to arrival, we also reached out to offer the option of an early check in so the guest could enjoy the property sooner. Unfortunately, we never received a response and no concerns were communicated to us at any point during the stay. We always encourage guests to contact us right away if something is not right so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Without being notified, we were not given the opportunity to address any concerns. For future guests, we are always available and happy to help during your stay if anything needs attention. Regarding check out we kindly ask you remove your trash on the way out, start dishwasher, and place linens on the floor, which is very minimal and standard request for many vacation rentals. We appreciate the positive comments about the comfortable bed and the view, and we remain committed to providing a clean and welcoming space for every guest. We simply wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during the stay so we could have assisted.
