La casa es de 2.800 pies cuadrados, 3 dormitorios 2. 5 baños a 2 minutos de Fairfield Bay Marina. Capacidad para 6 personas (9 personas si incluye espacio en el sofá). Ubicado en el condado de Van Buren, que es un condado seco, ¡así que traiga libaciones con usted!

2024 Spring Arkansas Fishing/Golf Trip

We loved this house and all the amenities. The house more than met our needs and expectations from the description and posted pictures. We loved how close this property is to Fairfield Bay marina. Be aware of the narrow driveway if bringing boat and trailer. We did have one minor issue which was quickly and satisfactorily addressed by the owners. We would definitely not hesitate to rent this property in the future.

Christmas Dinner with Family

We wanted a comfortable place to gather extended family for Christmas dinner. We had family from the local area as well as from Kansas, Texas, and Washington. Some slept at the house; most just came for Christmas dinner. The Egg House was perfect for our needs. The entire rental process went very smoothly, and we were incredibly impressed by and appreciative of the prompt communication with Bri, the owner, any time we had any questions. Bri and Perry were amazingly accommodating and kind and helped our whole family have a very relaxed and enjoyable family Christmas!

Perfect little country home!

Great location and close to the lake and the trails. The pictures don’t do it justice ! So clean and well kept. We were so very impressed and the owner is so easy to get in touch with. The back porch is perfect for morning coffee . It is really tight squeeze if you are pulling trailers with boats/atvs . The town is so cute we even had the constable stop and talk to us and escort us back to the house . It was a great time. Streets are ATV friendly

Great Fall Break

This house is absolutely lovely! First off the PDF the owners send with all the details of the area and the check in and check out process is 100% the most professional communication I've ever received from a VRBO owner. Again it's the little details that add up. The kitchen is amazing and is wonderfully equipped with modern appliances and a plethora of utensils. There was more storage in this house than in my actual house. I'm totally envious :) Our boys loved the downstairs which has 3 bedrooms and a large recreation room, which they never left! My youngest slept on the couch and likely stayed up way too long playing x-box (which we brought). The primary bedroom again has more storage than you could possible use, and the attached bathroom has a shower that could fit 6 people. It's beautiful. The bedding and bed was incredibly comfortable and this house has blackout curtains and blinds so I wasn't hassled by the morning light! There is an amazing deck with furniture where I enjoyed coffee every morning and watched the deer look at me oddly. The attention to details throughout the home is amazing. Night stands have chargers for electronic devices, there was plenty of soap, toilet paper, shampoo, etc... I gave the location a 4/5 and this is not to be seen as a criticism. It is located a few miles away from the bay and marina and about 10 minutes away from a grocery store. This is well-documented in the description and PDFs. I am not faulting the owners at all. If you are wanting a home that is quiet and away from it while being reasonably accessible to activities then this is perfect! I have pretty active kids and I would have liked to have more immediate access to outdoor activities, and the backyard is quite sloped. Again just pointing this out and not trying to be critical. The owners are amazing! I asked about renting a boat and they went above and beyond to try to help me find some deals (I was trying to avoid the marina rates). They didn't have to help me but they did and this level of detail and concern shows throughout the house. Everything is modern and clean and you couldn't do better by the accommodations. Each morning we loaded up the Jeep and explored the area and came back tired and happy! A great weekend!

Beautiful house!

This was such a beautiful house! It was very clean and had plenty of room. The back porch was so relaxing. Fairfield Bay Marina was 2-3 minutes down the road. We had so much fun boating and swimming!

We loved this place!

The cleanliness and the space of the property were absolutely amazing! The entire house was well stocked with things you need and it was in a nice and quiet location. Better than expected

This is one of the nicest vrbo houses we have been in around the Fairfield Bay Area. Very well equipped kitchen with great appliances. Decor is very well done. Appreciate having nice towels and bed linens. Location is very close to marina. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

We love the lake and all the things you can do in the area; hiking, boating, golf and much more. We live in Colorado but visit whenever we get the chance. We are excited to share the area and our home with you! We are available by phone and email and do what we can to make your visit full of great memories!

The property is the best of both worlds; private and close to many of the area attractions. Located in rural area away from neighbors, close to the Bay (2 minute drive) and the Conference Center (12 minute drive) golf, ATV and hiking trails.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The deck backs up to a forest of trees. You feel isolated but only a very short drive to Greer's Ferry lake. A retreat of peace and quite with views of deer and fireflies if you are lucky!
