Este amplio condominio cuenta con un rey en el dormitorio principal, 2 camas dobles en el segundo dormitorio y un sofá cama. Está a un corto paseo de toda la acción en el puerto deportivo de Harbor Town, que incluye deportes acuáticos, restaurantes y tiendas. Andar en bicicleta es una de las mayores atracciones de Sea Pines y puedes subirte a tus bicicletas y recorrer los senderos justo afuera del condominio. Hay más de 15 millas de senderos pavimentados de ocio, y camine por la Reserva Forestal de 605 acres. Amazing place!

Great condo! Very clean and had everything we needed! Both guest bathroom had some toilet issues, they both ran the whole time. Also guest bathroom with 2 queen beds, the shower seems clogged and was not draining.

The location was excellent walking distance to harbor town and golf course. Community was very quiet and pool looked nice Only reason I gave it a good and not excellent was condo was a little dated and shower was clogged Even though it was mentioned no pool/beach towels it would have been nice and no extra toilet paper was left

Great Vacation !!!

Love staying at Harbor Town on Hilton Head Island. This location was excellent. Quick walk to Harbor Town and the trolley. This location was quiet and peaceful, had everything we needed and communication was great !!!

Great location! Everything was very clean. I’m a stickler for that so I don’t give that compliment lightly. Kitchen was probably stocked better than any place we’ve ever stayed. It was fun to see the deer just walking around without a care right outside our patio. The enclosed courtyard was very handy for storing our bikes and the swimming pool was very nice. My daughter said her bed was one of the most comfy beds she’d ever slept in. Ours was very good too. Pillows were also good. Would definitely book again!

Would definitely stay again

Well equipped clean house with great beds and backyard. Didn’t have any issues during our stay. Good quiet location within short walk to Harbor Town or trolley to go to the beach. Highly recommended!

Great villa

The villa has great outdoor space and is well appointed. The location in Sea Pines was great for walking tl Harbor Town and Sea Pines Center. Highly recommend!

Cheerful condo in a great location

We had a wonderful time at this cheerful and cozy condo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the rooms were very clean. The pool was a short walk from the door.

Great place for a family!

The house was perfect for our family, and a short bike ride to Harbour Town. Very quiet, secluded area, but close to all the activities. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, living room was comfortable, and bed rooms were nice. Would love to come back!

Great location

Property was ideally located within walking distance to Harbor Town in a nice, quiet property of condos/townhomes. Loved the front gated entry, added additional privacy. Unit smelled a little musty but was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Overall very content.

Location, location, location

The location was great. The Managment company recommended a bicycle company that had bikes waiting on us. We found some great food and had great bike rides each day. We will plan to visit again.

Wonderful Week

We had a great time at Stoney Creek, which is close to everything and very comfortable for two couples. It has everything you need and everyone we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Our third time staying at this complex.

Property is very clean, comfortable and convenient to Harbour Town. This was our second time staying in this unit, third time in this complex. We enjoyed exploring the island, sitting on the beach and golfing during the day, then relaxing on the back patio before going out for dinner. The nights we stayed in for dinner were great…we were able to invite friends and had plenty of place settings for everyone. This property suited our needs completely.

Wonderful

We wouldn’t stay any other location now. We’ve been to HHI probably 35 times and never stayed close to Harbor Town. It was so convenient! Condo excellent, loved the pool, loved location close to trolley.

Family spring break vacation

295 Stoney Creek condo. Was very home like, we love the place very much. It have everything we need, the spaciest and kitchen was loaded., the whole place was very clean and inviting. Would love to stay in this condo again..thank you for such nice place and location was awesome.

An Exceptionally Nice Condo in Sea Pines

Sea Pines is a great place to stay when coming to Hilton Head. This condo is a 10 minute walk to Harbor Town so it's very convenient because parking in Harbor Town can be a challenge at times. It's also convenient to South Beach and a trip to Hilton Head isn't complete without a meal at the Salty Dog, a crazy popular place. The condo had nice furniture, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a quiet HVAC and the management company (Seashore Vacations) was top notch. We would stay here again for sure!

Great location in Sea Pines

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to Sea Pines every year and were happy to find this unit since we booked only 4 weeks in advance. The unit was clean, nicely sized and in a good location. When we book we are never looking for a property that is nicer than our own home since we come for the weather and are mostly outside. We noticed the Master and Second Bedroom have been swapped, but assume it’s to offer more privacy since there is an open, shuttered opening that makes it impossible not to hear every sound coming from the first floor. Would be wonderful to close off that opening. Stoney Creek has a warm pool the kids enjoyed using in the early evenings. Suited our needs just fine.

First trip to Hilton Head Island

This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island. We selected this property based on the description and location. Here are the pros and cons of this property. Pros: It was a great location. Very convenient to anything on the island. Walking distance to Harbour Town. There was plenty of space for 4 adults. It had newer appliances. The scenery was great. We saw deer several times, one walked right next to the patio. Cons: The description was misleading. It said it was an end unit, which we liked, but in fact, it was the second unit over. The rooms were very dusty in spots like underneath tables and on lamps; The dryer was full of sand and lint; the bathroom door stuck in the master bedroom; there were dirty dishes and silverware, lipstick on glasses in the cabinet; the outside needs some TLC, there are boards missing and peeling paint on the deck and fence. I messaged the property manager after we discovered some of these things. It was on Monday since we arrived late on Saturday and didn't discover some of these issues until Sunday when they are closed. I had to send a reminder and then got a response. By that time, we had taken care of the dishes, etc., so there was really nothing for them to do at that point.
