Waterfront 2-bedroom, 2-bath home with great views has 1 King Bed, 1 queen bed and a XL Twin bed. Sleeps 5 people comfortably but also has 3 pullout queen sofa beds, a Murphy Bed & 2 air mattresses for additional or unexpected guests. Located in the Vista Del Lago gated community at Four Corners, FL area 5 miles from Walt Disney Worlds front door, 13 miles to Universal Studios and 11 miles to Seaworld. Set in a 24hr secure gated community, this 2,000+ sq ft home has everything you need to provide you with a relaxing calm place to stay after a day at the parks or to enjoy lazy days at home. Close enough to all of the action and space in abundance will ensure that your time spent in Florida will be a relaxing and comfortable one. When you are at the home it is very easy to forget you are near the hustle and bustle.

We purchased this home in May of 2022 and list this home for four to eight VRBO rentals per year. We have remodeled most rooms and updated the home inside and out with more updates to come. Most of our rentals are through private contracts and that is why we have so few reviews because only VRBO renters can leave reviews.

The kitchen/great room, sunroom and rear covered patio and raised deck area have direct and uninterrupted views of raccoon lake (some 70+ acres big) where you can watch the sun rise in the morning, fish all day, watch people at play on the water during the day or just sit and watch the various wildlife. In the evenings, you can enjoy your own personal view of the firework displays across the lake from 3 of the Disney parks.

The living room has seating for up to 10+ people so the whole family can enjoy movie nights in with a 65” Roku smart tv and high-speed internet provided. all three sofas have queen size sofa beds.

The master bedroom has a King size bedroom set with a wall mounted 50” Roku smart tv. The ensuite bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, garden tub and twin sinks. A 12ft long walk-in closet will ensure that you will never be short of somewhere to store all of your belongings.

The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, a XL Twin Bed and a large walk-in closet with a separate chest of drawers and nightstand with a 32” Roku Smart TV.

The separate bathroom consists of a bath/shower and sink.

The extra-large kitchen/great room has a center island with a butcher block countertop with seating for up to four people and a separate dining table to seat another four. The Kitchen has a microwave, air fryer, crockpot, dishwasher, Refrigerator, Electric Range/Stove and many small kitchen appliances. There is a separate sitting area and a desk. This really is a room for all occasions be it entertaining or simply relaxing with a good book and of course those panoramic windows giving a beautiful picture view of Raccoon Lake.

The home is fully air conditioned with the added bonus of ceiling fans in all of the main rooms and bedrooms. The sunroom consists of enough seating and dining space for all of the family to enjoy as well as its own air conditioner. The community itself hosts a number of amenities including 3 swimming pools, a children's pool, two hot tubs, tennis courts, squash courts, pickle ball courts, bocce ball courts, shuffleboard pitches, basketball courts, BBQ areas, beach volleyball and a children's play park. All illuminated to enjoy after the sun has gone down. Indoors you can enjoy a state-of-the-art gym, billiards, a media room, snack bar, Business work room, craft room and library. All of this is literally just a two-minute walk from the house. At the entrance to the community, there are a number of take aways and eateries with other restaurants, shops, stores and attractions just a few minutes away by car. This really is a little piece of paradise that we are sure will not disappoint that you can live in from 7 to 120 days.
