This is a great rental in the heart of Sandpoint. Easy walk to everything. Comfy beds and bedding! Lovely backyard to sit and relax. We have been coming to Sandpoint for 20 years and woukd definitely stay here again. Host was super responsive. Great spot :)

This house is adorable! Front porch with rocking chairs, plenty of parking places, charming decorations, plenty of space for seven people, big table in the kitchen for games, eating meals, a fully stocked kitchen. Everything you can think of was there. Very clean and tidy. Plenty of electronic plug-ins and tables to put everything on. Would stay again!! Paula is easy to contact too. Everything was A.

Great time. Great cozy well supplied home. Just wish the third bedroom was private. Kind of miss leading from pic’s but we managed cause we’re all family. lol.

I’m sorry the upstairs bedroom configuration wasn’t what you expected. We do include a floor-plan photo in the listing showing the layout of the upstairs sleeping areas, but I completely understand that it can be easy to miss when looking through all the photos. We appreciate the feedback and will take another look at our listing to see if we can make the configuration even more obvious for future guests. 5 Star! This property is beautiful. The fact you can walk everywhere is a bonus and they have everything and I mean everything you'll need for a fun relaxing Lake vacation. I have looked at this property for a long time and finally was able to book it. Paula is the perfect host. Bedding is very important to me when I stay places and Paula has provided top quality linens.

This was a great place for the family to gather! We so enjoyed hanging out in the backyard, BBQ'ing and sharing stories. There was plenty of seating for everyone. Inside was the perfect size, with a well equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back!

This house was so adorable! Plenty of room for a large family. This house was clean and had everything you could possibly need. Sitting on the back patio in the morning drinking coffee was heavenly. The kids even picked some fresh strawberries and blueberries from the plants that were growing along the backside of the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Fun week in Sandpoint

This was our first time staying in town and not on the water. It was perfect for our needs this week. And we enjoyed the location. Very nice property. Kitchen was fabulous and so easy to use! We needed a quick repair and the handyman was there in 30 minutes.

Fantastic home right in Sandpoint. House is beautifully decorated and so comfortable and cozy. Within walking distance of downtown and the beach, it is a perfect location. Paula is wonderful and great to work with. Highly recommend this home!

Perfect location in downtown Sandpoint. The house was beautifully furnished, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Couldn't have been happier with our choice. Would highly recommend!

Dreamy skiing at Schweitzer

We loved our accommodations, it was a perfect location for quick access to beautiful downtown Sandpoint! We stayed three nights and spent the days skiing Schweitzer, it was wonderful to come down the mountain to a cozy house where the family could spread out! Our pup enjoyed his stay too, with a wonderful backyard and a close walk to the lake and jogging distance to the rails to trails network! We’ll definitely be back!

We came to Sandpoint for my daughter's wedding and were all so pleased with the cottage, which was an excellent place to rest between all the activities. We loved that it was walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Sandpoint City Beach! The kids loved the tree swing and played many games of Trouble! Communication was prompt and easy, the check-in/out was hassle-free, and the home was clean and stocked with everyday basics one needs when they're away from home! I highly recommend this lovely cottage and hope to get the chance to stay there again in the future!

Sandpoint Charm

What a wonderful time! We needed nothing during our stay in this home. The house is clean and comfortable with all of the necessities and more. We enjoyed lounging around inside and out. It’s a quick easy walk or bike ride to town. My kids enjoyed exploring on their own, fishing in Sand Creek and eating at all the great places. I hope we can return one day!
