Verandas 701 es un condominio frente al mar de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños ubicado en la sección Ocean Drive de North Myrtle Beach. Verandas 701 está en el séptimo piso de este complejo de concreto y acero de 11 pisos. Este impresionante alquiler actualizado, renovado y fresco frente al mar duerme cómodamente 10. El dormitorio principal está equipado con una cama king y una bañera de jardín y cabina de ducha en el baño principal. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas queen. El tercer y cuarto dormitorio tienen una cama queen. Cada habitación tiene un televisor. La sala de estar espaciosa y bellamente decorada tiene un televisor y cuenta con un gran balcón con una fantástica vista frente al mar del Océano Atlántico. Este seguramente será el lugar perfecto para ver un amanecer increíble mientras disfruta de su bebida favorita de la mañana. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario (y una cafetera Keurig) para preparar comidas para su familia. Este condominio también cuenta con áreas de comedor, lavadora / secadora y WIFI. Verandas está convenientemente ubicado en Ocean Boulevard y está a pocos pasos de Main Street (5 cuadras) donde se puede encontrar vida nocturna, restaurantes, tiendas y buenos momentos. Las tiendas de comestibles también están a poca distancia de su alquiler de vacaciones en North Myrtle Beach.

Perfect condo for our family beach vacation. Clean, beautiful view, and plenty of room. Pool was a little dirty and beds were ok. But other than that, no complaints. Would stay again.

Was very happy with the property except could not watch the sunrise from the balcony due to the next door property built further out on the beach. Not Seaside fault. Property clean, good size for the 5 of us. Would return in the future

Would go again!

This unit was perfect for my family. We were able to accommodate everyone comfortably. The check in process was smooth and seamless. Everything is within walking or a short drive away including a Walmart and Kroger’s. That was truly a vacation worth remembering. We hope to return soon.

The only reason I gave this property 4 stars is the mattresses in all the bed rooms need to be replaced. That was the only complaint that my family had.

Very Nice Property!

Everything was exactly as described. Great location! Lots of room! Only one thing I would point out is the beds. The master bed had a pillow top and was comfortable however the other beds were a bit harder. But good if you don't mind a harder mattress. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Super clean and great location

This property was very clean and had a great location. The only thing we can complain about was you could not access the beach from the beach side of the condos before 9 or after 10. So if you wanted to go to the beach early or stay later than 9-10pm you had to walk all the way around the condos from the front to get to the elevator to get back to your condo. As well as the beds being super hard. Other than that this property was a great place for our family vacation.

Ocean Front 4 bedroom condo

Excellent property unit. Well decorated and maintained. We had no issues during our stay. Large master suite and master bathroom with separate shower and tub. 3 other bedrooms were good sized. Cable TV in each bedroom. 65 inch tv in living room. Strong wifi signal virtually all the time. Large balcony overlooking pools and ocean. Access to pool and hot tub. Very good location in North Myrtle.

Myrtle Beach at Verandas

Check in process was easy, but could not check in until after 4, was a little difficult with it being so hot, kids, and stuffed in your car waiting. Definitely need more luggage carts, we had one by our room for checkout and the cleaning ladies took it to use for themselves. Few minutes late checking out as had to make SEVERAL trips to the car. Overall it was great, loved everything about the condo, view was awesome. Can’t wait to stay again. Thank you 😊😊😊

Nice beach view

The property was spacious for our extended family of 9 and had good beach access. Parking was always available. The couch/living room furniture looked dirty and the bedding/beds were not very comfortable but sufficed. There are chips in a number of the dishes and bowls, so sharp corners were a concern with the kids. Overall, it feels dated and could use some care. The general area/beach is crowded (expected in the area, but something to note) and the places in walking distance are beach stores and a couple of food places. The sidewalks in the area are narrow and close to fast moving cars, so it isn't the best for walking places especially with kids. We had hoped being close to Main Street that we could drive less, but it wasn't the case. Check in went smoothly and we appreciated calling to check out/not having to return to the property management office.

We had an amazing stay at this oceanfront condo. The view was absolutely incredible—being able to see and hear the ocean right from the balcony was a highlight for everyone. The place was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably.The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything you need, including restaurants, stores, and activities. It made getting around super easy without having to go far.Overall, everyone in our group loved it and we had zero complaints. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great beach getaway.

Nice Stay

The property was very clean. There was plenty of room for the six of us. 4 adults and 2 teens. The outdoor seating was plentiful, everyone had somewhere to sit. The only downside was later in the week the people that were above us made nothing but noise. It was like they were having a track meet all day and night. But that is not the owners fault. I would recommend using this company and renting this location.

Staff were awesome, condo was great, exactly what we were told. Loved it and will be using in the future depending on hiw nany of us go. If we don't stay at the Verandas then we will find another place through Seaside Vacation rentals. Everyone was friendly and helpful...

Ok but not great

The layout of the condo was great and the location was fantastic. However, the mattresses in all bedrooms were awful, and the cleanliness of the condo was less than great. Mold on the shower curtains, trash from prior guests under beds, stains on beds, dirty dishes in cabinets… and on and on. Property management office was very responsive to issues.

An amazing week ocean front in Myrtle Beach

The condo was nicely kept, clean and well decorated. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook for the week. The view was amazing. The complex's pool was clean and well cared for. The area was in a great location within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. We wished we had a grilling area in the complex. The rental company didn't supply us with the pool code, we had to ask other renters at the pool. Thank you for an awesome week!!
