We can’t say enough good things about this property. Our unit had absolutely everything we needed. When we arrived, we called to say we needed sheets for the sofa bed. Someone quickly responded and brought what we needed. The location was amazing. It was a 1 minute walk to beautiful Kihei beach.

As soon as we arrived, I understood why this property has so many glowing reviews. First of all, it was spotlessly clean — something I always appreciate. Then there’s the view: waking up in the master bedroom to the sight of the ocean, palm trees, and crashing waves is just magical. You can watch the sunset right from your balcony, stroll across the street to the grassy area by the beach, or walk down to the sand for an effortless sunset experience — absolutely stunning.The location is perfect: walking distance to an ABC store, great restaurants, snorkel rentals, and more. The unit is also incredibly well-stocked — dishwasher, washer and dryer, two coffee makers, towels, beach chairs — it truly feels like someone thoughtful prepared this place with everything you might need.

Very beautiful place to stay!

Very clean and an excellent place to stay. Nice views and beach was only a short distance to the beach,shopping and food. Loved our stay. Would stay here again!

Convenient, clean and well equiped apartment

The apartment it is only half a block from the Kamaole Beach I, a very quiet and nice beach. It is full equiped and clean, giving the ability to cook whatever you want. Washer and dryer are a plus. The lanai (balcony) has awesome views to the beach. It is even better than the pictures. The parking space isn't too wide, but we could park our SUV with no major difficulties. It have some minor details, like a noise some of the lanai courtines make, or some issues with the microwave that are easy to fix. Other than that, 100% reccomended.

Lovely stay

I stayed at the rental with my 2 children in their 20's. The location was perfect as it was a few minutes walk to the beach. It was very close to our snorkel tour for Molokini Crater also. I wish there were more detailed instructions on how to run the AC. Instructions in the unit were vague and it was not a thermostat like a home with central air would have. We split our time between the condo and a resort in Kaanapali. Would stay at the condo again!

Great location and views from the balcony, walking distance to the beach, various local shops and dining options to choose from. Room had everyth8ng we needed for our family needs. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone that wants to be walking distance to the beach.

We will be back

This was the perfect spot for our family. We enjoyed the views from the lanai and king size bed. Everything was super simple, and a breeze. My only complaint was the firmness of the king bed. But that is just preference so I really don’t have anything negative to say. We enjoyed our time here and will be back hopefully sooner than later

We LOVED this place! The beach is just steps away and there was so much local food available. The only thing I might change about this place is the timer on the air-conditioning. It got a little warm at times but you can't beat that view.

Great location and prefect for family of five

The condo was perfect for a family. We had 2 adults, 2 teenage girls, and 9 year old boy. The pull out couch worked great for the 9 year old. Having 2 bathrooms was also very helpful. We used the kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher) often. We tried to save money by doing breakfast in the condo, packing snacks for the beach/outings, and doing a couple dinners at home. Eating dinner at the condo meant we went out for gelato. 😀 The location was perfect. Less than a five minute walk to the beach meant it was easy to haul the provided beach chairs, umbrella, and towels. There was also an insulated cooler and shade tent that we didn’t use but great that they are available. Watching the sun set every day from the 4th story balcony was amazing. The photos of the balacony are accurate. It made me very happy to have a cup of coffee/tea in the morning on the balcony looking at the ocean. We were also very happy staying in Kihei. It was easy to get to Wailea, upcountry, and the north shore. Overall the place was amazing. The building itself is a little old and the washer/dryer within the unit are dated (pull out knobs to start the machine). Not a big deal as it worked just fine. We would happily come back!

A friend and I cane for a dive trip. The condo is in a great location for access to Kihei dive shops. The place is in great shape and has a nice view. One block off of beach park.

Amazing view!

This place is perfect! From drinking coffee on the lanai every morning listening to the waves, to the easy walk to the beach. We so enjoyed our stay here! Beds were comfy. Neighborhood was quiet yet had everything you could need a walk away. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer in the apartment too. Thanks again for sharing such a great place!

Ended up getting a mid clean after 2 weeks which we paid for out of pocket. We specifically asked for them to pay attention to floor and it was way better.Unit could use some painting in bathrooms. Living room / dining room chairs fabric liners are disintegrating and falling all over the floor

The spacious home was equipped with everything you will need. The panoramic view from the balcony was the best part. Many great places to eat in close proximity as well. The beach was right across the street making it very convenient to grab a coffee and treat from the Maui bread co. And walk along the ocean for early morning bliss. I highly recommend staying here.
