Perfect place to stay

We really enjoyed the home, pool and location. It was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. We were close to everything and had a wonderful time.

The perfect stay. Villla is so clean, and beauriful. They had everything you could need. Loved the layouts The pool is spectacular. My 9 and 13 grandkids said it was perfect.

Perfect home away from home!

The property was absolutely beautiful and in a great location to walk to the beach! The management group was very helpful and so easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Home on a beautiful island

We absolutely loved staying here. The house is gorgeous and clean with a huge pool area and large kitchen!! Leslie was very helpful!!

Spring Break Paradise

We loved our time at Hampshire House! This was our first time to Turks and Caicos and enjoyed every minute of our trip. The Hampshire House was beautiful and had everything our family needed for our vacation. The entire house was spotless and so clean. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of beach chairs, pool toys, comfortable beds, everything we needed! The location was ideal to the beaches and Grace Bay area for many wonderful restaurants.

Mid-winter get away

Beautiful home not far from grace bay. Even with a few snags along the way, which couldn’t be helped, was a fab stay. Very responsive property manager.

Perfect spot for our family!

This was the perfect house for my family over Spring break! We enjoyed every minute of our stay there. Both Leslie and Gary were wonderful to work with. Gary was always available and was able to answer any questions we had regarding recommendations during our stay in Turks. We would love to return in the near future! Highly recommend Hampshire House!

Amazing House

This property is beautiful with great privacy and a very nice pool. The property manager was super helpful. House is clean and well stocked. Loved the beaches and food but this house was actually my favorite part about our visit. There is a pull out couch in the living room.

A piece of paradise

A great property, spacious house , with a private pool. Walking distance to long bay beach, or a short drive to Grace bay beaches. Kitchen was fully appointed, lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. Luis was very responsive to anything that we wanted to make our stay more enjoyable Would highly recommend

Amazing - so easy, great communication, beautiful.

We love the Hampshire House. Jason, Leslie and Luis were amazing. The pool was clean. There were a bunch of snacks available for us, including spices, tea and olive oil. Lots of pool toys and beach chairs. Easy 5-10 min walk to the beach. Thank you TCI

A Great Spot (just like the pictures)

If you are looking for a bright, airy, private poolside home, the pictures show it all. We had a larger group of college-aged kids (and one set of parents). There was plenty of space given the open layout that opens to the pool. There is plenty of sun or shade availably throughout the day in a very private setting. It is s short walk to Long Bay Beach or drive to other island attractions. We all really enjoyed this villa!!!

Beautiful Property - Best Spot on the Island

The Hampshire House was absolutely incredible! The entire process from start to finish was professional and responsive! It was our first time in Turks and Caicos so we weren't quite sure what to expect, but this team made it all seamless. We traveled with my parents and kids (ages 13 and 11) and everyone had ample space to relax, a well-equipped kitchen (we even brought in a personal chef one night), comfortable beds and a beautiful pool. The kids loved the water toys that were included in the outside pool house. I highly recommend this property, it was stunning and very comfortable for all of us!

Wonderful stay at Hampshire House

We had a wonderful stay at Hampshire House! We spent time everyday outside around the pool - the biggest by far of any property we've rented in Turks and Caicos. The location of the house was perfect for us to pop in the car for a short drive to Grace Bay Beach, Sunset Beach, the Leeward Community and more - and, of course, Long Bay Beach is easily walkable. We found the house to be extremely well stocked for cooking/ grilling but most importantly for beach supplies. There are beach chairs and a beach cabana in the pool house that were perfect for our daily trips to the beach. Leslie and Gary were wonderful prior to and throughout our stay! We will be back!

Birthday, baby and engagement celebrations

This place nothing short of amazing. It was very clean and is exactly as pictured. Luis was great too. He helped with groceries by taking us to the supermarket and just made sure we were situated. He responded to all our inquiries promptly. One thing it not for 8 adults more 4 adults and 3 young children. I would most definitely come again.

The Perfect House for a Dream Vacation

The house was so well equipped for all our needs. We cooked multiple meals there for 6 plus people and had everything you could imagine as for as supplies went. The outdoor space, we are left speechless! The pool was perfect and the outdoor seating is set out perfectly to lay and enjoy the sun or read in the shade. Both spaces were very clean and well maintained. The pictures simply don't do this house justice. Cooking outside in the BBQ area was a dream! Property managers were available for all our needs and questions, although things were so readily available we didn't want/need much help. Before we left we were planning our next visit and it will be most certainly at this house.

Great vacation home!

Wonderful property. Very clean. Great amenities. Kitchen well stocked for cooking meals. Pool was perfect for our family of 6. Pool toys and floats were available in the pool shed which was perfect. Beach chairs, coolers, a pump for the pool floats were all available for use. Check in was quick and easy. I had a few questions come up and was able to text my contact with an almost immediately response. Home is located down a dirt road with construction of new homes in along Bay. Very close to Long Bay beach (beautiful!). Definitely need a car to get around. Be careful of the potholes on the road to the house. It was still easy to navigate and get around most of the pot holes. Overall a great home to rent!!

Lovely house

As nice as it looks in the pictures. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen is well-stocked, and there are beach chairs and pool toys and inflatables too. Comfortable beds. There is a trundle bed under the bunk beds (not mentioned in listing). Location is good—feels isolated but a short drive to Grace Bay beaches and stores. You will need to rent a car. Leslie was very helpful and responsive. We will be back!
