The living room is divided into two areas: a more informal space with comfortable sofas and a TV, and a more elegant area with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing next to the dining area. From every corner of the house, the panoramic views of the bay are unparalleled. From the living-dining area, you can access a spacious terrace featuring a barbecue area, outdoor sofas, and an al fresco dining area with a canopy.

From the living room, a staircase leads directly to the pool.

Additionally, the modern, fully-equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, various types of coffee makers – Italian, drip, and Nespresso – induction hob, toaster, freezer, and more) also offers magnificent views of the bay and is connected to the living room.

The kitchen opens onto a second terrace with an outdoor dining area, shaded by canopies, ideal for enjoying breakfast with sea views. From this terrace, additional stairs also lead to the pool.
