Mt. Marathon Suite | Waterfront Views | Private Downstairs Unit
The suite will be entirely your private space. This lower-level, two-bedroom suite features all new furnishings, with queen beds in both bedrooms and blackout shades for a restful night’s sleep. Enjoy beautiful views of Mt. Alice right from the bedrooms.
The living area includes a comfortable space to relax, a flat screen Smart TV (no cable), DVD player, and Wi-Fi. There is also a trundle-style pull-out couch, best suited for one child.
The suite comfortably sleeps 4 guests. A 5th guest (typically a child using the trundle) may be considered with prior approval and an additional fee. If you would like to use the trundle, please request this in advance so bedding can be provided.
The kitchenette is small but fully equipped for simple meals. It is not designed for full cooking or nightly meals. Please note there is no laundry on site, but a laundromat (Suds and Swirl on 3rd Ave) is just a few blocks away.
The full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and is on the smaller side. Please review photos to ensure the space meets your needs.
Located in downtown Seward, you can easily walk along the waterfront to the harbor, shops, restaurants, the Alaska SeaLife Center, and more.
Guests also have access to the Community Closet, shared between the Mt. Alice and Mt. Marathon Suites. It includes games, puzzles, small kitchen appliances, an iron, fan, and other helpful items. Please return items after use for others to enjoy.
The yard, patio, and grills are available for guest use. The charcoal and gas grills are especially helpful for cooking, as fish and seafood should be prepared outdoors only due to lingering odors in the suite. Please clean the grill after use.
This is a quiet, family property and not suitable for parties or large gatherings. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
The space is best suited for guests who are comfortable in a cozy layout. While the bedrooms are a good size, the kitchen and bathroom are compact.
For access, please use the side gate along the carport near the trash cans and oil tank. This helps avoid entering neighboring property.
Please note that GPS directions may not always be accurate. Detailed arrival instructions will be provided prior to your stay
