CASA DE NUEVA CONSTRUCCIÓN! No te preocupes! ¡Listo junio de 2020! 8 dormitorios / 9 baños

Don't Worry es una nueva casa de vacaciones construida por Holiday Beach Development y estará lista en junio de 2020. ¡Esta casa de ensueño única tiene 8 dormitorios, 9 baños y contará con una piscina, sala de recreación, frente a la playa, y la cocina y la sala de estar están en el piso superior!

No se preocupe, requiere una estadía mínima de 7 noches para todas las reservas.  Durante las fechas a continuación nos adherimos a las siguientes fechas de reserva.

2020:
Verano: 17 de mayo - 15 de agosto de 2020 (sábado - sábado)

Justo cuando entras por la puerta, todas tus preocupaciones han desaparecido. Caminando directamente a la casa, se encontrará con las dos primeras habitaciones. Cada uno con un baño conectado. Hacia el norte de la casa, encontrará la sala de recreación que conduce a la piscina / spa con increíbles vistas al océano. 

Justo en el segundo piso se encuentra el baño principal y principal con vista al mar. Este piso también cuenta con un área tipo loft y otro dormitorio con baño conectado. El primer conjunto de lavadora / secadora en este piso.

Viaje al tercer piso al segundo baño principal y principal con vista al mar. Esta planta cuenta con dos dormitorios más, cada uno con baño conectado. El segundo conjunto de lavadora / secadora está en el tercer piso. 

El cuarto piso tiene un diseño único con la cocina principal y la sala de estar. Mira la puesta de sol en la mejor ubicación. Haga que una familia se reúna, reúnase, reciba una boda con las playas de arena blanca y el agua azul cristalina en el fondo. Este piso también cuenta con el último dormitorio, también con un baño conectado. 

Don't Worry se sienta al lado de Beach Happy. ¡Reserve ahora y deje atrás sus preocupaciones!

Thomas Drive y Pier Park (centro comercial) son lugares imprescindibles para los amantes de las tiendas; añádelos a tu itinerario junto a fantásticos parajes naturales como Playas de Panamá y Parque estatal de St. Andrews. ¿Viajas con niños? Entonces una buena opción será llevarlos a Parque acuático Shipwreck Island Waterpark, ¡estarán encantados! Puedes aprovechar también para ver algún partido o evento en Publix Sports Park. We had a great stay! The home was wonderful and had plenty of room for our family. We loved being right on the beach and the views were beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped with dishes but could have used some bigger pots and pans for a group like ours.

Great Del Smopper family beach week

Amazing beach house. Loved the layout. Beds were super comfortable. Elevator was great for the grandparents and for hauling stuff in and out. Easy walk out to the beach. Great having the chairs and umbrellas set up every day. No complaints from us!

Our Summer Stay at Don’t Worry 2022

We had a great time & enjoyed staying at the house even though we had ants sleep with some if us & my son in law got stuck in the elevator.

Amazing property and hosts! We had a group of 19 and everyone had enough personal space. The location on the beach was excellent, out of the large crowds that can gather in July but yet only a few minute drive to the heart of the action around Pier Park. We always had beach chairs set up before we walked out to the beach for the day and took advantage of grocery delivery ahead of our stay. With the kitchen on the top floor, I would highly recommend it. The hosts were attentive to any and everything- I even sent a message in the middle of the day about the closest spot to go parasailing and they sent me a note back within a few minutes with a couple different options. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Perfect Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. There was 17 of us and it was the perfect size with ample room for all of us. The beach was beautiful and had the right amount of traffic for quiet relaxing times and beautiful for pictures. It’s not too far from activities. We went to do the dolphin jet ski tour at the Jetski Dolphin Adventures place on Bayshore Drive and had a great time with the staff and service. Definitely go check them out. The property management was very responsive when we needed anything and our chairs and umbrellas were always set out each day. The clear communication allowed us to plan ahead for necessities like paper towels and toilet paper. Just an amazing time overall.

We absolutely loved our stay at “Awave From It All”. The house was gorgeous! We had at total of 14 people and it was so nice for everyone to have their own spaces. We really loved how every room had its own bathroom. The elevator did take a little getting used to, but once we figured it out it was great! The pool was so nice! We were able to spend lots of time in it since it was heated to 85 degrees. We also enjoyed our time on the beach. It was so nice to have the four beach chairs and two umbrellas included. We loved how they were set up and taken down every day.The kitchen is really well stocked with lots of cookware. It was nice having the two fridges and the two dishwashers with all the people we had. We did cook breakfast most days and it was really handy. As a side note, if you stay here, remember to bring salt, pepper, spices. We just ended up buying what we needed at Walmart/Publix/dollar tree. The sunsets were just gorgeous and we even got to see dolphins multiple times. Our Christmas was truly magical at “Awave From It All”. We really love PCB and can’t wait for our next stay!!

The Best Location

Breathtaking views!

Breathtaking views both inside and outside. Great accommodations for all ages. Elevator was lifesaver for elderly and fragile. Creatively decorated with lots fun items. Heated pool and the pool table entertained young and old for hours.

Beautiful Beach House!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There were some cleaning issues on the first day, but the property manager responded very quickly to assist us. The 4th floor kitchen and living areas are very spacious. The pool table on the 2nd floor provided a great hang out for the teens in our group. We would definitely stay here again!
