SeeSea Villa es una propiedad ubicada en hermosos pozos españoles. La casa cuenta con cuatro dormitorios y dos baños. Con una cama king size en el dormitorio principal en suite y una cama queen size en los otros 3 dormitorios, esta casa es perfecta para una familia numerosa que desea su propio espacio. Un techo de catedral en la sala de estar, el comedor y la cocina hace que el área de entretenimiento se sienta luminosa y bien ventilada. La casa tiene vistas al océano y está a unos 100 metros de la playa. Hay un camino despejado que permite caminar 2 minutos hasta la playa y aguas cristalinas.
Con un patio en el lado norte de la casa frente al océano, y un patio cubierto en el lado sur de la casa frente al jardín, hace posible entretener, leer, asar en la parrilla o simplemente no hacer nada, en cualquier tipo de clima condiciones
La casa está ubicada en una calle tranquila, y está a solo dos cuadras del supermercado local, banco, cajero automático las 24 horas, panadería y restaurante.
La casa también viene con un kayak, bicicletas, tres mesas al aire libre, chaise lounge con cojines, sillas de comedor y sillas de playa para su disfrute.
Spanish Wells es una pequeña comunidad en las Bahamas que fue colonizada entre mediados de 1600 y principios de 1700 por colonos estadounidenses. Con solo dos millas de largo y media milla de ancho, y una playa de arena blanca que se extiende a lo largo de dos millas, la mayor parte del tiempo vacía, hace de esta isla un lugar verdaderamente único para visitar.

Great house and great location. Sherwin made everything seamless and answered any and all questions. The beach at the house was stunning. The house had everything for our family of 5. Our host helped make reservations from the airport with taxi’s and ferry as well had a golf cart at the dock for us. Great grocery store very close by and a few restaurants worth eating at. Very laid back island.

Fantastic beach stay

Very comfortable for 4 adult women. Kitchen was very well stocked making cooking easy. Lots of outdoor seating and very close to an outstanding beach. Location was perfect, close to grocery and very walkable. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and have already discussed possibly returning. Our host, Sherwin, was very helpful and a pleasure to meet and deal with. Highly recommended this vacation house.

Perfect place to relax

Spanish Wells is a quiet fishing town. If you like long walks on a nearly deserted beach beside crystal clear water colored in beautiful shades of blue, then this is a perfect location. The house is clean and comfortable with everything needed to make yourself at home. Our host, Sherwin, could not have been more friendly and was always responsive to our requests. Next time we visit Spanish Wells, this will be our first choice for accomodations.

Excellent location, super clean, all the amenities!

Couldn't be happier with our choice! The garage was full of all the beach toys, and the washer and dryer was a huge plus. The house had everything we needed, the A/C worked great, and Sherwin even had the 5-gallon jugs of water waiting for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing home in Spanish Wells

This house was perfect! Sherwin was the best host we have ever had. We were just a few steps from crystal clear water and soft cool sand. The 4 bedroom home was large and and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Will definitely be coming back to Spanish Wells and staying here again!

Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was in the perfect location from the beach. We rented a golf cart for the week and a boat for a few days which I highly recommend! Sherwin was the best host. Very attentive and arranged all of our transportation for us. The house was very clean and comfortably accommodated all 8 of us. If you are looking for a laid back, relaxing getaway, this is the place!

Great Location!

This home was perfect for our stay! The walk to the beach was easy. We had ocean views from the house. The owner was very attentive to our needs! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed! We stayed two weeks and did not have any issues during our stay! The only problem I had (which was me) Was getting the cable going but a quick text to Sherwin and he came right over and showed us how to do it! We stayed for 2 weeks and will def stay again! The only thing I would suggest to the owner would be an outdoor shower but It’s not a deal breaker. We love Spanish Wells and cannot wait until our next trip! The Scott FamilyAlabama

Perfect Beach Getaway

The house is located within a short stroll to the beach and in a great neighborhood with the grocery, also within walking distance. Sherwin was a pleasure to work with from reservation to check out. He met us at the water taxi and arranged a golf cart rental in.advance for us. The only problem we had was we wish we could have stayed longer.

Good place to stay.

We were four adults in Spanish Wells to bone fish. Sherwin was a good host and attentive. The house is a short walk to beach and easy to get to supermarket. Sherwin arranged for us our rental of golf cart and taxi from the airport. The house is as shown in the photos and would recommend staying there. Thanks Sherwin!

