We never stayed there, house was dirty, moldy, pictures were not true representation of the property, host is not supposed to rent this property for less than 30 days according to HOA by laws, property is in dire need of repair and should be removed from VRBO listing. We were forced to relocate and in turn we had to rearrange all of our trravel plans.

Location is good, but the pool area wasnt

My main complaint is the pool area. The pool was really dirty there was actually food in the pool. You can tell it wasn’t cleaned in a while, or before we got there and no maintenance while we were there for a week. It’s also extremely hot in that area to the point you can’t enjoy it, and the pool area was the only reason we rented this place opposed to another property. They need to clean the pool for new guests and get some better air circulation in the pool area

Island Way 2025 Winter Vacation

My husband and our family spent 42 days at this home. We had a wonderful time in this spacious and pretty home. The host Magdy was so sweet and kind to anything we needed during our stay. We had a few little thing that needed to be fixed and Magdy fixed them right away with no hesitation! It was a plus to be able to call the host with anything we needed. The pool was heated. The dock was so nice to sit out at and watch the boats and dolphins go by,We walked everyday around this gorgeous neighborhood. We would absolutely rent this home again.Thank you MagdyJohn and Ann Marie

Wonderful place

We stayed here for 6 weeks and enjoyed every minute. Our Host, Madgy, was very accommodating and looked after a few minor issues promptly and completely. The home was well appointed and furnished beautifully. Sitting down on the dock we actually saw dolphins swim by occasionally. The pictures in the listing were exactly how the home looked. The neighbourhood was upscale, clean and safe. The only improvement I would make is to have the pool heated.

Don't Recommend

The stay started with the pool pump being broken the first 4 days we were there. Once it was fixed by the owner it took 2-3 to warm the pool enough that it could be comfortable for our young children, so we lost almost a week of "heated" pool use.The house itself feels like it hasn't been lived in or taken care of for an extended period of time. The water to the dishwasher was turned off so my husband fixed it himself the second day. The floors were not broom swept or mopped prior to our arrival. The shutters for the outdoor pool area to do mechanically open and close as they should. The refrigerator "broke" and started making a very loud brring sound 2 days prior to us checking out, disturbing those trying to sleep in the bedrooms close to it. Overall house feels dated and not very well kept. Not worth the nightly rate even though the location is central and has canal access.

The pool pump broken and I was able to replace it in 2 days after the check in due to the Christmas holiday which all the shops was closed however I replaced it also the family request a grill and I got them a new grill the day they arrived also after they left I found that the dish washer and the fridge broken because of the way they was using it . This was totally working during the stay and before

We had a great time at the waterfront! The home was clean and there were no bugs! We didn't even see an ant which was surprising! I always see at least a couple ants! The furniture was comfortable. The bathrooms were all had modern touches and had great showers including a massive spa like master shower which was wonderful too! The kids enjoyed catching fish off the dock including catfish, pinfish and trout. They also saw some sheepheads. We saw dolphins swimming around the dock which is always an awesome sight! The kids even spotted some stingrays too! The pool was very clean and heated too. We had an issue with the pool area lighting and the owners were eager to help resolve it. Also note that the part of the pool area is shaded due to the overhead ceiling structures which are great for keeping the area clean but also limit full sun in the pool area. There is plenty of seating outside including tables which at we ate many meals overlooking the water. We also enjoyed grilling on on the gas grill too. The location was great! We were close to all the restaurants, shops and beaches. Close to Honeymoon Island which is a beautiful state park and has great shelling beaches. Must go to Frenchy's for delicious food and it's actually easy on the wallet too! Also Kings Pizza and Grill delivers delicious pizza and garlic knots! Down the street there was a Publix which made it easy to get anything you needed. Overall a wonderful trip!

It truly was a great spot . Especially with traffic going into Clearwater. The home was clean on arrival. Checking was smooth. The neighborhood was beautiful. Cons : the tv in pool area was verrry limited and wasn’t easy to use. So we watch led murder she wrote lol . No tvs in rooms . Tons of light switches to figure out for lights. Pool room was awesome but wished the pool was warm and the sunroom windows opened . The fans in pool room didn’t work as well. Still didn’t mind the doors all open and had a beautiful breeze. No shampoo and limited pillows for beds . Pros The bathrooms spaced and beautiful and clean . Large space for my family of 6 . Fans in every room work great , AC worked great as well . The marina was beautiful every morning for the sunrise and out front you could get gimps of sunset . Publix down the street . I would rent here again.

Gorgeous home! Amazing pool area!

This home is just like the pictures show! We lived in the amazing outdoor pool area - eating dinner, playing games, working on a puzzle, and of course cooling off in the pool! Madgy, the owner was quick to respond to our emails and took great care to make sure our stay was wonderful. We highly recommend this vacation home!

Very nice house to spend vacation, but wished it’s beach front.

We all enjoy staying here, the kitchen should have more bowls, plates , paper towels and toilet paper and kitchen knives. We had to go to Publix store to buy kitchen knives and cutting board for cutting meat. Overall a very nice place to visit. We probably will come back sometime in the future. We had told our friends about this place.

Amazing Property

The property was incredible and the check in/check out process was smooth as could be. Magdy was prompt to respond to any questions I had along the way and provided great recommendations. The house looked exactly how it's listed in the pictures. The pool area was our favorite part. There is ample seating for all guests and the pool was clean and warm. The dock area was great for fishing or laying out to catch some sun. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.
