This Private Beachfront Home boasts a heated 14x24 Beachfront Pool & Hot Tub (Pool Heated for additional Fee).

Location, Location, Location! Sleeps 26 in beds!!! Making Waves is a beautiful 9 bedroom 7.5 bath home that sits directly on the sugary white sand beaches of Panama City Beach. ZERO steps to the Beach - You are already there! Home is approximately 4300 square feet with almost every room having a wonderful view of the emerald water. Home has a Large open area for entertaining and Gourmet Kitchen. There is also a separate Media/Game room for the kids upstairs with game table and large flat screen TV.

With over 2000 sq. feet of outside decking (with 480 sq feet protected from Sun/Rain), Making Waves is perfect for enjoying the sound of the waves or cooling off in the Pool! Excellent layout for large groups!

Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need. Large kitchen table seats 10 + 8 more at the standard height kitchen bar (plenty of outside dining as well - 15 more!).

Home also boasts plenty of parking for boats, motorcycles, or RV's. Come make memories and enjoy this wonderful home with your family. We have other homes very close by for your Large Groups.

Home is located on Gulf Drive (West end of Thomas Drive area). Walking distance to Schooners Beach restaurant and Very close to Captain Jack's Crab Leg Buffet or drive just 3 minutes to Captain Andersons or Boat Yard and many other restaurants. House is absolutely beautiful and no other home in the area compares!!!

The best home for family vacation

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Everything you need and location was amazing. The home was immaculate and the kitchen is huge. No one wanted to leave.

Perfect for our large group

We loved this house. Pool and hot tub right on the ocean. Very spacious and laid out perfectly for our large group (5 families with teens). Lots of bathrooms. Kitchen well stocked. Management was responsive.

Wonderful OCEANFRONT property!!

Enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and spaciousness of the living area and kitchen. We loved the pool and hot tub and porch. Bedrooms were all well-appointed. Had plenty of parking for our group. Would stay again!

This house and all the amenities exceeded all expectations. The beach views and access were amazing. Definitely making this an annual trip. You will not be disappointed with this property. Thank you Ben’s beach house for making this the most memorable place for my daughter and all our friends 💕

Great House, Great Location!

House was big enough for our large group of friends celebrating our joint 60th bday. Right on the beach with fabulous deck and pool that enabled us to sit and enjoy the ocean from the deck and the beach. Plenty of space to comfortably accomodate the group. Very close to beach bar (Schooners), and other adult and family entertainment. Top bedroom accessible by spiral stairs, so be prepared. Really enjoyed our stay at this house!!!

Very awesome place to stay it was spacious and totally equipped for our needs. Great communication with host. Only thing we ran across was sand was not cleaned out of couch cracks and ceiling fans were dusty.

Great location-with the exception of constant major construction next door which was a pain.

Overall a good time. The continuous racket next door due to major construction was a pain, but certainly was not the fault of our property owner.

The Best Beach House

Everything was perfect! The house location with the pool, the hot tub, the view from the kitchen/living room, even the weather was perfect everyday. They even had a high chair for our 1-year old infant. Every morning, I had my coffee on the beach - no one was within 500 yards of me in either direction. I hesitate to leave this great review because I fear we may have trouble trying to re-book this house in the future since it may not be available! We had the most wonderful trip! 5 Stars!

Family Vacation

We had a group of adult cousins (ages 63-78) from Arizona, Nevada, California and New York meet for a wonderful week at Ben’s Beach House, Making Waves. Check in was easy and the house was spotless upon our arrival. Although there were “double red flags” for ocean swimming, there is nothing like sitting down by the ocean and getting your feet wet. It also seemed like there were several of us always around and in the pool each and every day. The area has something for everyone to do. We enjoyed several rounds of golf and visited several of the local bars and restaurants. The kitchen is fantastic! We prepared quite a few meals and found everything we needed was provided. The extra deep freezer and the industrial size refrigerator had plenty of room for all of our food and (adult) beverages. This property will not disappoint, I highly recommend Making Waves !

Framily Vacation

Overall, this location was wonderful for our friends group to enjoy a quick get-away! A more accurate detailed listing of electronics in the kitchen would have been helpful in packing/preparing (i.e. there were like 3 or 4 crockpots, but there wasn't any of that indicated that on the listing). There were a few dirty dishes in the kitchen and the 2nd floor had a few unclean places, i.e. the floor and a bathroom sink. Our group had 23 adults and kids; it was PERFECT for our rambunctious kids to have a wonderful time and the adults to relax.

Family vacation

Everything was clean and fine. For the cost of the house, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom seemed like an unnecessary shortcoming. Owner was responsive to have maintenance personnel come out for refrigerator, sliding glass doors and ice maker. This was our first experience with a VRBO being shown as a property for sale, and having perspective buyers walk through, while we were staying.

Girls Trip Getaway

Better then the pictures!!!! This place is amazing, the amenities of pool and hot tub and view CANNOT BE BEAT! I took a group of friends and now have to go back with family too. The dishwasher wasn't working halfway through our stay and there are no beach chairs/toys so that's the only thing I might add, but other than that it was fantastic! Plan to go back!

Great house and wonderful location. Walkable to restaurants and the beach was extremely private. The oven was a little dirty but the rest of the kitchen was great and well stocked. Lots of areas to socialize. Would definitely stay there again.

Best beach - Great View

Best kitchen we’ve ever had! Pool was just the right size 3-5 feet deep. Long tables and chairs inside and out for dining and games. It’s hard to find properties that will sleep our 6 families with 22 people. This is the fourth weekly rental we’ve had over the last ten years and family rated it as the best of the four.