Most amazing beach vacation

Our family (2 adults and 3 kids ages 13,11,& 10) plus a family friend stayed at Sherwin’s hidden slice of heaven over Easter vacation. We had the best stay and I cannot say enough about the perfect location. The water is the prettiest I have ever seen. The house is clean and comfortable. Large enough for kids to be playing a game while I read undisturbed on the front patio. Plenty of beach toys and towels. We can’t wait to go back!

Spanish Wells a Hidden Gem

We had a very nice and the weather was great. Sea Sea Villa had everything a person could need in a home in Spanish Wells. Sherwin was great from the start to the end. Taking care of minor problems quickly. The location to the beach was very convenient. I only wish we would have had a better way to get the kayak to the beach.

Perfect location with a short walk to best part of Northside Beach. Extremely clean and well laid out floor plan. Plenty of outdoor space to spread out with a large group as well. The garage was a bonus especially if it rained… easily parked the 6-seater golf cart we rented inside and kept our backsides dry when riding around the next day. Sherwin was great and arranged the golf cart rental as well as Pinders Taxi service for our group of 6 that arrived on different flights and at different times.

Wonderful Vaca!

We had an amazing vacation in Spanish Wells. Sherwin was a great host and his place was perfect! He answered all our questions both before and during our stay. His place was as advertised. Clean, kitchen had all the essentials, and plenty of beach toys. A short walk down a sandy path to the most beautiful beach we have ever seen. Two miles of powdery white sand with only a few people on it at anytime of the day. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. Thanks Sherwin!

Amazing location!

We had an amazing time here! Sherwin was so easy with work with and so helpful with everything. The property is just steps from the most beautiful part of the beach! It is fully furnished with everything we needed, and spacious for our family of 6 to spread out during down time. It had bikes, a kayak, beach chairs, sand toys, beach towels… basically everything you would need for a great beach trip! The washer dryer made it easy to pack less. Sherwin helps arrange the transportation to and from the airport and had our golf cart waiting for us on arrival. I would definitely recommend this house and return again!

Paradise

Our family of 4 stayed had the most amazing time at this home with the most glorious beach practically right in the backyard. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable and Sherwin made the check in and out processes a breeze, with wonderful suggestions for dinner and excursions. Da Salty Pig island tour was our favorite and dinner at the Shipyard with the live music was always a good time. Plenty of beach toys available and we especially enjoyed the kayaks on the calm clear ocean just steps from the back porch. The one suggestion I would make is more comfortable living room furniture for when we’re home relaxing as a group, but we still loved this rental and would return in a heartbeat for the location, alone. Be advised that 7/10 is their Independence Day and it seemed the whole island was closed to celebrate so just stock up on food and drinks in advance. We loved this vacation!

Home away from home <3

This is our second time staying at this rental. It is just perfect. Tucked away from Main Street with a public access to the beach that feels private since it's so tucked away. We took our teen boys and a few friends of our Sr graduating boy. They never stopped smiling. It was a joy to see them feel so comfortable with the home, the island, the natural beauty and the people. Sherwin was so attentive to help us with so many bags on the way in and out! And the house was so impeccably clean that the boys didn't flinch when I had them sweep up a couple of times. Perfect amount of beach toys for them and really convenient that they could take them out of the garage and not have to jaunt through the house. So convenient to have such a well stocked kitchen for the nights you don't feel like seeing anyone and yet central enough to pass by Papa Scoops after eating out! If you're sitting at the table for breakfast or dinner keep your eyes on the beautiful pink flowers just outside the door you will see more than one hummingbird come for breakfast and dinner. We also got to enjoy the church fair next door, and they were kind enough to let our boys play basketball on days the fair wasn't up. Such a wonderful close nit neighborhood feel. Truly relaxing as a parent knowing your kids are safe to roam. We will be seeing Sherwin many more times I'm sure <3

Great location

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here with our two young children. Just a two minute walk to the most beautiful beach, it was everything we could’ve hoped for. Sherwin was an excellent host and we would absolutely stay here again. We made good use of the beach chairs, beach toys, and there are even bikes and a kayak. Rooms were very comfortable and the location was excellent.

Chillaxin

Sherwin is an excellent host and you can tell takes great pride in his property. The house is very spacious, has a great deck with view of the ocean and is a short walk over the dunes to SW’s beautiful beach. There were only 3 of us, but this house with it’s 4 bedrooms and large common areas can definitely accommodate a much larger group.
