Okemo racing

This was a great house and the hosts were very responsive to questions. BTW it does NOT have a Keurig machine! I was told it did but evidently they just thought I meant a coffee machine which it does have along with all other great amenities!

Great place to stay for Okemo

Very nice house, spacious, clean, & a good location. The house was stocked with all of the essentials. The drive to Okemo Mountain was 10 minutes. The owner was quick to respond. The roads were plowed pretty quickly after large snowstorms. I would definitely rent again.

Great spot with close drive to Okemo

Everything was great with this rental. Easy to get to, convenient location, plenty of space, and instructions were clear. Nice living room with a smart TV in case you have to stay inside.

The two downsides to the rental.

The two downsides to the rental was the two steps up and the entire deck were covered in snow and ice. We tried the best we could to clear off a spot to get into the rental safely. There wasn't any salt (ice melt) to put down to make leaving and arriving into the home safely. There was also a very stong paint smell in the home. Other than that the home was clean and exactly as advertised.

Great place for a long ski weekend

Nice small house in a great location. The property is located very close to Okemo, which makes it very convenient after a tiring day skiing. Nice layout for a family trip, and the kitchen had almost all items we needed. The only minor issue was that the beds and pillows aren't that comfortable, but we made do. I would re-book this house, but we would bring our own pillows.

Great access to Okemo. Quiet location with only sounds of the creek.

Nice place for a week of snow boarding. The heat took a little while to work in bedrooms. But worked great after going. Don't place anything near base heating elements...melted our cooler. Also a little more details on recycling as VT has some specific rules. on thr bright side lots of things are recyclables there. We had a great time.

Great host

Host had prompt responses to all my questions prior to the stay. Check in and out was an easy process. It was nice that they had everything we needed for the kitchen. Beds in master and twin were a little too firm. Extra comforters helped soften. Trundle bed was difficult to pull out, so we had to switch around our sleeping arrangements

Weekend skiing

The house was very nice and felt bigger than the pictures online. The house was well supplied with kitchen and bathroom products as well as blankets.. towels etc. The location was great for the town of Ludlow and skiing at Okemo. The only issue was beds were not super comfortable but we are all used to our own home mattresses I think otherwise great stay!

Housing for Work

My husband and three of our employees stayed here while working on a local project. It was very hot that week and the property has no AC...bring fans! There was an issue with the drains in the showers and toilets, which were fixed immediately when I messaged the host. The host was always available with fast responses. It did have a musty smell, maybe try a dehumidifier during the hot summer days. All in all, it worked for what we needed. Lisa in Lincoln, VT

Nice house close to okemo mtn.

The house was perfect, close to town and Okemo Mtn. Very very clean and everything you would need. 5 min ride to Shaws and town. Took me 6 min to get to parking lot at Okemo Mtn. Very comfortable home and I will definitely rent again. Host Tatiana is very, very nice and very helpfull with any questions I had. Thank you Tatiana for making my ski trip a wonderful and much needed vacation. Thank you again for use of your very nice home in Ludlow John.

Cosy and wonderful

We had a wonderful time at this Ludlow getaway. It is a sweet place, with everything you need to be comfortable. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked: in addition to pots and pans plates, and silverware, there's a crockpot, blender, grilling things, beautiful china, and even high end wineglasses. Excellent dishwasher, and very comfortable setup for cooking. Bedrooms are comfortable, the beds are firm, in a good way. They are full size, and I would prefer a larger bd, but it was still fine. The beddings were exceptionally soft and plentiful with extra blankets. The place was super clean, and the living room furniture comfortable, the kids enjoyed lounging on the floor because of the soft carpets. This came in very useful on a day that the weather conditions were not right for skiing, so we stayed indoor all day, played games and cooked. It was perfect for our family of four. All that being said, if you are looking for fancy setting, this isn't it, the bathrooms are old (although the water pressure is great), and there is no beautiful view, and nothing particularly stylish, although everything is quite lovely. The location is wonderfully convenient, despite the lack of inspiring views out the windows; it really is only minutes to Okemo mountain and the center of the village which has a well stocked supermarket and cute restaurants. Good communications with the property manager also a big plus, they arranged for a plow to stop by after a snow storm promptly. So if you are looking for a comfortable place in a super convenient location, this is a wonderful choice.

Great Ski House

This was a great place to stay with an even better location! Super well equipped and a perfect launching pad for a couple days at Okemo or other ski spots just bring rice in case you drop your phone in the river

Convenient, well-stocked rental for ski vacation

Accurately described property. Responsive owner, good communication. Convenient to Okemo for skiing. Kitchen has modern appliances and is well stocked with dishes, pots, utensils, and cooking/cleaning supplies. Washer and dryer very useful.
