Thanks for the review. I’m sorry.to hear about the coffee pot, what happened to coffee pot? You should have notified me and I would have brought you another one. That in my book is a neccisity!

I’m sorry you were not happy with your stay. I did tell you about the painting and tile that was going to happen in the building on 2/18/2022 and that was as soon as I knew. We did not know about the elevators and found out as you did. The laundry was closed due to a leak in pipe and has now been completely fixed. All new tile and painting completed, looks fantastic! Again, My apologies this happened during a part of your stay.

I understand your reason and retaliation for the terrible review. you neglected to mention you broke the dishwasher and refuse to pay or admit you did so. I will now have all renters get insurance because of you! The blind was not broken prior to you being there, so just another thing you refuse to pay for or admit. There is a small cut in the leather sectional, from being a rental, so in your opinion,The entire leather sectional should be thrown out? The window company has not sent me the screens yet for the windows. They should have been here 4 weeks ago and have been called twice since then. The code was put in as always and not sure why it didn't go through, this was resolved with a quick phone call to me, maybe 5 minutes of your time? I apologized and you were fine about this, now you want to complain about it? I am happy to hear you won't be renting from me again as the feeling is mutual. you cost me way more than you paid for the stay! OWNERS BEWARE!

So many lies! First call was, the ac was making loud banging noise, I asked another owner if he could go and replace filter and he did so immediately while with me on phone and him standing at the door, admitted it really wasn't that loud. He said there was NO NOISE! second call was that the place was filthy dirty, I know for a fact it was not because I cleaned it myself, she sent a picture of stovetop which seemed like cloudy? could have been an oversight of not wiping off stove top cleaner? I agreed to refund her partial cleaning deposit which she said it's not that bad, I just wiped it off. Admited she was ocd on cleaning and is a freak. The leather set replaced the old furniture due to stains on fabric and covid practices made it difficult to keep washing covers we purchased for sofas. Leather is much more sanitary to clean. It is comfortable and pulls out to queen sofa bed. Just recently has small tear in seat cushion, I will post picture of how small. I realized she was clearly not happy and did offer her several times the ability to find another rental and I would refund her money and let her out of contract, I did ask that she stay14 days to allow me time to find other renters. She said no, it's not that bad and there is no where else to go. I would never have said as she described "get out" This is my business and do not speak to anyone that way. I did a search myself and there were several properties available at the same cost but not Oceanfront. Before even booking, she negotiated me down 30.00 a night. Because it was an entire month, I did agree. I paid extra for a private parking spot for her for the month under canopy parking even. I honestly got calls of her beating me up daily if not twice a day. As an owner and from all past reviews, this is not the kind of owner I am, I was very upset and even to the point of tears several times, when I got off the phone with her, to the extent I could no longer take the abuse and harassment anymore and asked her to deal directly with VRBO . The property description was all clearly written to describe condition of the building and updates to seawall and pool. I had not updated pictures because of hurricane damage, and all of concrete restoration just completed. The ceilings in hallways were scheduled and contractor was in hospital and could not start when he should have. The beach restoration happened a few days while she was there and I got blamed for that. There was just no pleasing this lady except give all her money back and let her stay free. Now she has done a charge back, and is expecting all her money for an entire month at a 2/2 oceanfront condo.I I have also filed a dispute with her and actually from day 1, it was a very long month! please see everyone's reviews as this lady does not even deserve or should be allowed to review my property. I also want to address the new pictures, I had listed the property and then decided to take it off market, I called the realtor and asked if I could use the listing pictures and she agreed. I contact Deborah and told her new pictures are now up and then she accused me of trying to cover my tracks. I thought she would be happy but again, nothing pleases this woman. It is very abusive and not how anyone should be spoken to. I would never recommend renting to this guest as there is so much more, I could share but will stop here. It makes me sad when all other guests love it here! Maybe just wants a free vacation? I have to remember all the other sweet guests I deal with throughout the year, because if they were all like this, I wouldn't share my condo.
