Nuestro hogar será su hogar durante el tiempo que esté con nosotros. Disfrute de la ubicación completa desde la casa hasta todas las comodidades de estilo resort en la propiedad.

Esta ubicación es una casa espaciosa con varias áreas para sentarse y disfrutar en familia. La cocina ofrece un área amplia para la convivencia familiar mientras cocina o cena en el comedor formal.

El dormitorio principal ofrece mucho espacio en el vestidor y los aparadores para guardar sus artículos de viaje.

Host was very accommodating and informative. Very clean and spacious. Residence had everthing you would need for anything you would like to do, wether you wanted to go to the beach, the pool, or anything in the area. Pictures on sight doesn't do the property justice. There is so much more the pictures dont capture. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with very friendly neighbors, especially Ms. Val

Home Away From Home

We were actually house shopping, and this home was perfect for getting a feel for the area. After long days out, it was nice to come and put our feet up, jump in the nearby pool, and just relax. Communication was prompt and was always appreciated when we had questions. This home was great!

We truly enjoyed our stay here, the home was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could. Sharon was an easy host to deal with and she was very kind and accessible if we needed anything. After long days at the Disney parks with the kids, it was so nice to come back to some nice relaxation options including the lanai, spacious living room and nearby pool. As well, we loved the location of the home being so close to the Disney parks, restaurants and shopping all just a few minutes away. Overall, I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be booking here again in the future.

A beautiful home and amazing managet

My family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teen boys, stayed here over the 4th of July week. My kids fight, so they didnt share a bed but the older boy loved the huge couches! The check-in was detailed and very easy. The home is very modern, fresh and clean with every amenity we could ever need. The clubhouse was close and also amazing. The neighbors all wave and everyone was very friendly. This home is also in a gated community adding to the feeling of security. We'd stay here again definitely recommend.

Lovely home, well maintained, gracious owners.

We loved the house. It was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, exactly as the pictures showed. The kitchen was equipped with lots of amenities such as a slow cooker, several different sizes of pans to cook and bake with, casserole sets and an array of utensils. The large lanai was great for sitting outside and enjoying the warm weather. The owners were wonderful. They made us feel welcome and were very responsive to answer any questions we had. The clubhouse was a short walk away. All of the facilities- the pools, tennis and basketball courts, and playground were very well maintained. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to book it again.

Kevin & Beth were amazing guests! They were very good communicators letting us know when they had a concern and we found them enjoyable to converse with. We would offer our home to them again in a heartbeat. Our home was left so clean, the laundry done, and the dishes in the dishwasher. We were very pleased with Kevin and Beth. As a token of our appreciation we would like to offer the cleaning fee back as a credit on another booking. Thank-you; Ken & Sharon

Very Nice Property but Communication almost ruined the family trip!

The property is clean and well maintained. Communication with the property manager was horrible and very frustrating. It almost ruined the trip and cost me an additional $300 to stay in a hotel room for 6 hours. The only way to be admitted to the property is by calling the property manager and then being buzzed in. At times she would not respond. Wet and stuck at the gate in the rain after going to the nearby store and the property manager would not respond to me because "she was at church and does not answer the phone for anyone while in church". I understand but I don't understand because of the circumstances however the fact you have guests should be considered. Someone finally responded to the security guard, who called an additional contact number. This part was very frustrating because we wanted to go out at night to Dave and Buster's as well as the Movies but I was not sure we would be able to get in after 12am. The property manager offered an additional day of stay but my son was home from college so he had to get back and my wife had to work.

Everything you need

Really enjoyed staying at the property. Owners make you feel at home has everything you could possibly need on a short or long stay. Communication with owners was easy to get a hold of throu the app. Have nothing negative to say about our stay. Will definitely be coming back.

Nice place to stay! Sharon was very responsive and helpful. The refrigerator was having issues while we were there, which was a little unpleasant, but Sharon responded quickly to try to get the issue resolved in as timely a manner as possible.

Great Location

We were 3 old friends getting away from the cold Northeast for a couple of weeks. The location is near everything. We made 2 trips one to Melbourne and one to Ocala during our stay. Beds, etc were comfy. We were able to get to WDW easily and we often went to one or two resorts for lunch and to meet Florida friends. I owned a Manufactured Florida home for a few years so I found the house familiar…..the neighborhood is safe and friendly….if you rent here you will have a good time. One item, we locked ourselves out one morning and the owners got us back in quickly! It could have been a real problem, but it was solved!

Winter in the south

Very nice home. We felt quite comfortable for the 4 months we stayed. Issues were resolved quickly. Owners are very nice people.

Excellent area! Very friendly!

A perfect place to stay. Gated and secure with very friendly people/neighbors! Stayed over Halloween and the community had a trunk or treat and costume contest for kids of all ages (even the adults)! The pools were very close and heated. The home was comfortable and very clean with anything you could need during your stay no matter what your plans are!

Though we would love to meet each one of our guests in person due to proximity that is not always going to be possible.
Our contact person lives nearby and is available when we are away. However, we are just a text or email away for your convenience.

Welcome. You have come to the right place to relax. You will appreciate our gated resort lifestyle community, with 24/7 security, located only 5 miles from Disney World Parks, and many great restaurants. You will be resting comfortably in our 2 bedroom home. The Master Suite is fitted with a sleep number king bed and a private bathroom. You also have 3 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, and other outdoor activities to choose from. A great place to refresh after a busy day from Orlando's attractions.

Our Community Amenities included but are not limited to: a stocked fishing lake, picnic tables, lighted pool, racquetball and tennis courts, volleyball/badminton, children's pool, exercise room, billiards, playground, & business center.

We are close to all the major attractions, the finest that Florida has to offer.

The fun begins with the first day you arrive. Getting to explore the community and having the feeling of safety in our gated family environment.

Going to the main street that you entered from US Hwy 192 where you will find every restaurant imaginable from popular fast foods to elegant sit down affairs.

The grocery stores and Walmart and other quick pick up items from a dollar store or local thrifts are all within minutes of leaving the community.

There are several local churches for your spiritual renewal while on vacation from home.
We personally attend Cornerstone Baptist Church on Hwy 27. Google it and join us for 1 of 2 morning services.

For those who want to explore Florida beaches those are day trips for family memory making as well. You dream it, google it, and Florida has it.
