La planta superior se compone de 2 habitaciones con 2 baños, un salón grande, en el salón hay una Smart TV, una cocina con todos los electrodomésticos y una piscina con amplia terraza con toldo.
La planta superior y inferior tienen aire acondicionado.
En la planta baja hay 2 dormitorios con 2 baños en suite, un salón y porche.
La casa y la piscina tienen vistas a la montaña y a la bahía de Pollensa.

Los exteriores están mantenidos semanalmente.

Brilliant villa in Alcudia

This is the second time we have stayed at the property and it was just as good as the first time. The villa is in a great location, around 10 minutes from Alcúdia, 10 minutes from Pollensa old town and 15 minutes from port of Pollensa. The gardens in the property are well maintained and the swimming pool is a perfect temperature. The terrrace of the villa has amazing views and is the perfect place to enjoy a drink and dinner at sunset. The interior of the villa is modern. There are four bedrooms, three of them have nice en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom, which is perfect for a young child, has its own bathroom next to it. Overall, this is a perfect villa and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Peaceful and modern with everything you need

The villa lived up to all our expectations! We were there for 2 weeks with young children and were visited by the kids grandparents and everybody had a great time. First of all, the house has very good standards and misses really nothing in terms of equipment. The situation of the house is close to most things you desire, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the large grounds, where most of the family enjoyed going jogging in the mornings. We found the hosts very service minded, helpful and friendly. We happily recommend the house for large families that look for a peaceful hideaway where you can spend the whole days just hanging around.

A beautiful stay for a group of friends

We visited Can Belver as a group of 8 adults (4 couples) and had a wonderful time. We would recommend to anyone, particularly those in large groups/families who are looking for space and privacy. We were blown away when we arrived - the pool, internal space and grounds are stunning and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the fresh fruit growing in the grounds including the biggest lemons you’ll ever see, figs and apricots. We would recommend car hire. We hired two cars to get around which was useful, however used taxis to get to/from alcudia, pollensa in the evenings. We loved meeting Paco who gave us a warm welcome and swift check in. Paco was always responsive if we had any questions about the facilities. Thanks again for a fantastic stay, we hope to return one day.

Fantastic villa close to Pollensa and Alcudia

We recently stayed at Can Belver for two weeks (a married couple with our two children and both our mothers). On arrival we were greeted by Paco, who manages the property. He was very helpful throughout our stay. When we asked for some parasols for the pool he brought two almost immediately and was otherwise always checking in to make sure we had everything, the pool was in good shape etc. The views from the property are astounding and a wonderful place to sit and relax with a drink at sunset. The pool is a good size and nicely heated. There is a nice table by the pool and also a dining area just outside the kitchen. The rooms are generally all a good size, with three of the four bedrooms having an en-suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom without an en-suite has a separate bathroom next to it. It is smaller, but perfect for children, especially given the bathroom next to it has a bath. The property is modern, particularly on the upper floor, and well maintained. It is also well situated, being a 5 minute drive to Alcudia, 10 minute drive to Pollensa old town and a 15 minute drive to the port of Pollensa. The latter two places in particular are lovely to walk around and have great restaurants. There are also a number of supermarkets within a very close distance. Overall, this is a fantastic villa in a great location. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The only thing I would say is that it would be nice to have more lighting outside at night around the dining area.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation war super, der Besuch von Paco war klasse! Er kümmert sich um alles vor Ort! Das Haus ist super zentral, wenn man einen Mietwagen hat! Auch Anregungen wurden ernst genommen und auch umgesetzt! Lediglich einen Co2 Melder würde ich hinzufügen einfach um den Gästen ein sichereres Gefühl zu geben! Ansonsten top top und würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen! Danke für den super Service

Can Belver Beauty

Can Belver was a beautiful sanctuary home between Pollenca and Alcudia. You can enjoy the mountains and then drive 10 minutes later to the playa. The home had all the amenities for two families. Thank you for a beautiful and memorable stay.

Tolles Haus mit fabelhafter Aussicht

Das Haus ist wunderbar ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Außenbereich mit tollem Pool lädt zum entspannen ein. Ein Weber Gasgrill auf der Terrasse unterstützt super bei BBQ Partys. Und die Aussicht ist einzigartig.

Wonderful view

We had a lovely stay in Can Belver. The house itself is very light and modern and the outdoors areas are very inviting. We spend most mornings and evenings just enjoying the views over the mountains and to the sea. Access to Pollenca, Alcudia and even Palma is very easy.

Der Urlaub in der Immobilie war in Ordnung. Ein Problem ist der massive Ameisen- und Moskitobefall.

Insgesamt war das Mietobjekt ok. Leider konnte die Terrasse auf Grund der vielen Moskitos täglich in der Zeit von 19.00 Uhr bis ca. 22.00 Uhr nicht genutzt werden.

Amazing house and location

We loved the house. Amazing property with sweeping views with the mountains in distance. Beautiful sunsets from the teracce and pool area. The property is well maintained and the owner and his team is amazing. We can highly recommend this property and we will definitely come back.

