Easy walking distance to beach boardwalk and restraunts. A good location.. The townhouse was super clean and generally well equipped, especially the kitchen. The chairs, sofa and beds are comfortable. Jim and Jackie, the VRBO hosts, were very welcoming and delivered good value for our stay.We enjoying our 5 nights and would rent this unit again. Nov 2025.

As nice as the pictures

You know how you sometimes arrive at a property and it looks like the pictures were taken years ago, before the property got run down? Not here! Jim and Jackie keep the property immaculately, provide plenty of instruction on where things can be found, and leave you more than enough TP and paper towels. The house is a block and a half from the beach and with the wagon provided, you can easily get all your stuff to/from the beach. Highly recommend this property for your stay in Florida.

Everything we needed for a perfect vacation.

The home was well furnished, clean, in great condition and stocked with everything we needed for both hanging out in the house or at the beach. The location was within walking distance to the beach, pier, and the cute shopping/restaurant area. Check in was easy and Jim was friendly and available. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

Fabulous home in Deerfield Beach!

This is our second year staying at Jim and Jackie’s place. It is perfect for our family. It’s super clean and cozy and convenient to everything. A perfect place for teens to walk into town and have some independence. We plan to make our stay here a tradition! It was perfect for our annual 4th of July visit!

A cute and clean place

The house was cute and mostly clean. The things I wish I would’ve known beforehand because I would have stayed somewhere else…..very steep stairs to go up to bedrooms; only one sofa or a very high, almost bar height, chair to sit in that was not comfy in the den; had three tv’s but no cable so if you don’t have streaming service there’s only about four channels that work. The other three channels were all in Spanish. The master bedroom TV can’t have streaming service or cable; need full length mirror in every bedroom; pillows in king master bed consisted of two very flat, very used, standard size pillows…had to wash sham covers and use those pillows as well. Needed at least two more as they were so flat…owner did say he’d find two more pillows and bring them over but I’d already washed the shams so thought that was nice of him; master shower was pretty but no stool or ledge to prop your foot on while shaving or to hold on to so you’re doing a balancing act. Also very tiny shower head with not much water; no fans in any bedrooms of any kind; there was a coffee pot in a cabinet but after flying and only staying a few days, I didn’t want to buy a whole bag of coffee or a container of cream. A keurig with coffee pods and individual creamers would be a very nice touch; and no fault of the owner but there’s no way you could use the back patio because it was so full of geikos that you were scared to even open the door without them running in.All in all ok place.

Great location and house

Townhome was really nice, clean and modern style. Walking distance to Dearfield town and to the beach! We had an issue with the AC and the owner was there in an hour and had it fixed that day. Would definitely go back!!!

Great Condo!

Great location, minutes to the beach and restaurants. Very roomy, clean and comfortable. Amazing outdoor space to hang and read, eat or just socialize. Highly recommend!

Exceptional two-week escape from the cold

What a treat to get out the cold!! Spent two weeks in this spacious townhome minutes away from the beach, walking paths, restaurants and bike rental. The owner was great communicator, property exceptionally clean and offered everything we needed from a grill to beach chairs and cooler. Came with my parents and adult daughter for one week and partner for another. Plenty of room for all. Weather was sunny and warm so we rented bikes and did a lot of walking on the paths in Deerfield and Red Reef. So nice to have a garage to keep bikes. Had one issue where the laundry washer broker. Owner had a new one installed in less than 24 hours. Thank you for sharing this amazing property! The best time and memories!!

Great location! Short walk to the beach.

My husband and I were in a hotel in Boca Raton for a week while receiving medical treatment. The Dr needed us to stay much longer than we had planned, so I scrambled to find a house to rent. I found this house and messaged the owner. He was so easy to work with. We arrived to a spotless updated townhouse with everything we needed. Beautiful kitchen with new appliances. Nice bathrooms, comfortable bed in master. ( we didn’t use others). The house has plenty of space for a family. There were beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs all available to use. The walk to the beach was less than 5 mins with no busy crossings. Unfortunately, my husband had a medical emergency and we had to leave many days early. The owner was beyond gracious and refunded a large portion of our payment. He could not have been kinder. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent his house again! The biggest bonus is the proximity to the beach!!!

Wonderful week in Deerfield Beach!

Our family had a wonderful time at Jim and Jackie’s place! Perfect location. Short walk to the beach and our favorite Deerfield shops. The house is so cute, clean, cozy, and stocked with everything and anything we could have needed. We can’t wait to make it a tradition and book for next year! Thank you Jim and Jackie!!

Spectacular location!

Clean, spacious, and convenient location to the fun and sun in Deerfield Beach. Sleeps 6 comfortably, the enclosed patio is lovely. Beach toys, chairs and a cooler were available from the owners. Well kept unit, we would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others!

Beautiful Townhouse

My family and I loved this townhouse! It is immaculate and gorgeous! It is filled with light and beautifully decorated in a beach theme. We loved the spacious patio with the large gas barbecue grill and table for eating. The bedrooms were perfect and having the 2 bathrooms upstairs and half bath downstairs was really convenient. Everything is modern and comfortable. The beach is only a 2 block walk away and the "downtown" area with restaurants and shops is right there too. There is a mile long walkway along the beach that is fun to stroll. I highly recommend Jim's place!
