Recientemente renovado. Encantadora y acogedora cabaña con modernas comodidades (televisores e internet). Disfruta de un espacio tranquilo que tiene espacio suficiente para 7 personas. Una habitación tiene 3 camas individuales individuales ideales para niños. Otra habitación tiene una cama queen. El dormitorio principal es espacioso con una vista increíble de los árboles, las montañas y el cielo.

Hay 3 baños. El baño principal tiene una combinación de bañera y ducha, con una claraboya y mucha luz natural. Disfruta de un relajante baño en la bañera con patas en uno de los baños.

La gran chimenea y la televisión serán la habitación favorita para pasar el rato y jugar juegos de mesa, cenar y disfrutar de revistas y libros de mesa actuales.

El porche delantero y trasero es un excelente lugar para tomar un café por la mañana y disfrutar del aire fresco de la montaña.

El paisaje invernal es tan impresionante como la primavera, el verano y el otoño. Los colores, los olores y los sonidos sutiles de la naturaleza están en todas partes.

Perfect weekend getaway

We had a great time. The house was clean, well stocked with eating, cooking, and bathing needs. The views were gorgeous. We felt at home and enjoyed doing a puzzle by the fire and playing board games at the table. We would love to stay here again.

Great place

Cabin was in a great spot in green valley. If you know the area it is perfect to hang out in the woods without the crowds of other towns. The rooms were well stocked and it was very homey with nice touches. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Really quaint cabin, awesome fire place, and with a beautiful modern master bedroom & bath addition. The cabin is on the last row bordering the northern wilderness, got the visit of a coyote, usual chipmunks and squirrels, and deer up the trail nearby.

Fabulous Holiday stay

House is fully stocked with kitchen, bath and personal needs. All you need to bring is food and friends to have a wonderful time. I will recommend this to all my friends.

A Gem Cabin

Property delivered as promised plus so much more! We had a wonderful after-the- holiday getaway at this cabin. Our teen boys enjoyed sledding on the slopes behind the house and I enjoyed watching from the beautiful master bedroom windows! Host was very responsive to my questions and check-in and out was easy. Only hiccup was no trash dropoff on weekdays in the area. This was our first time staying in Green Valley and we hope to experience this beautiful hidden gem in the summertime too!

Amazing Cozy Cabin!

This was our second time renting, and we were not disappointed! The cabin is clean, the host is easy to communicate with, and the location can’t be beat. It backs up to the national forest and is close to amazing sledding and hiking trails. There are a few things to be aware of that did not change my 5 star rating, but I would’ve liked to have known before I booked. There are no window coverings anywhere in the house besides one bathroom. So if you love a lot of natural light, this will not bother you! It was an issue for me and my kids, especially in the bedrooms. No curtains meant kids woke up super early and were kind of freaked out at night with all the shadows. Also, there was no privacy from neighbors (one bedroom window is directly across from a neighbor’s window.) Second issue is be prepared to take all of your trash home with you. Since we rented before, we knew what to expect, but taking my trash in my car is not my favorite thing to do. Again, I still give this property a 5 star rating even with the above mentioned issues. We will be back, and still recommend this cozy cabin!

Beautiful views & great location!

This cabin is fantastic! Spacious with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, made our family feel at home and we weren't fighting for bathroom time. The location was the BEST part. We could walk right out the back and into the national forest with trails to hike and were lucky enough to get snow while there so the kids had a blast sledding for free! The owners even have some sleds to use as well as extra hats/ gloves in case you came ill-prepared. The kitchen was well-stocked with enough plates/bowls/cups/mugs and even had some cooking basics like oil, spices and hot chocolate. There were also ample extra blankets and pillows which was a nice surprise. The owner was very easy to communicate with and response time was great. We met the next door neighbor on our departure day and he was very nice. He let us know about a pileup that was causing major traffic going down the mountain so we knew to plan our exit accordingly. The only thing I would suggest is adding blinds/curtains. We were surprised to find that only 1 downstairs bathroom had them. While the view is SPECTACULAR, it would be nice to be able to "close up" at night and have some privacy. We will definitely be back!

Great Family Getaway Cabin

Angelica's cabin is a cozy getaway in a small quiet mountain town. Great cabin for a family to enjoy the fresh air of our beautiful San Bernandino Mts. Cozy family room with a fireplace, plenty of beds and bathrooms and an amazing upstairs master bedroom with an even more amazing view. Would definitely stay here again. Just an FYI, the town offers very little in restaurants, so bring your own food.

Lovely Cabin

Loved this cabin. Decent sized kitchen with room to prep and plenty of equipment. Took a nice salt bath, relaxed by the fireplace every evening and slept well in the comfortable beds. Cabin butts up the the wilderness so we walked to the trails and enjoyed a nice hike with our dogs.

Loved it and will be back!

The cabin is adorable and filled with so much charm and thoughtful touches. The room and beds were all comfortable and clean. The kids really appreciated their "dorm room" with three beds. The view from the Master was simply incredible! We wanted a cabin with access to nature and boy we got it. The back door opens onto hills, trees and wonderful adventures!! Even though there wasn't much snow- the kids still found some to sled in. We hiked, played and just had such a great time. Angelica is a fantastic hostess- very responsive and a delight to work with. We like to come every year for a family snow play weekend- and wanted somewhere quiet where we could just relax and play without driving to a crowded hill. We found it here and will be returning. Thank you so much for hosting us!!

The best mountain experience!!!

We LOVED it so much! The house itself is amazing, cozy, full of awesome vintage details and décor, the fireplace is gorgeous, too. We loved the backyard area, there's actually an open wooded area, it gives a lot of privacy and quietness. And the house is full of light, the upstairs master bedroom is above and beyond! We appreciated all the spices, coffee, and all the other stuff in the kitchen, it made family dinner cooking so convenient. The lake is really not far away, and the whole area is truly nice. Overall, it was our best stay in Big Bear and Snow Valley. Thank you!

Wonderful Cabin.

Casa Del Lago was all it says and so very much more. Communication was quick and easy after I made the reservation. The drive was enjoyable as we climbed into the tree lined mountain road and into the quite Green Valley Lake community. The house was easy to find with its distinctive red door. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The 3 bed room included a bonus craft area our kids enjoyed. The kids really appreciated the endless backyard and played in the snow; sledding, digging, and snow ball fights. A short hike to the top of the ridge to a couple rock formation was capped off with a panoramic view of the surrounding mountain range, to include a snow covered Mt. Baldy in the distance. We greatly enjoyed this winter getaway and look forward to another visit in the spring or summer to enjoy the lake. In terms of stores, while there is one a half mile away for some things a short 15 minute drive to Running Springs gives you 2 more great options.
