This is a brilliant spot at Indian harbor Beach. Unit is two bedroom, right on the beachfront.... walk downstairs and you're on the beach. Fantastic location for kids, no roads to cross and a fantastic big pool and hot spa.I don't know what else there is to say but we thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks here, well appointed, easy walk to Walmart and shops. This beach area is definitely if you want a slower Pace, it's not the big city kind of vibe. It's laid back. Crazy when you can sometimes be the only person on the beach.Loved our stay.

Perfect location

This place has everything you need for a getaway. Right on the beach with amazing views. The apartment was clean, and spacious for our family. After staying here I would never get a hotel room down the street again. Having a nice kitchen, washer and dryer...it made it feel like a home away from home in paradise. The location was perfect...grocery store within walking distance along with many dining options close enough by. My kids loved having a pool on site especially when the beach got a little choppy some afternoons. Definitely will contact this owner and stay again.Thanks!

Needs updated

The furniture was very dated, and there was not enough of it. Not enough bedroom dresser space. Inadequate lighting at both ends of the couch. Could use a credenza underneath the living room television. Too many exposed wires hanging everywhere. Not even closely as well decorated as other condos in the same building.

Awesome view!

My husband and I stayed for a few weeks and had a great time. We liked that it was just a few flights up, so we took the stairs a lot, was secure and the facility was kept up. We used the pool and hot tub, the gym when it was too cold to walk on the beach (which was just steps away), and brought gear to use their tennis court but skipped it this time. The owner was responsive and check-in was easy. The facility was quiet and seemed to be a mix of vacationers and permanent residents, who were all nice. We loved opening the doors in the living room and bedroom to listen to the surf.

Beach Condo

Great location and large pool was a plus! Kitchen was well stocked. When issues arose(and they did), the owner was very responsive! We agree with a previous reviewer, that the unit needs TLC! The pictures on VRBO do not represent the condo.

Eat, Beach, Sleep, Relax ...

Listen to the ocean waves crash on the beach as you immerse yourself in total relaxation. This condo offers everything, strategically located close to restaurants and the beach is right out your back door. Property includes a beautiful pool/sauna, tennis, etc. Glenn is an outstanding host who is both professional & courteous. He responds immediately to all inquires and questions to support your stay!!

Ocean view vacation!

Had a great stay at Glenn’s condo. The condo is spacious and comfortable. Location is great right on the beach, Kennedy space center and close to stores. Could not get enough of the ocean view and rocket launches. Beach was clean there were some rocks in spots by condo beach access. The condo was well equipped with all the necessities. Pool was clean and accessible, easy check in and check out. Would recommend!

Home away from home

This was a perfect fit for this vacation. It was close to shopping, food, gas, and within a reasonable driving distance to things and places we wanted to see.

Great Place

Enjoyed our stay at this condo directly on the Ocean in Indian Harbor. The place was clean and well stocked with towels, paper goods, kitchen items, etc. Great view on the balcony facing the ocean with sliders on both the living room and bedroom side. The sound of the surf was very relaxing. Condo had up to date kitchen and bathrooms. Owner was very responsive although we had no real issues. Neighbors were very friendly. Plenty of parking was available. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent property!

Absolutely loved our stay in this condo. The owner is very responsive and attentive (contacting us to make sure everything was going well). The condo is well stocked with linens, kitchen items, etc and the furniture, beds, etc are comfortable. Above all, the condo was clean. The view speaks for itself! Absolutely stunning. There is direct access to the beach which is a very nice white sand. Note that when the tide is low, there are some rock "ledges" that are in the water so just be careful if you are doing any water sports when the tide is low. The pool is heated and there is a great hot tub. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended for an additional week and would have stayed longer if possible. Restaurants and shopping is just down the road and it is so close to the rocket launches you can see them from the balcony! We would highly recommend staying and will be back!

Some problems.

Glenn was a terrific host and the condo was perfectly located. My wife and I had a marvelous time and we were fortunate enough to see 5 rocket launches. However, the heated pool was not available until the last 5 days of our stay. Also, we had some problems with the door to our condo. The paint around the door frame is peeling and we could not get the lock to respond.

We both loved this place. The pool, jacuzzi, beach, and location. Loads of excellent dining, shopping, and loads of great health food shops and yoga studios. This place is ideally located and we would definitely return. The host was very nice too.

Beautiful condo/Perfect location!

We spent a month at this beautiful condo - exactly as described! The location is on a quiet part of the beach but with lots of eating options. We enjoyed watching rocket launches from the balcony, amazing sun rises, and sea turtles nesting. Owner was responsive and friendly - everything about the process was easy. The bldg is well-maintained with a nice mix of residents and renters. Loved our stay and will book again!

Wonderful ocean front condo great location

The condo was exactly as advertised it was very stocked we had everything we needed. The balcony was so close to the beach it was incredible. The beds were comfortable which as you get older is important. Glenn was very responsive and great to deal with we will definitely rent there again! We loved the condo and location

Great Oceanfront Condo

The condo is conveniently located. Direct ocean front is the best. We came back for a second visit. You can hear the ocean at night. Condo is nicely furnished, complete kitchen for cooking. Owner very responsive to questions. Nice heated pool and hot tub. Clean and well maintained property. See Space X launches from the balcony.

Spectacular beachfront retreat

Very nicely appointed beachfront location with a lot of amenities. Uncrowded, beach with private access and a heated pool with a jacuzzi, tennis courts, etc. Condo had all the beach stuff, chairs, towels, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc. Spacious condo with tile floors throughout, and a fully equipped kitchen, comfy couches, TVs in every room, and an washer and dryer. Close to shopping and restaurants. If you want to play or relax, this place is it. Glenn the host was very nice and accommodating and always available to answer questions before, during, and after our stay, communication was excellent. Check in and out, parking, etc. was easy. We plan to return this fall and we will be staying here again!

Don't pass this one up!

Outstanding view! Excellent location! Proximity to the beach and the private access can't be beat. Also close to a variety of entertainment venues, restaurants and shopping. Extremely helpful and accessible host. The condo was clean and stocked with the necessities. No condiments, of course, due to covid. Other guests and residents in the building were very friendly.

excellent condo stay

We recently stayed here for 30 days. The condo and property are very nice. Beach access is as close as you can get. The condo was clean and well equipped. The pictures and description are a true description of what you get. The building and grounds were well kept and quiet. Pool was heated and nice. This area offers close access to everything you will need. We are planning to stay here again.

Ocean front condo

Great condo, with pool and hot tub. Kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils for cooking at home. Clean comfortable condo. Location close to grocery and restaurants. Owner very responsive. Nice to have washer dryer in unit. Building seemed very secure. We will return to this condo.

Working remotely

Amazing view. Everything was as described. We were luck, we had great moon , sun everyday, launch. Owner super responsive. We enjoy the walking at the beach, and got not tired of the balcony and the view. Very close walmart, publix and pharmacy. There is nothing bad to say. Building, pool and common areas were also clean. If I have to say something, maybe have an extra key for the access to the beach and a little more utensils on the kitchen. I really would love to come back!!
