Sea Breeze is located on the Eastern tip of Spanish Wells, sitting directly on the waterfront. Ocean AND harbour views allow you to enjoy the best of both. A perfect location to watch the sunrise and the sunset.

This 2-story home offers 3 spacious bedrooms -- French doors opening on to a balcony with a stunning ocean vista... in the main (with queen sized bed), and views of the harbour from each of the additional two bedrooms (both with queen sized beds), There are 2 full, recently updated bathrooms - one on each floor. At Sea Breeze house you'll enjoy an open-plan living/dining and kitchen area, with ocean views throughout. You can step right out from the living room to the covered back porch, breathe in the ocean air while having your morning coffee; or enjoy dinner and cocktails al fresco on the 2 outdoor tables.

What an amazing host and place to visit. Sacha communicates quickly and efficiently making your arrival, stay and departure completely seemless with zero stress. From the taxi, water taxi, golf cart rental, food recommendations and lay of the land Sacha does it all. The Paulks will be back soon. Rent a boat and go see the pigs and the sting rays!

Always our choice!

Quaint waterfront home with a great porch, plenty of space for 3 couples and is in a great location! We always stay here when going to Spanish Wells.

Great location right on the water. The host went above and beyond to arrange transportation and a golf cart for us. The views from the pack porch were really nice. It is about a mile away from the best beach we've ever seen but it is a quick trip in a golf cart.

Fell in Love

We fell in love with Spanish Wells and this beautiful house on the water! We had everything we needed and Sacha was fantastic. We plan to make a yearly trip of this. It’s just so secluded and takes you away! We had golf carts waiting for us, and transportation was arranged from the airport. Lots of fun places to eat, or we cooked at the house a lot too( house well stocked to cook) . One of our favorite things was North Eleuthera Excursions with crazy Roy Pinder and his wife! We swam with turtles and saw huge star fish, snorkeled. Met us right up from the house! Took us to private beaches! I have 4 boys all in their 20s (2 married).. we all loved it so much!!

Wedding weekend in Spanish Wells

Great stay! Beautiful view of the channel from the back of the house. Next door to one of the best restaurants on the island. We really enjoyed the house.

Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay in Spanish Wells. Sacha was extremely welcoming and accommodating from the moment we made our booking. Sacha arranged our round trip airport and ferry transportation, made our arrival lunch reservation and also provided referrals for golf cart rental, best beach spots etc. Communication with Sacha gave us full comfort in our choice before arriving on the island.The house is spotless and has all the kitchen tools, beach towels, beach chairs etc you’ll need for your stay with beautiful views overlooking the harbour.We cant wait to come back and stay here again!

Such a great spot!!

The house was very clean and the back patio was so peaceful and relaxing! There was plenty of towels and linens for each room. Located next to one of the best restaurants was a plus! Sasha was a perfect host and arranged our ferry ride and met us at the dock with our cart. Would book again!

Great house with a beautiful view

The house was very clean and spacious for two couples. The kitchen was updated and very well stocked. Sasha, our host, was very helpful in our transition from the airport to the house, having arranged our land and water taxis and golf cart, and orienting us to the house.

Great location

This house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fabulous! We were able to walk out during low tide and see so many sea creatures and at high tide, we had baby sharks, rays and turtles swimming by. Sacha was a great host who arranged so many details for us, keeping our vacation simple and uncomplicated. I would highly recommend Sea Breeze for a great stay on Spanish Wells.

Simply SPECTACULAR!

This was not our first trip to Spanish Wells but it was our first time renting this house. It was PERFECT! We are a group of 6 friends, 3 couples, and the house was very roomy, well stocked, clean and comfortable. Sacha made it easy for us and was so very sweet. I cannot wait to return and enjoy my morning coffee on the back porch while watching the sun rise. WE WILL BE BACK!

Hidden gem!

Spanish Wells was one of the most relaxing trips we've ever had. A very friendly little island with golf carts and just enough restaurants and bars to stay occupied. The house was in a great location and a very nice place. We would absolutely stay here again!

We love this place! I requested a booking for 2025 today, the same day we checked out; 2025 will be our third year in the property. Sacha the property manager is an absolute doll! Highly recommend staying here.

Waterfront

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. It was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. I gave location just 2 stars because if you are looking for a quiet place, I would not recommend it. It is located close 'The Shipyard', restaurant and they have a fan running 24/7. If you want to sit on the back porch, drinking your coffee, and enjoy the beautiful view you will have to embrace the noise. Ms. Sacha tried to arrange something so it would be off in the morning, but no luck. I really appreciate she tried. Granted, it bothered me, but it might not bother others. Part from that it was fine, we were gone most of the time so I could not get annoyed so much by the sound ;-).

Great house, great host

We stayed here for a week with our 2 year old, 6 month old, cousin and her husband. Sacha was a great host and helped with lining up our taxi, ferry, buggy, pack and play, and met us at the dock to help with luggage and unloading at the house. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies and utensils. Great porch, yard, and view. Listened to the happy hour live music from The Shipyard right on the back porch. Mini split and/or window unit AC in every room made for easy midday naps for the children. Our 2nd trip to Spanish Wells and there will continue to be more in our future!

Beautiful Rental!

We enjoyed our stay on Spanish Wells at the Sea Breeze Cottage. The property was excellent, the view was breathtaking, and Sacha took care of all our needs from reserving our transportation from Eleuthera airport to the dock to catch the ferry over to Spanish Wells. Sacha also reserved and had ready our golf cart for our stay, meeting us at the dock upon our arrival taking us to the rental. Definitely a beautiful place to stay. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing waterfront view!

Great house with everything you need! Sasha was super helpful and made lots of arrangements for us. I would highly would highly recommend staying here.
