Un hermoso alquiler de montaña: tres dormitorios, dos baños, una casa bellamente decorada. Un maravilloso refugio de montaña con total privacidad.

Cocina de primera línea con todas las comodidades, incluido un bar con taburetes. Sala de estar / cocina combinada. La sala tiene techos altos, abovedados, expuestos, con vigas y chimenea de piedra apilada. Amplios pisos de tablones de pino.

Dos habitaciones para invitados en el nivel principal (cada habitación tiene una puerta exterior que conduce a un porche privado cubierto). Baño de invitados de gran tamaño en el nivel principal.

Dormitorio principal en el segundo nivel con techos abovedados con vigas. Baño principal. Sala de estar / alcoba con vista a la sala de estar. Duerme hasta seis personas.

Dos juegos de puertas de atrio conducen al porche con mosquitero extra grande con muebles de mimbre y mesa de comedor (sala de estar adicional prácticamente nueve meses al año). Enormes vistas de invierno desde el porche delantero y trasero. Cubierta de entrada lateral con parrilla de gas.

Saluda Mountain House

Very nice house located in the mountains. Very secluded and private. In close proximity to numerous outdoor activities as well as big cities. If you are looking for a quite place to relax this is it. Check in and out process was smooth. Property manager was easily contacted and communicated quickly.

Great stay

We had a brief but very comfortable stay. The screened patio was delightful. Very clean and well appointed. Good communication with the owner. Would come back again.

The cabin was located in a wonderful area and had an amazing view. Our kids really enjoyed exploring the area around the cabin. We definitely are looking forward to our next stay.

Secret Birthday Getaway

Arrived after friends who decorated and cooked for the birthday girl. She had no idea where we were going or why!!! Home was very neat and clean. Loved the screened porch for meals and conversation. Accessed local activities easily. Comfortable, easy access, and worth the drive and money!

Family vacation

It was our first family vacation with our new 4 month old grandson and it was perfect. The house is super cute , clean, well maintained and in a great location. We fell in love with the place. The whole experience was fantastic and we will be using this property again

This place was not only beautiful and serene but the most stocked VRBO that I have ever stayed in. I was pleasantly surprised at the cabin's charm and can not wait to stay there again.

Relaxing break in Saluda

Helen made checking in a breeze. House was cozy and well appointed. Large screened porch was great for reading, relaxing and game nights. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend.

Unique and so close

Great house and unique location at the top of a mountain. Super private. Breezy porch was comfortable during hot summer day. Well lighted and easy to use the house. I was impressed with the build quality of the house - very unique. Driveway is STEEP which was fun and also made a my wife scared every time we went up haha. House was super clean, well equipped and homey. So close to everything Saluda, Hendersonville and parts of Pisgah. Great communication on what to do to get in. Host shared details about the area we used to choose an excellent dinner spot. Will hopefully get a chance to stay here again!

Fantastic mountain home!

We loved every bit of the wonderful home and hope to visit again soon! The layout was perfect for me, my wife, and two daughters (10 & 6) and we especially enjoyed the living room and fire place. Everything in the home is well thought out for comfort and relaxation, as well as it is close to town and several great outdoor activities.

New Year's in Saluda

What a beautiful home! Loved the location even with the driveway. We enjoyed the small town feel and everyone we met was very friendly. Drive down to South Carolina to view Pretty Place Chapel during our stay. A must to see.

Fabulous Mountain Getaway

This cabin is charming, comfortable and well stocked-everything you need for a trip to the mountains. It is conveniently located to activities and adventures in Saluda and Hendersonville. The owners are kind and responsive. We enjoyed our mountain getaway and hope to return to this cabin next year.

Acorn Haven!

The house was as advertised. It was cozy, well equipped, and in a beautiful location. Our grandchildren LOVED collecting acorns and went home with quite a haul.!Helen was always available for questions and quick to respond. Saluda is just a couple of miles from the house and hopping this time of year with events and a lovely small downtown! You won’t be disappointed. Thanks to the Demos for a great week,

Great getaway.

Home is just as described. It is a cozy cabin on top of a steep hill. The home is decorated nicely and the kitchen is fully stocked. All 4 of us thought the beds were comfortable and the water pressure was great. Owners are communicative, responsive, friendly, and they provide every bit of information you could need. The screened in porch was a group favorite. In good weather, it is a sweet spot. The house is really beautiful; it is built well and very well maintained. The grounds and drive are also very well maintained. The driveway is no joke. It might scare you, but remember, all these reviews are here because we ALL lived : ) It requires a low gear, keeping your foot on the gas; low and slow, and not freaking out. The owners are upfront about the driveway. I have been to a few mountain homes and their driveway is like every other one I have been on; steep and windy (cuz' its a mountain!) but this driveway is done right and with a little effort, you too can drive up the mountain like a pro! Saluda and Tryon are great little towns for slow-paced shopping and browsing with plenty of great restaurants to try as well. If you are from Tennessee; skip the bbq - we do it better on this side of the ridge : ) Great girls weekend!

Perfect Secluded Get Away

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this Saluda rental! It was extremely clean and one of the better stocked kitchens I have seen in a rental home. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer. The house is centrally located to so many places and we will certainly book again when we are going to the area.

Quiet, Serene Cabin

The cabin is just wonderful. It is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. Our host were extremely helpful with every question and detail. We had an amazing stay and loved it so much, we've scheduled another stay.

Lovely mountain setting

This is a great location if you are doing things in Hendersonville/Tryon/Columbus/Saluda area. The mountaintop setting was gorgeous, though views are very limited due to all the trees. The large screened in porch was a perfect place to hang out. You'll see a lot in the other reviews about the driveway - don't worry, you'll get used to it!

Idyllic & Beautiful Setting

Everything you would want in a mountain stay. Relaxing and very quiet location. Fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Once we arrived, we did not want to leave. Strongly recommend and we will certainly return.

Fun in Saluda!

We had a wedding in the area and my parents are retired in Tryon. This was the perfect kick off spot to explore the area and visit with family. The house is wonderful and comfortable and we loved sitting on the two porches and visiting until late playing UNO... Our kids adored the house too. Would definitely stay again!

Spring Break from Kalamazoo

Our family of four enjoyed the quiet seclusion and comfort of this mountain retreat. In the evening, we warmed by the fireplace, played games and read books. During the day we explored nearby Biltmore, the Asheville arts district, Hendersonville and Saluda. We hiked to waterfalls, played tennis, shopped and dined out. The sink area in the spacious upstairs master is a bonus. The remote wooded setting atop the hill is one of a kind, and the home exceeded our expectations.
