Dog and family friendly, single story home located just 1 mile from the London Bridge. There are smart TV's in the living room and each bedroom, a large upgraded kitchen, an open floorplan, and ceiling fans throughout. Enjoy the free WiFi from anywhere in the house!

You'll enter the house through the spacious living room that has a couch large enough to fit an entire family. Pull out the couch's queen bed and enjoy a nice movie night from the 65" smart TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Roku Live TV or Cable TV!

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and beautiful new quartz countertops. Start your day off right with a complimentary cup of coffee. Make a nice home cooked meal with the oven or stove, or enjoy a quick and easy hot pocket straight out of the microwave. The kitchen is fully loaded with dishes, silverware, glassware, cooking utensils, spices, a toaster, and reverse osmosis filtered water from the instant hot/cold dispenser and fridge.

Each bedroom has a smart TV and plenty of space to unpack clothing. 3 full bathrooms allow each room to have their own bathroom for more privacy. Each bedroom has an extra blanket in the closet for added warmth. No need to bring pool or bath towels, we will provide them for you along with hand towels and face towels. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided in each bathroom.

The backyard has a propane grill and plenty of space for the family to gather around the fire pit. Use the BBQ make a nice meal then sit by the fire under the romantic string lights and stargaze.

Hav-a-view on the front porch and watch the sunrise with your cup of coffee, or sit down and unwind with a glass of wine while watching the sunset! Arizona sunsets do not disappoint, especially with such a beautiful view from the front yard.

The house is located less than a mile from Body Beach and Rotary Park, 1.5 miles from the London Bridge, 2.5 miles from the Lake Havasu Marina, and just 3 miles from the Windsor Beach launch ramp.

Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located at the front door facing the entryway. Camera 2 is located over the garage facing the street. Camera 3 is located on the side yard facing the street. Cameras 4 and 5 are located in the back of the house, facing the pool and patio from opposite angles. The cameras do not look into interior spaces of the home. The cameras actively record video while guests are in residence. Cameras are not monitored but may be reviewed for noise complaints or insurance purposes.

Pool Rules
• No Diving
• No glass allowed in the backyard.
• The spa can be heated at guests discretion for no additional fee.
• Optional pool heating fee of $75/night (+ fees & taxes, pre-paid at least 24 hours prior to check in and applied to entire stay).
• Guests are responsible for leaving backyard as they found it (umbrellas closed, adirondack chairs stacked and placed under the patio cover, BBQ cleaned and covered. $25 fee will be charged if backyard is not cleaned up prior to departure.

Additional Rules/Information
• We offer early check in or late check out whenever possible. Both options are $25 and we're happy to try to make it happen if we can! Just reach out to us a day prior and we'll let you know if it's available.

• If something becomes damaged or breaks during your stay please let us know right away. We are reasonable and understand that accidents happen. Our main goal is to get a replacement quickly so that the next guest has everything they need and expect. We don’t sweat the small stuff but may charge a fee for expensive items that need to be replaced.

• Central AC can’t be set below 69°F.

We love dogs but…
• Do not allow dogs on the furniture or beds unless they are laying on a throw blanket.
• Do not leave your dogs alone in the house unless they are crated. You will need to bring your own dog crate.
• Please clean up after your dogs. We have provided a scoop on the back patio for you to use.
• Pet fee is $50.
