Property was just as advertised, clean convenient and comfortable. Getting to beach was easy and liked the beach chairs were already set out each day. We had a few things to contact owner about and she was prompt in her response. Would stay again!

Fun & Relaxing

My son is going into his junior year in college and my husband and I have very demanding jobs. I promised my hardworking son that I will give him a real vacation every summer that you won't feel burned out like I did while in college. I told Angie in correspondence, I feel very fortunate finding your condo for my family. I was right! They're condo is beautiful and immaculate! You're steps away from the beach which sold me, seafood restaurants, and quick bite spots were in walking distance. My husband and son went riding on jet skis and had the best time and I lived on the beach just relaxing. It was truly a wonderful vacation experience, despite the spots of rain. We truly enjoyed our time there and was sad it ended. Angie was the best by the way, only a text away if needed. I got my guys to laugh hard, frolick in the water after every wave forgetting about their cares, yes we want to come here again. Thanks Angie for giving us great memories.

Emerald paradise

This property was in a great location for everything we needed. Close to the beach, restaurants, Baytown wharf and grocery stores. Unit very clean and loved that an umbrella and 2 chairs were waiting for us at the beach every day. Nice to have 2 full beds in the 2nd bedroom. Will definitely rent here again.

Great Time Good Memories

The condo was spacious for this family of six, clean, and located very close to the beach. The condo was located directly across from the elevator, which made it convenient. There are carts on the 1st floor available for groceries. The washer and dryer does cost but is reasonable and is located directly across the hall for convenience. The pool view was great and we were able to watch our preteen and teens from our balcony. The location is also near many restaurants, shops, and attractions. My family and I had a great stay and would definitely book again in the future. The host communicated well and was always pleasant and friendly. Overall great vacation!

8 days wasn’t long enough!

We had an amazing week staying here! Angie was very responsive from before we even booked, answering questions and offering advice. She always communicated and made sure we had all we needed. The condo was immaculate, spacious and beautiful! This is our new vacay spot hands down!

Close walk to beach, Nice accommodations

We had a great time on a short trip over spring break. The condo is very clean and well kept. We felt really comfortable and restful in this condo. We recommend this location for its proximity and access to the private beach.

Seaside Sun, Sand and Snow

We are a retired couple that stayed January thru March. January and February there were very few tourists. We had the area to ourselves. Weather was very pleasing even with 4 inches of snow one day. All in all it was an awesome experience.

The place to stay while in Florida!!!

The property and condo was amazing!!! The check in process was streamlined and stress free!!! The walk to the beach is five minutes or less!!! Restaurants are in walking distance!!! The property offers all the things pool, tennis court, sand volleyball, and basketball!!! Perfect for teenagers!!! Angie was easily available with any questions you may have! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Perfect!!

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo had everything we needed and more. It’s in a great location too! We loved the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided as well. Angie was a wonderful host with great communication. Our family is already planning our next trip!

We Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was neat and clean. The location was great. The owner communicated well. There was a sign on the door to the entrance of the build that asked guest not to come in wet. That is difficult to do when you have 3 small children and 3 other people and not many towels to dry off with. I was not aware prior to booking the place that they did not want you to come in wet. Also, we had to take dirty clothes home because there is no washer and dryer in the unit.

Clean property and attentive hosts.

Had some extra touches that were really nice. (Fan, makeup towels as examples…). Beach is really nice and enjoyed the beach chairs. Wish the washer and dryer were in unit and not coin operated.

Very Clean

I travel often and cleanliness is very important to me. It's often hard to find accomodations that feel clean in high traffic locations. This condo is definitely very clean. The short walk to the beach is nice also, especially since we didn't have to load up the kids. It's very convenient if anything is needed to be a short walk away. Will stay again.

Exactly as listed!!

If you are looking for a family friendly property in Destin that’s close to the beach and clean, don’t look any farther! We truly enjoyed our stay. Friendly and responsive host with easy check in/out. The black out curtains were a great bonus especially with the high temps in August. Highly recommended!!

Family Vacation, first time to Destin

This was our first time in Destin, and it was fantastic! The property was just as described! Angie was very responsive whenever we needed anything, which was minimal at that! We were met with mini bottles of bubbly too!! The location was perfect, yes it’s not right on the beach but the walk is minimal and the main areas of the property is cleaned daily. The pool is a nice feature as well when you need a break from the beach! We did bring our own inflatable bed because our son hates pull out beds, and there was plenty of room for it in the living area. The kitchen was well stocked which was nice for when we ate in, though we almost got a cookie sheet for the condo, but ran out of time as we had trouble making garlic bread and cinnamon rolls, but we did manage! Would definitely stay again, though not in the heat of July!! Haha! Thanks again Angie!

Family Vacation