A lovely house with lots potential but in need of improvements needed

I was very excited about staying at Can Belver - the photos looked amazing on the gallery. It is a lovely house but I don’t feel it was worth the money. I’m only stating my views and it’s up to readers to decide if these points are important to them. I’ll firstly start with the positives: - The administrator was absolutely fantastic. She was excellent in communicating and dealing with some of the issues that came up. I got the keys fine and got in -there was fruit in a basket and a fridge of beers etc which was a great touch - there’s plenty of room and beds - the kitchen is well equipped - there’s a good tv - there’s a great washer and drier Negatives: - the beds are terrible and need replacing. They did to their credit get a mattress topper for one where one of our guests had a bed with springs coming through. But the mattresses all need replacing - the rooms are musty and dusty - I was still trying to air the place after a week. The bed linen was to blame here. - the hot water takes 10 minutes to come through any of the showers. It was really frustrating and the pressure was terrible - there is a lack of instructions for things like the tv (which I discovered had Netflix by chance) - there are no comfortable chairs/sofas if you just want to relax in front of the tv. Only directors chairs and dining chairs. Not comfortable unfortunately - the sun blind on the terrace is not great and you get blinded by the sun in the evening at the table - recycling boxes/options non existent - the gardens were in a bad state until half way through the week when the gardener came - the orchard/groves in the photos is inaccessible as the grass is overgrown. I was particularly disappointed by this as was looking forward to walk around the property - pool is freezing in May so unusable - it might be a nice touch to provide guests with small bottles of shampoos/shower gels or soaps for the price as you would get in hotels. Although this review is not all positive, it is not a reflection at all on the wonderful staff who run this house. The owner really needs to spend some money and bring the house back to the standards that are reflected in the photos. I felt that I paid far too much to rent this house unfortunately. I hope that my constructive criticisms are carefully considered by the owner and acted upon for future visitors

Traumhafte Finca in toller Umgebung

Wunderschöne Finca mit tollem Garten, Top-Ausstattung und perfekter Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe von Alcudia. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit von Paco und Virginia vor Ort. Wir haben hier einen sehr schönen Oster-Urlaub verbracht und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Great property in super location

We stayed here as a family and had a great time. The villa is nicely presented, well furnished and in a great spot for visiting Pollensa, Alcudia, Soller etc. I really can't fault it, the views are also lovely and relaxing in the villa in the evening outside was a real highlight. No reservations at all. Would definitely come back.

Die Finca Can Belver kann ich wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Tolle organisation. Alles lief reibungslos ab. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist sehr schnell in Alcudia oder in Pollensa. Die Finca ist perfekt ausgestattet. Danke an das ganze Can Belver Team. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Amazing

Stunning property set in the Majorcan countryside. Really enjoyed our stay here with 2 kids in tow. Lots of amenities for the kids (baby cot, high chair, beach toys etc). Property owner was very accommodative and manager in Majorca always on hand in case of need. Only one or two suggestions - couches to watch TV upstairs would be appreciated. Chairs provided not so comfortable. Also could do with some blinds on the upstairs windows. Sunset is stunning but hits the kitchen table square on whilst you're eating!! Everyone in sunglasses inside! Other than that the property is prisitne and beautiful and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Thank you Bernhard!

Traumhaftes Anwesen mit herrlichem Blick auf das Tramuntanagebirge und auf der anderen Seite Blick auf die Bucht. Das grosszüge Haus mit seiner geschmackvollen Einrichtung bietet alle Möglichkeiten der Erholung auch für eine größere Gruppe. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit von Paco, der Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Er hat die besten Tips für die besondere Kulinarik - frischer Fisch direkt vom Fischer. Der Vermieter zeigte sich sehr flexibel und war stets bemüht, das Beste für seine Gäste möglich zu machen. Wir hatten schon lange nicht mehr so einen erholsamen Urlaub!'

Very nice house - also for winter stays

We stayed in this house for 10 days starting end of December 2016 and had a fantastic stay. The house is very nice, offers a lot of space, is exceptionally well kept, including the garden, and is very well equipped with everything needed. Set on a hill top the views from the house towards Pollenca, the sea and the Tramuntana are very spectacular and really extraordinary. The house is located in a quite neighbourhood and both Pollenca and Alcudia can easily be reached by car within 10 minutes. To Palma it is 45 minutes drive. The housekeeper is very helpful in case of questions or in case help is needed. We can only highly recommend this property and will definitely come back.

Beautiful villa

Fantastic house in beautiful setting. The house and the scenery really is as beautiful as in the pictures on the website. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful terrace and the children enjoyed the pool. Georgous beach at approximately 15 minutes driving. Everything is well maintained and taken care off. We arrived on a Sunday and were immediately welcomed with some fruits, wine, water, etc, so we did not have to rush to a store upon our arrival. Great property with great service!

wunderschöne Finca -> wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Familienurlaub in der Finca verbringen können. Die Ausstattung der Finca lässt keine Wünsche offen – die Lage und das Terrain/Aussicht der Finca sind aus meiner Sicht kaum zu toppen. Der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein, wie auch die nahegelegenen Strände. Das ganze wird noch abgerundet durch den unkomplizierten und sehr angenehmen Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und vor Ort steht Francisco, der Hausverwalter, für jede Frage zur Verfügung und zwar in einer sehr herzlichen Art und Weise – so macht Urlaub Spaß – von A-Z – Wir sagen „Danke“ :-)
