Wonderful 2 BR luxury condo with updated kitchen and baths. Great views from the second floor flat with deck overlooking the golf course. Kitchen has been remodeled and is open to the living room. Kitchen has beautiful counters, stainless steel appliances and all new cabinets. Master bedroom has king size bed with en suite updated bathroom. Guest room has a queen bed and twin bed with access to full bath. Both bathrooms have been updated with new vanities and nice furniture in the bedrooms. Flat screen TVs thru out the condo. Plenty of room to dine with views of the golf course from the dining area. Community pool and free tennis included. We loved our stay at this Hilton Head condo! The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do. Having bike rentals available made getting around easy and fun. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

A spontaneous trip in a lovely condo in Sea Pines! So close to everything - Habour Town, the beach, tennis courts, the pool! Very friendly and accommodating property manager too. Definitely a fabulous stay!

Great place to stay!

Beautifully decorated, cozy, clean condo. Nice quiet area very close to Harbour Town, Sea Pines Plaza and a short drive to so many other places. The area felt safe. I would stay here again.

Great location

Excellent central location just outside of Harbor Town. The condo was in great condition. The furniture and bedding was both clean and comfortable. Host was great in response to any questions we had. Highly recommend the unit.

Perfect getaway condo

The condo was perfect to stay at during the RBC Heritage golf tournament. The location was great, only a 5 minute walk to the tournament. The condo had a nice view of the Heron Point golf course too. Thanks for renting your condo to us, we definitely would like to rent it again!

HH has so much to offer

The property was clean and plenty of space for our two couples. It was great being inside SeaPines and having easy access to amenities there and the quiet space. The property is an easy walk to Harbor Town, and there are trails everywhere for walking, running or biking.

Prime Location

Property was clean and Kitchen was well stocked from a pots and pan standpoint. This unit is one of the closest to the pool and tennis complex and a short walk to Harbour Town. Would strongly recommend!

Walk to Harbour Town

The Racquet Club Villa was just as expected; the pictures are spot on. The villa was clean and supplied most everything we needed for the weekend. The pool, tennis courts, & bike racks were just a few steps away. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Harbour Town (less than half mile). The laundry in the unit was a nice amenity. We would definitely recommend this villa to others, and would stay again.

Nice place, 2 small things could make things even better.

Property is as described, 2 small easy upgrades. When property is getting 5k a month they could offer a better cable package after a long day of golf and tennis. The other small thing is change the door direction on your washer, very awkward access. Would definitely stay again just my two cents.

Guess we drew the short straw

Upon arrival we couldn’t enter the condo due to the door handle latch not working. We finally got it open and had to tape the latch so it wouldn’t engage the strike plate. That way my wife and kids could come and go. We called and left a message with owner who did return our call and scheduled a repair the following week. Toilet wouldn’t flush in master so I plunged it the first day. Master sink drains very slow but there is some draino under the sink to use. Condo very dirty with hair in showers and crumbs on counters and floor. Worst part of the week was there was no balcony, nothing but a board nailed across the sliding door so you can’t step off into the air. The description on vrbo describes a deck over looking the golf course. Not the week we were there. Monday morning at 7:30 sharp the crew begins to build the deck. Little by little, everyday beginning at 7:30, you wake to the sounds of nail guns, miter saws, impact drivers and men singing. Man they love their jobs. It really just got to be funny to our family. Kind of like a train near your house. After a while you just don’t hear it anymore. I can get over the door, toilet, sink, and dirty room but the surprise of no deck and construction all week still bothers me. There was a sign taped to the sliding door apologizing for construction and that it would be completed by end of spring. We stayed 2nd week of July. Now, all that said, Hilton Head was nice. Our first time going. If you stay in this condo, all these things are probably fixed by now. I would just call and verify that the construction is over. The door got fixed the week we were there. The deck was about 80 percent completed the day we left.

Excellent location, clean, well decorated and equipped. Deck was under reconstruction upon our arrival and throughout our stay; after contacting owner we received partial refund for the inconvenience. We hope to return in the future.

Great rental

We loved staying at this property on sea pines. The decor was nice and the condo felt spacious. They had everything we really needed or wanted. The only complaint I have is that the balcony on the back was in horrible shape. There was a note on the sliding door telling us not to use the balcony and it should be fixed in spring of 2022. (We stayed end of may/first of June) That would be the only downfall as I would have loved to drink my coffee in the morning outside but couldn’t. Overall, we are very pleased with the unit and the location. It was very clean and very stocked.
