Check in was outstanding! It was easy and the room was ready on time. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. There was an issue with the freezer during our stay. The freezer needed defrosting and it was reported during our stay.

Great place for a family vacation!!

We loved our stay here in the Pelican Pointe! The location is great and the amenities around the condo are fabulous. The only negatives were the elevators kept breaking down and needing maintenance so there were a couple times we would have to lug all of our beach stuff up 9 floors of stairs. That happened at least twice and was truly the only negative part of this trip. We will definitely be booking another stay here in the future!

Pelican Point

Everything was great except we had 2 refrigerators in the unit and when we got there neither one was cold. Took several days to get cold. The extra fridge stayed in the dining room and never did work properly and was just in the way for using the dining room table. We thought when they came to look at the fridge in the kitchen that they would take the other one out of the unit but they did not. Also, the picture of the unit shows a regular coffee pot and a Keurig but only the regular coffee pot was in the unit. Overall it was a great vacation with family and friends!!

Very nice condo

Well furnished and beautiful. Only issue was the sheets on one of the beds were dirty. Looked like a prior guest had a nose bleed and the sheets were not changed.

Fantastic location and cute condo!

We love Orange Beach and this condo fit all our needs. Plenty of space and seating, beautiful views from the balcony, and it’s so close to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing we would have preferred to be a little better was that many of the outlets were not working. It made it hard to find a place to charge all the devices. And the bedrooms could be upgraded to smart TVs, as we would prefer to login to all our streaming services rather than watch the few cable stations available.Neither of these were major and still give them 5 stars.

Cute and comfy!

This condo was a little smaller than we are used to but just as comfortable! We had a smaller group this year so it was expected. Everything was clean and all the furniture was comfortable! The only bad thing I can say is that I thought the gym would’ve been better equipped but other than that everything else was great!

Annual October friends trip.

Some friends used to own #403 and was excited to be able to rent it still, not #905. The condo is fantastic. Had a few issues with Liquid Lufe but not bad. Only negative is on top of what you pay to rent the condo, $55 per parking spot is steep.

Overall great stay except could have been cleaner

Condo and property was great. Condo could have used a better cleaning prior to arrival. All dishes in cabinet needed to be washed before using because you could feel and see grit on them. There was mold on guest shower contain and it needs to be replaced. One cabinet door is broken that has the pots in it. Other than this it was a great stay. Easy checkin- Condo ready on time and beach not too crowded. Location was great!

It was ok but needs some tlc.

The floors were disgusting. The kids feet were black within 5 minutes. The master had no remote. I texted the management team and never did get a response. Garbage disposal sounded bad. It finally went out the last night. The dining room table lights have a mind of there own. Sometimes they work sometimes not. One of the the chair legs was broken by the tv. Otherwise, Pelican Point was nice. Easy beach access and loved how you weren’t forced to rent umbrellas. Parking was easy.

Nice condo, horrible check-in.

Loved the condo itself, but not being able to check in until 2 hours past the stated time after driving 4 hours with 2 car loads of kids and having to sit in the car and wait for 2 hours was absurd. I get that people are short-staffed, but don’t put check-in time if you can’t meet this and we are paying to be there. Then had cold groceries and couldn’t even put them in the refrigerator/freezer. Also, didn’t have sheets for the sofa bed and by the time we noticed (bc check-In was late) was told everyone was gone for the day. Maintenance did bring some at 11pm, but kids were asleep by then. Also, only 8 towels and 4 washcloths for a place that sleeps so many people was hard to deal with.

Horrible property company Liquidlife company

The condo at Orange Beach was fantastic. HOWEVER, THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT put us in the wrong condo and would do nothing about it. The staff were helpful while planning the trip but when we got there, they had us in the wrong condo. I called and they were so rude, at one point I was hung up on and got no apology, no nothing. We were a bed short due to their incompetence and had to double up in beds. We were there from Atlanta so going home was not a good option. We made the best of it and would stay there over and over again but will not work with Liquidlife property company EVER AGAIN

It was clean and orderly when we arrived. Check in and check out was very easy over text. Short walk down to the beach. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools. The location is great. I liked being in a place with a security gate. Close to restaurants and shopping. We have no complaints for this condo and Liquid Life.

Nice condo

Pelican Point 905 was a very nice condo. It was decorated tastefully and was very clean. There were 4 of us staying there and not enough towels and washcloths to last more than 1 day before having to do laundry. When we asked for more we were told they had a nationwide shortage and they could not provide us anymore. We ended up going and buying some ourselves. The tub in the 2nd bathroom also didn’t drain very well, but we made the best of it!

Wonderful vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, I want to say the condo was just lovely. It had obviously just been renovated and was very nice. We appreciated having two queen beds in the one room. The patio furniture was very nice and ungraded. Our only issue was the until was really humid. Not sure if the HVAC unit needs to be serviced but the humidity inside the condo was very noticeable. The only issue we had overall is that parts of the building itself seemed to be in disrepair. One of the elevators was covered in pink insulation board and it had obviously been there for quite sometime because people had written all over it and parts were missing. There were also several construction dumpsters in the parking lot and a few times during our stay there was a lot broken glass in the parking lot.

The location is right down the road from grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities. There is construction here due to Hurricane Sally. A lot of loud noise during the day but not all day long. The condo has clearly been updated and was very nice. However, the bedroom carpets need to be professionally cleaned due to large stains. This condo is located on the 9th floor 2nd from the end, with a shared walk way to your door. Very spacious rooms and balcony. I would recommend this property and stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time here. The view and having the beach and ocean right outside was perfect. The condo was nice and clean and couldn't ask for anything better. The only issue we had was not communicated that the HOA had only done a 1 car parking policy which left us to find another spot to park our other car. The decision was made in March 2020 and we booked it the beginning of April. If we had known that we would have looked for a transit van to drive down. This didn't detour our great time we had. Also, we had an issue with the door not unlocking with the code but called Liquid Life and they helped us out and got us in within 30 minutes.
