3 habitaciones, 3 baños en casa. Esta es nuestra residencia principal parte del año, por lo que nuestra propiedad personal está en el hogar. Habrá espacio en el armario y en el tocador. Hay una suite de suegra abajo que alquilamos y está ocupada. Tiene entrada independiente.
Tendrá toda la superficie habitable, la casa está en el agua con una piscina comunitaria (no climatizada). Estamos caminando a distancia de muchos hoteles y resorts que permiten a los visitantes usar piscinas al comprar bebidas o alimentos. A poca distancia del muelle, puerto deportivo, playa.

Family vacation 2021

Excellent vacation rental experience. This condo has a beautiful view of the Bay. We watched the Dolphins play in the bay almost every day. My husband, myself, 2 sons & their families had a great time staying here. Close to the beach, shops & Market. Our host Kathleen was a blessing and we are so thankful for all she did. She will make sure your stay is perfect. * highly recommended *

Great Location

Loved the location and the property was great!!! It was clean and perfect size. The location is along the water which we were able to see the dolphins several times a day. We had an easy check in process and we were close to walk to things or to the trolly. As others have stated their personal items are in the home but honestly that didn’t effect us or bother us at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Location

Very nice layout of the house! Two bedrooms upstairs, one on the kitchen level. Plenty of room! The location could not be better. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. She even found us a highchair and a port-a-crib,

Wonderful location, very close to the beach & shops & restaurants!

Kathleen was wonderful, always answered any questions we had. The Townhouse was very clean & spacious. Plenty of towels, shampoo & other necessities. I would recommend this rental to everyone!

Beautiful view from balcony

This rental definitely had the space for our family, even an elevator. Enough rooms and space in the main living area to relax and play games. On the inter-coastal, it has a beautiful water view of the sunrise and the sunset. Beach “across the street” is private (only for guests in those hotels). We love Sand Key though, which is just a quick drive over the bridge and not super crowded. Everything to do in Clearwater Beach is within walking distance. Our 91 year old grandmother was with us and was able to use her scooter to get around. Beach wheelchairs are available (first come basis), just talk to a lifeguard. We enjoyed some old favorites like The Columbia and Salty’s and tried a few new places. Because the owners live there part of the year, as noted in the description, you truly are in their space(just something to keep in mind). The closets and dressers house ALL of their personal items, as well as personal toiletries in the bathrooms. There was also food in the fridge, whether from previous renter or owner, we’re not sure. We moved it and created a couple shelves for our stuff. The downstairs patio leading out to the pool was unusable, as it is not maintained. While we did enjoy our stay because we were looking forward to our family beach vacation, it has caused us to make sure we read descriptions a little more closely.

It was a very nice place to stay, clean, nice area. Nice pool

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in great location to walk to the stores and beach. The place was clean and had plenty of stuff we needed. The pool access was nice. Our only issue was the noise neighbors and their dog they had with them. I slept in the upstairs master room and could hear their very loud music and it sounds like wrestling around. We could not get the hot tub to work so that was a little disappointing. The stairs got to some of our guests so this place is not ideal for someone with knee issues. We would stay :)

Great Stay

We have been traveling Florida and the South East US, fishing a Pro fishing series. The host made things so easy on us and made sure we were all comfortable. The location is wonderful and we appreciated the help and kindness this host provided during our stay! We loved the house! Thank you so much

We are located on Clearwater Beach and are nearby to beach favorites like Frenchy's for delicious seafood and Shephard's Tiki Bar for live music and happy hour! Island Market is across the street from us, so you will have easy access to essential groceries. There are many places for water activities, shopping, mini golf, restaurants, etc. There is so much to explore on the beach, come check it out!

It's easy to get around by foot on Clearwater Beach. The beach is across the street from us along with many restaurants and bar options. You won't necessarily need a car to get around, but if you are headed to the other end of the beach, there are tip-only golf cart shuttles available and Uber and Lyft are viable options as well.
