21 A Delaware Ave- ¡Bienvenido a esta hermosa casa de OCEAN BLOCK de dos niveles! Se admiten mascotas: dos perros de menos de 30 lb con tarifa por mascota. Esta hermosa casa de playa ofrece una espaciosa habitación de tres estaciones, cuatro habitaciones (una en el nivel principal), dos baños completos y tiene capacidad para 9 personas cómodamente. Estacionamiento privado para cuatro autos, TV por cable y wifi gratis. A solo unos pasos de la playa y nuestro famoso paseo marítimo. Fun Land justo al otro lado de la calle, putt-putt golf a solo unos pasos, arcadas y mucho más a poca distancia de la casa. ¡Solo estaciona y camina!

Wonderful spot close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay. The house is clean, comfortable, well maintained, and super close to the beach and boardwalk. Perfect for families. Highly recommend!

Easy access to beach, homey place

Great location

This location is great, especially for families with small children. Less than a block to Funland, boardwalk and beach. Price is great for area. Upstairs bathroom is a little small and the main tv room is a little limited in seating for more than 4-5 people but otherwise have enjoyed staying here this year and last.

Great location!

We loved this house which was only a three minute walk to the boardwalk, the beach, and plenty of restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and it was great to have a grill. We appreciated the big bottle of hand sanitizer on hand too!

Mother’s Day

We had a wonderful time. We went to the beach, shopped, ate and played games around the large table. The house was in a great location for an easy walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants.

Home Away From Home

This was our second year in a row at this property and we were extremely impressed with the numerous improvements made since our last visit. The location is unbeatable, the house is spacious and well-stocked with everything visitors might need, and everything is clean. I adore the enclosed, private porch that is decorated with festive lights and has it's own AC unit. Many thanks to the owners and RE/Max Rehoboth for the unforgettable memories!

Lovely property in first block off the boardwalk. House is well maintained, clean, and pleasant throughout. It was exactly as described. An easy, hassle free experience from start to finish!

Wonderful beach home

My family & I just got back from a wonderful stay at this amazing home. It’s on the beach block so quick access to the beach in the mornings & home in the evenings. The home felt like a lake home in Maine, which was perfect for our family. We had multiple generations staying here and there was plenty of beds and space for all of us and for my three young kids to move around. Everyone we spoke to about our reservation was so nice and helpful. We definitely would stay here again!

Place was very nice. Only downside was the Front Porch, which was hot with no ceiling fans and the AC unit could not keep up.

Great place very close to beach/mall

Very cute place, would not hesitate to recommend. Good size bedrooms, including one downstairs bedroom and 3 upstairs. Only thing they could do better is adding a TV to the other 2 bedrooms that don't have one, and replacing the shower curtain/liner in upstairs shower. Still highly recommended though!
