Thank you for reviewing your stay! We are so happy to hear you were pleased with our unit's location and proximity to the beach. However, we are so sorry for any housekeeping or maintenance issues you encountered and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. While we greatly appreciate you allowing our housekeepers to return to the unit to ensure you were completely satisfied, we understand the importance of arriving to a clean and well-maintained condo and assure you this is not the norm. We take your feedback very seriously and have addressed your concerns with our housekeeping team. Regarding the air conditioner, we are so sorry if you were uncomfortable at any point during your stay and apologize if you were unable to change the temperature. After reaching out to the owner and property manager, it was determined that there must have been a lapse in communication regarding how to adjust the temperature setting on the thermostat. While the thermostat does have a minimum setting of 68 degrees, guests are able to choose a temperature setting between 68-92 degrees without restriction. Nevertheless, we apologize for the any inconvenience this may have caused. We also apologize if you were frustrated by the remotes and will look into this immediately. Lastly, we are sorry to hear you felt the pool was not accurately represented in our listing photos. Although all photos are up-to-date and unedited, we apologize if the pool did not meet your expectations. Again, we appreciate your feedback and apologize for any issues you encountered while staying with us. We hope you will accept our sincerest apologies and consider returning for an improved experience! Hope to see you again soon!
