Excellent stay

Was in a great location! Fished right from the dock and caught quite a few different species! Very quiet neighborhood. Sun stayed on pool area all day long, which is great!

Nice place

We stayed for my Husbands birthday and truly enjoyed this place. Our charter fishing trip was able to pick us up from the dock! The pool was fabulous!!! There is no hot tub or sun deck as pictures but all that’s there is plenty enough! Kitchen well stocked and plenty of space for a large family. Would definitely return!

Relaxing by the water

Everything was great. Great location on the bay,short walk to the beach and the house was a good size for 6 of us and nice to have 3 beds and 3 baths. Owner was always available by phone and easy to work with. Backyard being right on the water with a big dock was very relaxing.

Absolutely Perfect!!!

This rental was so wonderful! Our family stayed for spring break week and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Perfect location, beautiful home, very clean and spacious. This home is on the water down a private street, it’s a short walk to the beach and shops, yet quiet and secluded with a beautiful yard with a covered boat dock for boaters. We are already starting to plan our next stay, none of us wanted to leave! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!!!

Holiday in Clearwater

The property is beautiful. The house is plenty big for a family of five. The furniture is very comfortable and the location was perfect. We could walk to everything in Clearwater Water Beach. Being right on the Channel was perfect with beautiful views. The pool and spa were wonderful but due to miscommunication on the management company’s behalf, the pool’s heater was not turned on when we arrived. After a few back and forth conversations we finally got it resolved and three days into the trip, we could use the pool and spa which I did frequently. If you are going in the winter just make sure to be clear that you want the pool heated on arrival (for a small fee). We also loved the third bathroom and used the foose ball table frequently. We can’t wait to be back!

Clearwater Beach Spring Training

We had a great time at this location. Location is key. Very walkable to beach, restaurants, nightlife, shopping. We only drove to Clearwater to watch Phillies games. Even that was not difficult. We also loved the privacy of where we stayed. Even during busy Spring Break, being on a deadend street meant no car or foot traffic at all. Very quiet and peaceful. The view from the pool or the dock was beautiful and peaceful. Great relaxing times with friends. The pool was great but we didn't use it too much as the weather was cool the first couple of days and the heater was on the fritz. At least that saved us the $80/day to heat the pool. The unit was clean and the furniture, especially the beds, were comfortable. Overall, very enjoyable experience. We would recommend this unit and rent it again.

Perfect location/ Very clean

Description is 90% accurate. There is no spa/hot tub as shown in the photos. WiFi username also not accurate in description. House was very clean upon arrival and well stocked. A/C kept home very comfortable in the July heat. Outside space and pool area could use a little TLC. For the price point would be nice to have a couple sun shades/umbrellas by the pool or a tiki bar. Beach area/traffic was very crowded (as expected) so we did use the pool a lot. Location is great, close to everything, plenty of Ubers if you don’t want to walk or deal with traffic and the expensive parking rates at beaches/hotels/shopping. Best meal we had was at the Island Way Grill. Would stay here again.

Misrepresentation , don’t deal with them

This listing is not what is represented. I reserved and paid for this property in June of 2024 for a March of 2025 stay. Our main reasons for choosing this location were the pool, dock, hot tub, rooftop patio, and foosball table. I was concerned about the suitability of the property after the hurricane but out of respect I waited until December to call and check on the condition. I was told it was all good. Two days before we were to check in I asked if the hot tub and pool could be heated and ready to go when we arrive. My grandkids couldn’t wait to jump in the pool. At that point I was told the hot tub in the listing wasn’t there and the pool did not have a functioning heater. The nighttime temps were forecasted to be in the 60’s meaning the pool would be too cold to even use. The owner offered me a refund at that point and suggested we find a different property. That would be next to impossible with 2 days notice during spring break and while the Phillies were there for spring training. To be reasonable I said we would keep the reservation and respectfully asked if they would consider a discount given the situation. They chose not to. In addition to no hot tub and no heated pool there was no fence around the rooftop patio as pictured , the yard appearance was tacky at best, the washer and dryer were not hooked up correctly, no toaster, and the microwave didn’t work. The property Mger was the only positive part of the experience

What a great property!

First of all, Tracy and Bob, the property managers, are amazing people! So accommodating, friendly and on top of our needs. It started with Bob showing us how to use the boat lift and them surprising us with a brand new pool that we did not expect, it was finished the day before we got there. They apologized with the landscaping not being complete with a the gift of beverages! We did not care about the landscaping around the pool because we had a pool we did not expect! We booked this place because of the amazing and rare covered boat dock with a lift that easily accommodated our 24’ deck boat. We had great times spent sitting on the dock, watching dolphins go by and a manatee drinking the fresh water while we rinsed the boat, in and around the pool, and on the small, but nice covered patio complete with speakers, comfortable patio furniture, and a practically new gas BBQ grill. The kitchen was well equipped with very nice appliances and two refrigerators. Only recommendation is plan to buy ice as the one ice maker can’t keep up. The internet is amazing and we were all able to work, and stream multiple TV’s at the same time. The rooms are all spacious and the beds did not disappoint. Two of the three bathrooms have huge custom showers. Another great benefit, we walked to the beach which is about a 15 minute hot walk! Last, we were handed a garage door opener and had full use of the garage which you don’t always get with a rental, we really appreciate that on hot days getting into a cool car. To be honest, we did not want to leave, so Tracy gave us a late check out to enjoy the view just a little longer. It’s the little things they provided that will definitely get us to rent from them again. Thank you so much for the amazing time we had!

Wonderful Stay

This house is conveniently located on a quiet street - directly at the water, the beach is only a few minutes walk, restaurants, shopping, mini golf, water sports/activities can quickly be reach by walking or a brief car ride. Wonderfully updated inside and out. The roof top terrace provides excellent views of the sunrise and sunsets. Fully equipment with all you can possibly need for kitchen, bath, laundry, pool (floats and towels) and beach (buggy, chairs and even sand toys). Thank you for making this home such a nice and relaxing place to visit.

Great Location and House for Boaters!

House has a great floor plan and is laid out very well. We had three couples and one infant. We were with in walking distance of several good restaurants and the beach. We had our boat with us and the pier was easily accessible with deep water access at high tide. The pool and spa were great after a day on the boat. We launched and parked the truck and trailer at the Seminole Boat ramp which is about 15 minutes by car and less by boat. Property managers were very quick to respond and assist! Would definitely stay again!

Great Time

Property is amazing, my wife got to watch the dolphins just feet from the dock. We had a small hiccup, but the property manager was on top of it and went above and beyond. The house holds amazing views just a few blocks from the heart of Clear Water.

Amazing property right on the water!

We had such an amazing time at this property. The outdoor space is amazing and being able to fish off the dock and relax outside was awesome. The house is impeccably put together with a great floor plan and very comfortable furniture or when you want to get out of the Heat. We rented a boat for the week as well and were able to keep it at the dock and it was so nice to be able to get out on the water whenever we wanted to.
