This top floor condo is beautiful with its 2 level balcony overlooking the city and the sea! The outdoor space is so lovely and really sets this spot apart. It’s in quieter neighborhood and feels very local, rather than touristy, and is a block from the beach. Our one complaint is that the bed was extremely firm, so be warned if you like a soft bed!

An excellent loft for a long stay in Nice. Close to tram line, boulangries, super markets, and beach! The extra rooftop space is a great place to unwind each evening after a long day of sightseeing in the region. We did however find the bedroom mattress to be uncomfortable but that is the only flaw. Highly recommend.

The location was wonderful. Very close to the beach and the quaint streets of Nice filled with restaurants, shops and boutiques. The bed was a little uncomfortable. (Hard mattress) Ati was wonderful. Easy to communicate with and responds quickly.

Great location in Nice

Loved the proximity to the beach and transit. The apartment is well equipped and we really appreciated the two decks and the effort put into making them picturesque and comfortable.

Great location with terrace views

The property worked well for a family of 4 with sharing the two beds there. The pull out bed was comfortable. The view from the terrace were great to enjoy our coffee in the morning. Our host was helpful and accommodating. The location was perfect for us.

Nice rooftop

We were looking for a modern apartment in a good Nice location and this place was perfect. Modern, absolutely spotless clean, cold blowing air conditioning and a well appointed kitchen. The apartment alone is worth the stay, but it comes with.a balcony and rooftop terrace!

We stay here for four nights and enjoyed the apartment and the location was perfect. The only complaint I would have was the bed was a double and not a Queen.

Lovely loft, Lovely Host

The loft was very much as presented… a one bedroom one bath fronted by a long bank of sliders onto an enjoyable balcony. The pleasant surprise is a staircase on the balcony that leads up to a private roof top space. The host is a lovely woman who was very helpful in general and went above and beyond when I contacted her for help when I became ill. Two blocks to the beach and some lovely restaurants and a beach club and a quick ride to Old Town. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Nice rooftop wonderland

This apartment is as perfect as it gets. The view is spectacular and the location is unbeatable. Blocks from the beach, tram, and Le Negresco. Bekati gave us great instructions and was available when we needed her. The apartment is next to a school which made us miss our daughter a little more but otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Lovely apartment

The property is fantastic overall. The two terraces are such a nice bonus. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Excellent location. Only a few things we were not aware of: no freezer, need to purchase your own toilet paper, hand soap and dish soap. And the wifi is truly terrible. We had to turn our our roaming and data to do things like look up tours, restaurants, transit

Great view

The highlight is the great view from the eighth floor terraces. It's near the Promenade, which is nice, but pretty far from the Old Town, Massena, etc. Biggest problem was barely functioning Wi-Fi that kept cutting out. .

A lovely stay at Loft 360⁰

We were taking the train from Paris to Nice which ended up running very late due to suspicious luggage and a possible cable cut! I kept in touch with Ati as to our arrival time. She was so welcoming when we did finally arrive...offering water, recommending a relaxing spot for dinner. She had been tracking the train and wanted us to not be stressed.A true welcoming hostess😊 The loft was perfect for us and had awesome view. We had wished we were there for a couple more days. Thank you Ati! Lovely hostess and stay.

Great views

Unbelievable views of the city and sea. Host was very accommodating. Great place for a couple to relax and unwind. Only 1 mile walk to old town. Be aware the wifi is barely accessible. I couldn’t even access security camera at home. It would be helpful if a wifi extender was installed.

Lovely home, amazing terrace!

This wonderful property is the top floor of an 8-story building and has two large terraces. The rooftop terrace has views to the sea and the mountains - a perfect spot for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening! The owner was quick to respond to the one question I emailed during our visit. She also lives in the building, so I imagine would be very responsive to any needs in person as well! A perfect location 2 blocks from the beach. The property is just a few minutes walk into the main shops/tourist areas. For us, it was the perfect balance of being very close to everything, but not in the middle of the much noisier areas. My only negative comment is that the wifi barely worked. Overall, this was a great stay with stunning views, and I would highly recommend!

Location Location Location

I have some mixed feelings with my review. But let me give you some details. Pros: Great Location as it is only one block away from the ocean and in walking distance to all the attractions you want to see The host was responsive whenever we needed something Cons It has a garage but unless you have a smaller size car your car will not fit. In my case I had a mid size SUV but it was not a big deal as I just parked it in a parking garage. The listing is almost accurate but certain things where missing. There is no BBQ, which is super annoying as I am renting an apartment to do some BBQ and I made sure to chose a place with it. The AC is a mobile unit which cools down the living room but not the apartment. The apartment was super simple from an interior perspective. There is so much more they could do out of it I know this is not required but for a 5 star, you should consider having a bottle of water in the fridge. Maybe even some rose and crackers that would make it so much more welcoming as the most people arrive after some longer travel. You can get all of this for 10 EU, so not a big investment. Other 5 stars do it The house and some of the neighbors were a bit strange, especially a guy with dogs who was not very happy with having VRBO guests in the house Again overall there is nothing wrong with this apartment and if location is the main criteria for you, you should book it. But for me it didn't work and I will not consider this one in the future again.

Nice was amazing

The apartment was a great base for exploring. We had a wonderful time sitting on the decks and enjoying a drink and some dessert. The apartment was clean and everything was great. Just get those bathroom door handles fixed!
