¡Este condominio de cuatro dormitorios y tres baños puede alojar hasta 10 personas! El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama queen, TV de pantalla plana y una cómoda silla con baño incorporado.
El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales grandes y esta habitación está al lado del tercer dormitorio con 2 camas individuales. Estas 2 habitaciones tienen acceso al baño del segundo pasillo.
El cuarto dormitorio tiene una cama queen. Hay un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar agrega dos lugares para dormir adicionales.

¡Los beneficios no terminan ahí! Este condominio ha sido remodelado con pisos de madera noble en las áreas principales de sala y comedor, TV de pantalla plana muy grande al lado de la chimenea de gas y la gran mesa de comedor que está abierta a la sala principal.
En la cocina, las nuevas encimeras acentúan los gabinetes de madera y algunos electrodomésticos renovados. Hay 4 lugares en la barra de desayuno para la hora de comer.

Ubicación: Edificio 11, 2do piso. El edificio está ubicado detrás de la Casa Club en el callejón sin salida de los edificios 15-20.

Configuración de ropa de cama: cama Queen en el dormitorio principal, 2 gemelos de gran tamaño en el segundo dormitorio, 2 camas individuales en el tercero, cama Queen en el cuarto y sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar.

Everything was great except the light switches in the bedrooms weren’t connected to lights! Plenty of lamps to provide light in bedrooms, just awkward/quirky that none of them were connected to light switches.

Great place, easy to get to WP/MK

We stayed with family and friends, kids and adults. The space is great for groups. It’s close to the ski resorts and right on the free shuttle- which is super convenient. The hot tub/pool is a nice touch at the end of the day. We’re local so brought our own pots/pans. The rentals are ok but we don’t use them. Plenty of utensils/plates/cups. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

I let stay winter park know that the bedroom with the two double beds must be replaced to list this as sleeping 10 people. The beds are in terrible condition. Stay winter park who rents the VRBO said they would notify the property owner. This to me was not good enough. I would not plan on using one bedroom. I told stay winter park if they didn’t replace the beds this was my review. Be ware you cannot plan on using one room that sleeps 4. Otherwise it’s a nice place.

Large space but lacking in some areas

This unit is spacious and has a lot of beds for large groups of guests but there were things that irked us (two families with kids). The main reason you rent a unit like this is to be able to prep meals- all the pans were unusable. The nonstick pans are scratched beyond belief and the others had handles that were falling off or were burnt. We ended up using a sauce pan to cook 6 batches of pasta because nothing else was usable. You are supposed to be able to sleep 10 but there were 6 forks. We had to take turns using the forks during mealtime. The unit at first seemed clean but we discovered it was actually extremely dusty (don’t look under the beds!) and there was hair all over the bath tubs. Unit was in dated but otherwise good condition. The unit is really conveniently located from Winter Park and parking is plentiful. No information was given as to how to access the clubhouse or hot tub, even though they have a special website that you can use to log in. Overall we felt the unit was average- it has the potential to be great but lacked some necessities.

2020 Owens Vacation

The property grounds are kept very nice and welcoming. Due to Covid-19 none of the indoor amenities were available except the laundry room and I wish this was stated on their web page. We probably would have rented a house vs an apartment, but the unit itself was dirty when we showed up. The floor had not been swept and everything was really dusty. We found clothing and trash in both main bedrooms and one of the double beds was broke on arrival. We arrived late and took care of the cleaning ourselves and the property manager did take care of us on the cleaning fee. They make shifted a fix to the bed and are suppose to fix it after our departure. Overall the place is outdated and needs new furnishings but as a family, we adjusted and made the best of the trip. The unit has plenty of space for 10 people and has two hot water tanks that feed the 3 bathrooms which is nice. The main area furniture is very uncomfortable and needs to be updated. Many of the dresser, draws are broke in the 4 bedrooms and the kitchen microwave has a mind of its own. Just give it a lite tap and it will start to work (not always needed about half the time). The unit does not come with a grill like the pictures display but the kitchen has been updated since the pictures were posted and has a very inviting feel and it is stocked for your cooking needs. I appreciate the owners' supplying board games for the children to play, box fans for every bedroom, and humidifiers, which is very thoughtful. The unit is well located too downtown and to walking paths. The main living room and master bedrooms have updated flat panels and have cable available on them, including Netflix. Warning if one tv is streaming Netflix you cannot use the wifi internet for any device. Netflix pulls too much data and will lock your internet up on the other devices. My hotspot work well in the unit and allowed me to log on to work while someone used Netflix. Overall stay was great.
