¡Una hermosa casa diseñada para la comodidad y el estilo! Verá que el plano de planta está abierto y la decoración es brillante. Ricos pisos de madera están en todas partes. El primer piso tiene un amplio pasillo de entrada con cocina, comedor, sala familiar y baño. La cocina de diseño tiene una barra de desayuno con 6 taburetes. Está abierto al gran comedor con una mesa con 8 sillas. La habitación familiar tiene l TV de pantalla plana y chimenea de gas. El segundo piso tiene 3 dormitorios más un cuarto extra; una cama king size en el dormitorio principal con baño privado, el segundo dormitorio con una cama queen size y el tercer dormitorio tiene una litera de pirámides (cama matrimonial con una litera arriba). Un baño de salón completo está en este piso también. En el tercer piso hay 2 dormitorios; uno con una cama king size y el otro con dos camas individuales. Otro baño completo está en este piso. Todas las habitaciones tienen TV s. Hay una ducha exterior para enjuagar la arena después de un día en la playa. Family Reunion

Cape May at Christmas is beautiful! This home allowed us to gather with family over the holidays. Spacious kitchen and open floor plan were perfect for entertaining. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. The red pull-out couch is in a room with a door which was a nice surprise. Loved our morning jogs to the beach and boardwalk.

Nice, but…

The house is great…spacious and well equipped. However although it had been surface cleaned, rugs and upholstery were really dirty.

A perfect house in a perfect place

Wow. Thought the pictures made the house a little small for a group of 16 20-somethings but when we pulled up...wow were we wrong. A group of college friends and I stayed for Memorial Day Weekend and I don't think we could've had a more perfect weekend. A close walk to the beach, and bars, a large backyard, beautiful porches and comfortable outdoor furniture. The inside has high ceilings, nice windows that keep noise out, beautiful and spacious kitchen. The living room and the couches were comfortable and also spacious, we were all VERY comfortable after some long nights dancing. The bedrooms were gorgeous but we were having too good a time to even spend lots of time in them, really just to sleep. Would recommend this house in a heartbeat,

Beautiful property, issue with plumbing

A group of us stayed here for 2 nights. The property is beautifully maintained and the house is modern and spacious. On the second day we woke up to a septic backup and the downstairs toilet and shower were spewing sewage all over the bathroom and into the hallway. We called the property manager at 7:30 who told us they would send someone out within the hour. By noon no one had arrived yet and they stopped answering our phone calls. With a house of 10 girls who couldn’t shower or use the bathroom we were pretty frustrated with the lack of urgency and response. We had to make trips to the nearby acme and beach to use the restroom. We also had a winery reservation at noon which we had to cancel. We finally drove to the property management office and a plumber then showed up by 2pm and fixed the problem quickly by unclogging the drain. I understand these things are unpredictable but the lack of response and urgency from the property manager was unacceptable.

Beyond our expectations!

8 of us stayed at this rental for a girls trip in October. Not only was it everything we had hoped but better! Immaculately cleaned, professional and friendly team through the entire rental process. The home is open and roomy, the decks & yard are gorgeous and welcoming. We would come back in a heart beat! Top shelf A++++++

Family trip

The house was amazing. Location is perfect. The house itself was clean and had more than enough room for 4 adults and one baby. This would be our number one place to stay next time we return based on the house alone. Only issue we had was checking in. There must have been a miscommunication at the main office, as our keys weren’t left in the after hours bin. We also got there before the office was supposed to close and nobody was there. We call every number for the company but there was no emergency number to reach for this sort of issue and all the phone lines said “if you are calling outside of office hours, call back when we are in the next day”. We sat at the house for about an hour or so until we found a way to reach the property manager who went to get the keys for us so we could get in. Again I’m sure this is a one time mistake but having an available line to reach if these issues arise would be really helpful as we were almost to the point of looking for a motel to stay in for the night.

Beautiful home!

We all enjoyed this home! Very clean, lots of space and great location. As coordinator of a group, that were all paying into the rental, I had some difficulty with getting correct pricing. I booked through VRBO but ended up with a rental agreement through a realtor. A few extra fees were added and I had to do several recalculations with my group. Just annoying when you think you have a price and it changes by a few hundred dollars.

Beautiful house and great location - be sure to check on items to bring

We absolutely loved the home and the location. It was comfortable and well cared for. The only downfall is that it didn't have sheets or towels, also limited paper towel and toilet paper. If we weren't flying in, this wouldn't have been a big issue and thankfully the agent was able to connect me with local linen companies that made the process easy; however I think making what is included/isnt't included in the listing would be very helpful!

Wedding weekend

Instead of renting separate hotels rooms for a family wedding we decided on 1044 Idaho. We are so glad we did! The house and location were perfect. The first floor is very open and roomy- a great place to gather. We all loved the porches and the kids had fun playing in the beautiful backyard! It was a wonderful weekend getaway

Excellent on Idaho

The property is very well maintained and appointed. The beach access was very simple walk of a couple of blocks, which was good to walk off the food. The house was perfect for our 3 families, each with separate rooms and bathrooms for each family. The backyard and porches gave a very secluded feel as the trees have grown in from the pictures. It’s a great spot.

Family Vacation

Beautiful home!

This house was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a large group! We had a group of 11 women and the house felt spacious and more than accommodated out needs. Everyone in the group was pleased with the house. The kitchen was well stocked with just about all you could need for preparing meals which was a nice bonus. The whole booking process was smooth, the location was phenomenal, and the house was extremely clean. I'd highly recommend this house for your next stay!

Gorgeous, spacious house, great location

We loved this house. The kitchen was amazing and had everythig we needed if cooking in. the yard is beautiful, the porches are awesome, we spent a lot of time enjoying the large back porch and yard after the beach. Walk to town was about 15 minutes, nice walk for ice cream or shopping. Master bedroom/bath are amazing, all bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated. House was very clean. Hoping to go back next year.

Beautiful home close to the beach and entertainment

This property is amazing! We stayed here with our family for our daughters wedding at Willow Creek Winery and it could not have been more perfect. The home is beautiful, nicely laid out with loads of open space on the first floor. Each bedroom is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Love that this property is close to the beach, several of the larger hotels and shopping, yet is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Would most definitely stay at this home again.
