Nueva casa de tres dormitorios 2. 5 baños ubicada en el extremo norte de la calle 28 en Spanish Wells a solo 20 segundos a pie de la playa. Consulte nuestros otros 2 listados de propiedades que hemos tenido durante años en la misma calle, el listado VRBO # 667474 y VRBO 250142.
La casa está totalmente amueblada con aire acondicionado centralizado, WIFI gratuito y televisión por cable.
House está en un vecindario tranquilo al final de la calle sin salida con un camino de arena que conduce a la playa a solo 400 pies de distancia. cerrado exterior Ducha mesa de picnic y parrilla de gas todos proporcionan. Nueva construcción terminada en noviembre de 2019. Carro de golf de 4 y 6 asientos, bicicletas y kayaksl disponibles para alquilar.

Nice cottage close to beach. Decorated for Christmas. House was missing a can opener, but super fast response from owner. Very quiet little area and would be suitable for kids.

I had the most absolute best time.. we had fun relaxing on the beach, kayak, floatable lounger and chairs, Jody and his wife are the best hosts and we’re available anytime we needed anything! I will definitely book again!

Tara and Jody were great hosts!Took care of anything we needed!When the golf cart just about ran out of gas, he even brought a small gas can over because the majority of all gas stations are closed on Sundays on the island!!!We will definitely be going back and staying at one of his houses

Paradise

We got to stay in this lovely place for a week! It had everything we needed to enjoy a girl's trip. This was my second visit to this beautiful island, and it did not disappoint. You will not need for a thing when visiting as Tara & Jody have thought of everything. We particularly enjoyed the outside private shower after a day at the beach. The property was just a quick walk to the beach which has chairs, picnic table with umbrella and kayaks. Several beach towels to use while you visit. We traveled to several other beaches during our stay. Enjoyed this place so much! We met some people on the plane on the way to Eleuthera and invited them to come spend a day with us if they had the time. They were so impressed with Sanish Wells and our place; they will be back to Spanish Wells and forgo staying in Eleuthera. Nothing was missing on this trip but additional days off to stay!

Easy breezy Spanish Wells vacation

Jody and Tara made it so easy to enjoy Spanish Wells. Helped arrange our taxi/ferry from the airport, picked up with the golf cart, easy access to the beach, scheduling boat and Eleuthera land tours, it was so great. If it makes sense for you, bring some hand soap and laundry detergent so you have those without having to buy on the island which is more expensive.

Relaxing in Spanish Wells

We were a party of 4 adults. Cozy Cove Cottage was a great size with room for 2 more. The convenience of getting around Spanish Wells and visiting other beaches was great. The golf cart is a bonus. We did rent an extra cart which helped getting chairs, cooler and floaties to other beaches for us. Jody was always available and answered all questions.We did a sea turtle excursion with Jody and highly recommend doing this.We hope to visit again very soon.

My favorite part of our trip

I loved Jody's property as well as this quaint gem of an island. Getting around on a golf cart was a highlight for our kids. The walking distance to the beach was so nice. It was surreal getting to experience the veauty of this island. I hope to one one day visit again.

Amazing property on an amazing little island. Ample rooms and amenities. Host communication and responsiveness is first class(we had a flat tire on the golf cart late at night and they had it repaired and back at the house within the hour) Would highly recommend to anybody. Beaches are world class

Great stay in Swells!

We had another wonderful visit to spanish wells. Weve always wanted to stay at one of Jodys properties and were very pleased with everything. Id say the only downside was the beds were a bit hard(stiff spring mattresses) I know its hard to source things in the islands, maybe a thicker mattress pad would help? Either way our stay was great, the property was well stocked, communication was spot on and the overall amenities were excellent. Thank you again!

Outstanding home, great service from host. Everything the listing says is true - super clean - beach accessible- perfect! Other things no one writes - comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, great table for dining and cards/games, comfortable living area for watching TV.

Pleasant stay; close to the beach

Cozy is the key word

The owners of this property were amazing! Helpful, resourceful, knowledgeable of the island and assisted with all the comforts needed for a wonderful vacation! The house is updated, gorgeous and well equipped for those that want to prepare meals like we did. We will definitely be back!

My name is Jody Pinder and my wife Tara Pinder are natives to the Island and have lived here all our lives. I spent 30 years in the local lobster fishing industry where I was captain of one of the local fishing boats for 20 years and now manages a few rental properties on the Beach, SummerSunset and Ocean Dreams. I also now own and operate a local tour company Named Capt. Kid & Son Charters. we will be happy to take you out on a boat tour to see the swimming pigs, swim with turtles, visit secluded beaches , do some fishing etc. with this company. All tours are private and customize for every customer.
My wife Tara is a Dog groomer on the Island and helps me manage the properties. We have 3 kids all grown and out of the house now. We have owned and managed the Beach Houses now for the last few years. Ocean Dreams for 15 years and Summer Sunset for 7 years. We will ensure all of your needs are taken care of on the island and make the arrangements to get you from the airport to the house and back to the airport If you have any questions about us please refer to the reviews on Ocean Dreams and Summer Sunset beach cottages. We have just built this house in 2019 and 2 others as well Green Turtle Cottage and Turtle Shell Cottage completing on Nov 6 2019. All 3 new houses have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath.

Property is in a great location on the island. Location, Location Location. Restaurants and grocery store are all less than 1 mile away and accessible by walking or Golf Cart (recommended). It is only 400 ft down sand path to the Beautiful North Side Beach In Spanish Wells and has all the amenities provided. Tara and I will also be excellent host to you assisting you with whatever you need while on the island.
