Elegante casa de vacaciones con buena presión en la ducha y hamacas cómodas. Tiene uatro habitaciones para dos personas cada una, con baño privado. ¿Qué más podrías necesitar? Puedo decirte algunas cosas:

Yo misma construí esta casa y me ocupé de todos los detalles para que tú pases unas vacaciones como dios manda. Cuando me jubile me mudaré allí. Por eso tiene un espacio de relax, una cocina amplia (me encanta cocinar allí) y un espacio de lectura/trabajo con buen wifi. No soy nada sin mi Netflix en vacaciones.

Cuando llegues, te daré la bienvenida y daré un tour por la casa. El jacuzzi tiene sus trucos y estaré encantada de decirte qué botones presionar para obtener las mejores burbujas. Soy Katy, por cierto. Encantada de conocerlo.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Katy ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Als Willkommensgeschenk stand eine große Obstschale und eine Weinflasche bereit und im Kühlschrank warteten schon ein paar Getränke. Das Haus war sauber und es waren ausreichend Handtücher für Duschen und den Pool vorhanden. Der Pool wird beheizt. Man kann dies nicht steuern. Zur Miete kommen bei Ankunft erstmal 150 Euro Stromkosten die in bar an Katy zu zahlen sind ( wussten wir vorab nicht). Hinzu kommt dann der zusätzliche Strom der in der Zeit verbraucht wird. Wir waren 1 Woche mit 8 Personen im Haus und nutzen auch den Whirlpool. Da das Wasser bei Neuvermietung getauscht wird, ist dies bei Ankunft natürlich kalt. Dieser wird dann mit dem normalen Strom geheizt. Wir hatten nach einer Woche ( Whirpool haben wir 3 Tage geheizt und genutzt) dann mit dem alltäglichen Stromverbrauch nochmal 170 Euro Strom am Ende gehabt. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet, es könnten aber nochmal zusätzliche Gläser angeschafft werden, zumindest wenn man das Haus in voller Personenzahl nutzt. Ansonsten kommt man gut klar. Der direkte Nachbar hat allerdings einen Hund, dieser bellt täglich ab 6:30 Uhr gerne rum. Dafür kann natürlich Katy nichts, aber wer gerne lange ausschläft, wird dadurch höchstwahrscheinlich gestört. In unserer Woche kam es leider immer wieder zu übel riechenden Gerüchen aus dem Syphon aus den oberen Schlafzimmern. Das untere Schlafzimmer empfanden wir leicht klamm.

From the pool to the kitchen everything that you need for a family holiday. Owner Katy was really helpful with information, location perfect, from beaches to towns. If we praise it too much it might not be available next time!

Wunderschöne Woche

Kathy ist eine hervorragende Vermieterin. Bei Ankunft erwartete uns eine riesige Obstschale, Wasser, Wein und Bier im Kühlschrank.Sie war immer erreichbar und beseitigte umgehend kleinere Mängel, wie z. B. ein defektes Schloss der Gästetoilette, Poolscheinwerfer und besorgte Sonnenschirme mit neuen Ständern.Das Grundstück ist gepflegt, Pool und Whirlpool werden wöchentlich gereinigt, die liegen sind hochwertig.Einziges Manko ist die Müllfrage, was allerdings an der Gemeinde liegt. Man muss täglich bestimmten sortierten Müll vors Haus stellen und am letzten Tag den Rest zu einer Sammelstelle fahren.Stromkosten lagen allerdings bei 105,- die Woche.Ansonsten waren wir vollkommen zufrieden und auch die Liebenswürdigkeit von Kathy verdient 5 Sterne.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful family holiday here. The location is great if you have a car (not sure about without) - there is a local supermarket and restaurants a few minutes drive away and we visited Pollenca, Puerto Pollenca and Alcúdia easily on multiple days. Getting there from the airport was also very straightforward.The house itself is lovely, a very modern clean design and layout inside, and everything we needed outside for both kids and adults.Huge bonus was the heated pool, it allowed us to be in it every day at the start of April and made a big difference to the kids’ experience. Katy was really helpful and responsive both before we arrived, and once we were there, resolving a small issue very quickly and answering various questions.Would highly recommend!

