El apartamento es maravillosamente luminoso y ventilado con techos altos y estar de planta abierta.
Al tiempo que conserva sus características originales, que cuenta con un mobiliario moderno y contemporáneo e excelente cocina recién instalada y cuarto de baño.

Constructive criticism

Apartment was great but the communal stairs were dangerous due to torn carpets held together with cello tape. Filthy table on terrace with only one chair. Could do with a light over bathroom sink for shaving etc Not a problem for us but couldn’t find switch for lounge spot lights

Window on the World

The apartment was fabulous. The sun streaming in the windows. The sounds of the world outside. Everything was easy to use and so comfortable. Dinan is a fantastic stop on your world travels.

Lovely apartment and location

The apartment is beautifully fitted out with all we could possibly need. Paula provided lots of information to make our arrival a dream. Terrific location right on the river and in easy reach of old Dinan (the hill is not very long) and good restaurants.

Feels Like Home!

This charming apartment far exceeded our expectations! The vaulted open beam ceilings gave an expansive feel when you first walked in. Opening the tall shuttered windows to view the Port of Dinan was a perfect way to relish in the medieval surroundings. Well equipped, the owner left nothing to chance. The decor and attention to details was evidence of a proud owner. We will be back to stay longer next time! Thank you Paula for being you!

We had the pleasure of calling this delightful little apartment home for four nights in June. This apartment really stands out as a TRUE 5 star accommodation. The difference between a four and five star review for us is the attention to detail that you see when you walk into your rental and it immediately stops feeling like a rental and becomes a home. Some places have been cleaned but are not clean - for those neatniks out there, you understand what we mean. This apartment was spotlessly clean - every major surface, but also all the small things (insides of drawers, utensils, pots, fridge, etc. ). It truly felt brand new, and we know from experience in renting holiday homes, that is because the owners create an oasis that they themselves would like to visit. The furnishings are up to date, well cared for, and comfortable. The linens are all high quality; there are simple conveniences provided (soap for the kitchen and bath, multiple rolls of toilet paper, laundry supplies, starter pods for coffee, a bottle of wine, etc.) that make a huge difference, especially for people traveling from the US, since we don't have the space to cram those types of things in our luggage. The decor was just right, enough to make it feel like you were visiting a home, not a rental. Fantastic job on putting it all together and sharing it, Paula! Speaking of Paula, the wonderful owner, she's great. Communication was effortless and expedient. Everything was explained very well and that made booking and check-in/out a breeze. The area on the port is so pretty and peaceful. The views from the big windows are lovely - you are literally sitting above the town watching the life go by. It is great! The restaurants down below are fun and delicious. Our favorite was Chez Bongrain. See my review on Yelp and go get a delicious meal with fantastic service! We walked up to the main town several times. It is up hill but so charming you barely notice! We were there on a market day, highly recommended for dinner ingredients - which we cooked up in the apartment's darling, clean, and well equipped kitchen. It was our first visit to Brittany, and we had fun just getting in the car and exploring. The beaches were amazing and empty! We were in the area between Cap Frehel and Cap d' Erquy - lovely beaches! Go explore! We hope to come back some day to enjoy this little treasure of an apartment! Thanks Paula!

Great apartment in ideal location in gorgeous river Port.

Everything you want, space, view, proximity to bakery, cafes and fabulous old Town all within walking distance. The old Town is uphill, you need the exercise after the pastries, great meals and wine consumed. Easy driving to St Malo old town, Le Mont de St Mitchell and Dinard. The apartment is well equipped and stylishly decorated. The bed is big and comfortable. You need to learn the shower, light switches and washing machine but that is no great issue. Would recommend this great place and would love to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful little apartment. Perfect for two! It was beautifully appointed, and working with Paula was a delight. The town of Dinan is charming and the people could not have been more welcoming. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely Festive Visit To A Beautiful Apartment In Dinan Port

This is our second time in this lovey apartment looking over the beautiful port of Dinan, we returned on a special occasion our honeymoon. This is the first time we have visited France in December and we weren’t disappointed. The port and Dinan were very festive which Christmas trees on every corner also great mulled wine in the Christmas market. The apartment was lovey and warm on arrival with lots of special touches to make it feel like a home from home. Paula the owner is very helpful and very quick to reply to emails a really lovely person. I would recommend this apartment to anyone!! With great views over the port, shops and restaurants a short stroll away. We will be returning again soon.

Excellent apartment in an ideal location in Dinan Port

A home from home apartment in a fabulous location overlooking the Port of Dinan.Everything provided for our comfort and convenience and delightfully decorated in keeping with the marine theme. The owner always on hand by text and E- mail to answer any queries and was exceptionally helpful to us when we had a problem with our return home travel arrangements. Can't wait for a return visit.

Excellent location and well equipped

A beautiful apartment overlooking the river Rance at the port Dinan. The apartment is ideal for a couple, is very well equipped and provides an great base for all to see in the local area. Spoilt for choice of bars and restaurants, both at the port and in the old town above. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back in the not too distant future.

Great apartment at a great location.

We visited this apartment for the second time this year - it is first class, beautifully furnished and equipped. Perfect for two. It's location would be hard to beat, overlooking the Port where there is plenty to watch. Excellent bars and restaurants on the door step and even more beckon from Dinan's centre just up the hill. There is much to see in the surrounding area and easy day trips are very rewarding. We'll be back!

Nice Apartment in a very lovely town.

We really enjoyed our stay in Dinan, it was a very nice place to spend time in and relax. We also were able to have some great beach trips, (the sea isn't too far away) and particularly enjoyed cycling along the river Rance. The attractive apartment was in a great location by the port and was well equipped with everything we needed.

Beautiful river side apartment

The apartment was perfect. Great location steep but beautiful walk up to Dinan itself with medieval buildings lining the way. Apartment well equipped with everything you need. Slept better than we had in ages. Lovely walks along the Rance plenty to eat - not good for your diet!! Hope to visit again .

Great rental

The apartment is beautiful and very well appointed. Kitchen in particular was well stocked. Shower was a real treat! Very well located for exploring the region but also a perfect place to just sit back and relax. Several good restaurants close by. Particularly like Ami Louis on street up to town