The house is much nicer than the photos even . Very high standard inside and everything you could wish for in the kitchen, garden and everywhere tbh . Very modern. Very clean and we had it beautifully wa for 10 days over Christmas ! Only one day without clear blue skies

Perfect family break!

Really well maintained property, perfect for family get away with adult kids and their partners, having 4 spacious bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms. Excellent kitchen and living space. Outdoor areas were great with a lovey pool. Great communication from the owner Katy-Mary. Would definitely consider booking again.

A fantastic week

We came as two separate family’s and the place was perfect. All of the rooms are a great size with really good bathrooms. The place was immaculate and really well stocked, the pool was warm and we spent most of our days in it. It was easy access by car in to Alcudia and a nearby waterpark so we had a nice time exploring and then coming back to relax at the villa. We couldn’t fault it. Katy was always on hand to help if needed too. We would love to come back again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic stay - fantastic host.

We had 22 days here in August and wish it had been longer. The villa is simply stunning - and was even better than we expected. All the rooms were great and had en suites. All were lovely and clean and with plenty of storage space. We had a few different family and friends stay over the holiday who all had a fantastic time. There was plenty of equipment to cook with when we are in and we were only 15 mins from Alcudia or Pollença if we wanted to go out so the location is perfect. You’re only five minutes from several supermarkets in Sa Pobla for supplies Katy Mary was a fantastic host who was always only a text message away if we had a question or needed help. The pool and hot tub are great and regularly cleaned. There’s also a games area in the garage for the kids to enjoy. We will hopefully be returning someday!

Wunderschöne große Villa

Wir haben wunderschöne, erholsame Tage in dieser schönen modernen Villa verbracht und der große Pool wurde sehr gern und fast rund um die Uhr genutzt 😂. Die Villa ist groß und total stylisch und die Zimmeraufteilung optimal. Die Gastgeberin sehr nett und immer schnell erreichbar, wenn es Fragen gab. Excellent Villa - perfect for a family

Perfect villa for our family holiday - spacious, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The pool is ideal for young children under supervision as there is a large shallow area where they can happily play. The pictures truly reflect what you get - the best villa we have stayed in and will return. The owner is on hand when you need her.

Nice villa, well equipped suitable for group of friends or a family

We really enjoyed our stay in this property as a group of 7 friends looking for a quiet and more private get away compared to a hotel stay. There are four almost equally sized rooms which all come with a fully equipped bathroom. The kitchen area holds the majority of items you will most likely use during a 7-14 days stay. What we would loved to have read before: the outside area is also really beautiful and comes with plenty of opportunities to play table soccer/basketball etc. There are also additional pool toys available. Lastly, note there are a lot of mosquitos. Supermarkets are close by. Beach by car in around 20 min. All in all really great property to spend time with friends and relax.

.WE WOULD LIKE A MODERN HOUSE, BRIGHT, COMFORTABLE, COZY AND SPECIALLY PERSONALIZED.
WE ARE VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS WE OBTAINED.
IT'S A BEAUTIFUL HOUSE WITH A SPECIAL CHARM.
JUST A LITTLE PROBLEM, WE HAVE EXCEEDED WITH THE BUDGET AND SO WE HAVE DECIDED TO RENT THE HOUSE FOR A FEW SUMMERS .

THE SUN WILL ALWAYS RISE IN SOMEONE OF THE WINDOWS FROM THE HOUSE FROM DAWN TO DUSK,THANKS TO THE IDEAL POSITION OF IT.

 If you are searching a natural area, Crestatx is your place. It's a suburbs area at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. It's perfect for long and quiet walks or for riding bikes ( that you can find in the garage of the villa). The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden. Futhermore, you can have wonderfuls grills in our big charcoal barbecue.

The house is equiped by all necessary home staff. By the way, it's spacious, lightly and aerated.
